Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.

The following specific embodiments of the present invention may be combined, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a crank device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the crank handle assembly 100 may include: a rocker 6, a handle assembly 110 connected with one end of the rocker 6, and a turnbuckle 7 connected with the other end of the rocker 6;

in the crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the low-pressure lever and fixing frame assembly 200 may include: the low pressure rod shaft assembly 210, the fixing frame assembly 220 nested outside the low pressure rod shaft assembly 210, and the crank adapter assembly 230 connected to one end of the low pressure rod shaft assembly 210, wherein the crank adapter assembly 230 is connected to the turnbuckle 7 of the crank assembly 100. In the crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the reversing coupling assembly 300 may include: a first coupling 310, a cardan shaft assembly 34 and a second coupling 320, wherein one end of the cardan shaft assembly 34 is connected to the first coupling 310, the other end is connected to the second coupling 320, the second coupling 320 is connected to a test input key of the aircraft engine, and the first coupling 310 is connected to the other end of the low-pressure shaft body assembly 210.

The reversing coupling assembly 300 in the crank device provided by the embodiment of the invention is an assembly connected with a part to be detected in an aircraft engine, in practical application, the second coupling 320 is connected with a test input key of the aircraft engine to complete the physical connection of the crank device and the part to be detected, the part to be detected in the aircraft engine (such as a test input spline on the aircraft engine) is a part arranged in the aircraft engine, the internal space of the aircraft engine is small, the reversing coupling assembly 300 is used for connecting the part to be detected and the crank device which is arranged outside the aircraft and used for detection, the second coupling 320 which controls the part to be detected to rotate is linked to the first coupling 310 through the integral structure of the reversing coupling assembly, and the universal shaft assembly 34 transmits the torque between the first coupling 310 and the second coupling 320, and the universal shaft assembly 34 has a small volume and can be flexibly arranged in the aircraft engine. In addition, in the crank handle device implemented by the invention, the crank handle assembly 100 is manually operated by a technician, and the technician performing the maintenance operation performs unidirectional rotation on the part to be detected in the aircraft engine through the crank handle assembly 110, so that the part to be detected is detected.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the low pressure rod shaft assembly 210 and the crank adapter assembly 230 connected to one end thereof are used to communicate the crank assembly 100 and the reversing coupling assembly 300, so that a technician can transmit the torque of the crank assembly 110 to the coupling assembly 300 and transmit the torque to a component to be detected through the coupling assembly 300 during the process of shaking the handle assembly 110, thereby implementing low pressure maintenance on the aircraft engine.

In the crank handle assembly for low pressure service of an aircraft engine of the configuration shown in fig. 1, a low pressure shaft assembly 210 for transmitting torque, in actual use, may be secured to an aircraft skin portion by a mount assembly 220, the ball lock sleeve 220a of the mount assembly 220 nests outside of the low pressure stem shaft assembly 210, the internal structure of the ball lock sleeve 220a may be comprised of two hemispheres, which may be understood as being wrapped around the exterior of the low pressure stem shaft assembly 210 by two hemispherical structures, which form a sphere and have a physical center of sphere, which functions to allow the low pressure stem shaft assembly 210 and the rocker adapter assembly 230 connected thereto to rotate about the center of the ball lock sleeve 220a, that is, the technician may adjust the angle of the low pressure shaft cylinder assembly 210 with respect to the aircraft surface based on the actual operating position outside the aircraft prior to performing the test; in addition, the fixing sleeve 220b of the fixing frame assembly 220 is installed on the round rod of the ball lock sleeve 220a, and the installation manner has adjustability, namely, in the axial direction of the round rod of the ball lock sleeve 220a, the ball lock sleeve 220a and the low pressure rod shaft assembly 210 nested with the ball lock sleeve 220a can move up and down, namely, the relative positions of the ball lock sleeve 220a and the low pressure rod shaft assembly 210 and the surface of the airplane can also be adjusted. Because the other end of the low pressure shaft body assembly 210 passes through the first coupling 310 and the universal shaft assembly 34, the adjustment of the angle and the relative position of the low pressure shaft body assembly 210 and the aircraft surface does not affect the part of the crank device arranged in the aircraft (i.e., the reversing coupling assembly 300).

The crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine provided by the embodiment of the invention is based on the structures of the spherical locking external member 220a and the fixing external member 220b in the low-pressure rod and fixing frame assembly 200, so that the low-pressure rod shaft assembly 210 has the characteristic of adjustability, and the crank handle device can be adjusted in multiple degrees of freedom by adjusting the surface angle and the relative position of the low-pressure rod shaft assembly 210 and an aircraft, and is very convenient to position and fix in a narrow space of the engine.

