Background

The design principle of the punch is that circular motion is converted into linear motion, a main motor drives a flywheel, and a clutch drives a gear, a crankshaft (or an eccentric gear), a connecting rod and the like to rotate so as to achieve the linear motion of a sliding block.

The crankshaft 4 is rotatably arranged at the top of the frame 1, the slide block 5 is rotatably arranged on the crankshaft 4, the locking device 3 is arranged on the slide block 5, and preferably, the locking device is arranged on the bottom surface of the slide block.

The rotating ring sleeve 23 is rotatably arranged on a shaft at the bottom of the thread adjusting rod 21, a second through hole is formed in the middle of the rotating ring sleeve 23, the ring sleeve pin shaft 24 penetrates through the second through hole in the bottom of the thread adjusting rod 21 in a sliding mode, a shaft hole is formed in the top of the ball head rotating rod 25, a combined piece of the thread adjusting rod 21, the rotating ring sleeve 23 and the ring sleeve pin shaft 24 is rotatably arranged in the shaft hole, and the cover plate 26 is fixedly arranged at the top of the ball head rotating rod 25.

The working principle or the using method is as follows:

after the stroke of the punch press is adjusted, the nut 22 on the threaded adjusting rod 21 is screwed, the upper and lower sliding plates 33 press the compression spring 32 upwards along the guide rod on the guide rod bolt 31, and the switch assembly 6 is in a closed state, when the locking nut is loosened, the compression spring 32 enables the upper and lower sliding plates 33 to move downwards along the guide rod on the guide rod bolt 31, so that the switch assembly 6 is in an open state, and the switch assembly 6 controls the clutch and the brake, so that the punch stop moving.

By the aid of the device, locking nuts on the stroke adjusting connecting rods can be prevented from loosening, and the punching stroke is too large to cause punch breakage and grinding tool damage, so that the quality of punching machine products is guaranteed.
