With the gradual improvement of aesthetic requirements of consumers, the demand on the variety of clothes styles and pattern effects is more and more, jeans can be a star which never fades all the year round and are listed as the head of a wild garment. The jeans are more and more in fabric and design, for example, straight pants and micro-trumpet pants can enable women with thick legs to be beautiful and slim, and close-fitting pants can enable fat women to be slim and thin women to be sexy. As the development of the jeans is more diversified, the trend of fashion and leisure is developed. A large number of manufacturing processes for hardware, leather, knitting, colored cloth splicing and the like for accessories are rapidly developed and used in China. The plate types have also developed from the earliest straight tubes into various new types such as body-building, Korean, small foot, small straight tube, trouser-Harron, leisure, business, conjoined, ancient, horn, etc. The metal elements can present more personalized demands, and consumers demand more fashion effect combined with fashion elements on the clothing fabric.

The personalized style of jeans is generated by industrial washing, the process of washing jeans is violent, and indigo on the surface of jeans is damaged. The washing of the denim industry is mainly classified by:

(1) and (4) performing general washing. Chlorine bleaching is to destroy the dye structure by the oxidation of sodium hypochlorite, so as to achieve the purpose of fading. The fading effect of chlorine bleaching is rough, and the method is mainly used for bleaching indigo jean. After the plate is bleached, the residual chlorine in water and clothes should be neutralized by sea wave to stop bleaching, and then STONE-grinding is carried out after bleaching, so that the plate is called STONE rinsing (BLEACH STONE WASH).

(4) SAND washing (SAND WASH). The sand washing uses a plurality of alkaline and oxidizing auxiliary agents, so that clothes have certain fading effect and old feeling after being washed, if a stone mill is matched, a layer of soft and white fluff is generated on the surface of the washed cloth, and a plurality of softening agents are added, so that the washed fabric is soft and soft, and the wearing comfort is improved.

The existing bronzing film is difficult to bear the strenuous washing strength. preparing a photocuring protective layer: coating photo-curing resin on the release layer, wherein the photo-curing resin is polyethylene terephthalate and is formed into a photo-curing protective layer through photo-curing;

and (3) vacuum plating preparation: performing vacuum electroplating on the photocuring protective layer, and depositing metal on the surface of the photocuring protective layer to form an electroplated layer;

preparing an adhesive layer: and coating hot melt adhesive on the electroplated layer, and baking to form the adhesive layer.

(4) the bronzing film disclosed by the invention is full in hand feeling and free from sticking to hands after being subjected to rotary bronzing, and the bronzing effect of the item can have a higher reflecting effect through thermoplasticity generated under a high-temperature condition, so that the bronzing film is more obvious on a sportswear;

(5) the gold stamping film disclosed by the invention is resistant to industrial washing and highly resistant to water washing, so that the clothes still keep a good gloss effect after being washed for many times, and particularly environment-friendly regenerated fiber fabrics, sportswear and the like which are friendly to the environment are utilized.