Optionally, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a handle assembly in a crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine according to an embodiment of the present invention. Based on the structure of the crank handle assembly for low pressure servicing of an aircraft engine as shown in fig. 1, the handle assembly 110 in an embodiment of the present invention may include: the handle comprises a handle end cover 1, a handle 2, a handle shaft sleeve 3, a first centripetal joint bearing 4 and a handle shaft 5.

As shown in the structure of the handle assembly 110 shown in FIG. 2, one end of the handle shaft 5 is connected with one end of the rocker 6 in a matching manner and is welded and fixed, the handle shaft 5 is fixedly arranged in the handle shaft sleeve 3 through two first centripetal joint bearings 4 and limits the axial displacement of the handle shaft sleeve 3 through screws, the handle shaft sleeve 3 is nested in the handle 2 and is fixed through screws, and one end of the handle shaft sleeve 3, which is far away from the rocker 6, is connected with the handle end cover 1 in a matching manner. In addition, the other end of the rocker 6 and the turnbuckle 7 in the rocking handle assembly 100 are arranged into a matching and connecting structure embedded with an inner hexagon and an outer hexagon and are fixed through a tightening buckle 8. Fig. 3 is a schematic three-dimensional structure diagram of a turnbuckle in a crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The rocking handle assembly 100 in the embodiment of the present invention is a part manually operated by a technician when performing low-pressure maintenance on an aircraft engine, the technician holds the handle 2 of the handle assembly 110 by hand and axially rotates the handle with the axis of the turnbuckle 7 as a rotation axis, and based on the spiral structure of the turnbuckle 7, the technician can only axially rotate in a single direction when using the rocking handle assembly 100 to rotate, so the rocking handle assembly 100 in the embodiment of the present invention is configured to perform unidirectional rotation motion on the low-pressure lever, the fixed frame assembly 200 and the reversing coupling assembly 300 through the spiral structure of the turnbuckle 7, that is, the function of unidirectional torque transmission can be realized through the spiral structure of the turnbuckle 7.

Optionally, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a low-pressure rod and a fixing frame assembly in a crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the structure of the crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine shown in fig. 1, in the low-pressure rod and fixing frame assembly 200 in the embodiment of the present invention, the crank adapter assembly 230 is a component connected with the crank handle assembly 100, and is specifically connected with the turnbuckle 7 of the crank handle assembly 100, and the structure of the crank adapter assembly 230 and the connection manner with the crank handle assembly 100 are described as follows.

The crank adapter assembly 230 in embodiments of the present invention may include: a pin seat 9, a first pin 10, an adapter shaft 11 and a coupling sleeve 13. Wherein, first pin 10 cooperation sets up on pin seat 9, and the one end nestification of this pin seat 9 is fixed through first pin 10 in turnbuckle 7, and the other end of this pin seat 9 sets up to the cooperation connection structure that inside and outside hexagonal was inlayed and pass through the fix with screw with the one end of adapting shaft 11, and the other end of adapting shaft 11 sets up to the cooperation connection structure that inside and outside hexagonal was inlayed and pass through the pin fixed with the one end of coupling sleeve 13.

The rocking handle adapter assembly 230 in the embodiment of the present invention is configured as an adapter assembly of the rocking handle assembly 100 and the low pressure rod shaft body assembly 210, which is nested inside the turnbuckle 7 through a combined structure of the pin seat 9 and the first pin 10, and the turnbuckle 7 is matched with a connecting structure of the first pin 10 through the connection of the first pin 10 and the turnbuckle 7, so that the turnbuckle 7 can axially rotate only in a single direction.

With reference to the low pressure lever and holder assembly 200 of fig. 1 and 4, the internal low pressure lever shaft assembly 210 may include: the end cover 12, two retaining rings 14, two second radial spherical plain bearings 15, a guide key 16, a locking ring 17, a shaft body 26, a shaft seat 24, an anti-rotation bushing 29, a connecting sleeve 28 and a connecting sleeve limiting ring 27.

Wherein, the axis body 26 sets firmly in axle bed 24 and through the axial displacement of two retaining rings 14 restriction axis body 26 through two second to center joint bearing 15, the one end of this axis body 26 sets up to the cooperation connection structure that inside and outside hexagonal was inlayed and fixes through the pin with the other end of shaft coupling 13, end cover 12 nests in shaft coupling 13 outsidely, and end cover 12 is connected and is fixed through holding screw with the one end cooperation of axle bed 24, and guide key 16 passes through the fix with screw in the keyway of axle bed 24 bottom.

In the low-pressure bar and fixing frame assembly 200 according to the embodiment of the invention, the other end of the low-pressure bar shaft body group 210 is connected with the reversing coupling assembly 300, and the end part is provided with the anti-rotation bushing 29, the connecting sleeve 28 and the connecting sleeve limiting ring 27, wherein the anti-rotation bushing 29 is installed at the other end of the shaft seat 24 in a matching manner and fixed through a set screw, the connecting sleeve 28 and the connecting sleeve limiting ring 27 are connected in a matching manner through a threaded connection structure, and the connecting sleeve 28 and the connecting sleeve limiting ring 27 are combined and nested outside the other end of the shaft seat 24 and nested outside the anti-rotation bushing 29.

Fig. 5 is a schematic three-dimensional structure diagram of a fixing frame assembly in a crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine according to an embodiment of the invention. In conjunction with the low pressure lever and bracket assembly 200 of fig. 4 and the bracket assembly 220 of fig. 5, the ball lock assembly 220a of the bracket assembly 220 may comprise: a spherical locking bush 18 consisting of two hemispheres, a spherical locking seat 19 and a locking ring 17, wherein the spherical locking seat 19 is provided with a round rod 19a for installing a fixed sleeve, and the round rod 19a is the round rod of the spherical locking sleeve 220a in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.

In the embodiment of the invention, two hemispheres of the spherical locking bush 18 are nested outside the shaft seat 24 and the guide key 16, the spherical locking seat 19 is nested outside the spherical locking bush 18, and the locking ring 17 is nested outside the spherical locking seat 19 and is in a threaded connection structure with the spherical locking seat 19.

Also in conjunction with the low pressure lever and bracket assembly 200 of fig. 4 and the bracket assembly 220 of fig. 5, the fixing kit 220b of the bracket assembly 220 may include: a fixed seat 21, a fixed seat locking screw 20, a fixed seat falling-off preventing screw 22, a fixed screw falling-off preventing plate 23 and two fixed screws 25.

In the embodiment of the invention, the fixed seat 21 is nested on the round rod 19a of the spherical locking seat 19 and is clamped and fixed by the fixed seat locking screw 20, the fixed seat falling-off preventing screw 22 is installed at the top end of the round rod 19a of the spherical locking seat 19, the fixed screw falling-off preventing plate 23 is fixed on the fixed seat 21 by a screw, and the two fixing screws 25 are arranged between the positions of two waist holes of the fixed screw falling-off preventing plate 23 and the positions of two waist holes of the fixed seat 21 through the middle disc of the fixed screw falling-off preventing plate, so that the two fixing screws 25 can be adjusted in position left and right through. In addition, the low pressure lever and bracket assembly 200 may also be secured to the exterior of the aircraft engine by the two set screws 25.

In the low pressure lever and bracket assembly 200 shown in fig. 4, the middle of the low pressure lever shaft group 210 is illustrated in a segmented manner, which means that the length of the low pressure lever shaft group 210 is not limited, and only the structure of the low pressure lever shaft group 210 is schematically illustrated in fig. 4.

Optionally, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a reversing coupling assembly in a crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of an aircraft engine according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the structure of the crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine shown in fig. 1, in the reversing coupling assembly 300 in the embodiment of the present invention, the universal shaft assembly 34 is a movable part, the arrangement position and the connection relationship of the universal shaft assembly 34 are only schematically shown in fig. 6, and the actual structure of the universal shaft assembly is not shown, as shown in fig. 7, a three-dimensional structure diagram of one universal shaft assembly in the crank handle device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine provided for the embodiment of the present invention is provided, and the universal shaft assembly 34 includes three parts shown in fig. 6, namely, a first connecting part 34a connected with the first coupling 310, a third connecting part 34c connected with the second coupling 320, and a second connecting part 34b connected with one end to the first connecting part 34a and the other end to the third connecting part 34 c. It can be seen that the connection area between the second connection portion 34b and the first connection portion 34a, and the connection area between the second connection portion 34b and the third connection portion 34c are both freely movable, so as to implement a transmission mode of the cardan shaft, and thus implement a transmission function of non-linear high torque.

With reference to the reversing coupling assembly 300 of fig. 6, the first coupling 310 inside thereof may include: the inner hexagonal coupling comprises an inner hexagonal coupling 30 connected with one end of a universal shaft assembly 34 through a matching connection structure embedded with an inner hexagon and an outer hexagon, a second pin 33 used for fixing the universal shaft assembly 34 and the inner hexagonal coupling 30, a reversing coupling seat 32 nested outside a connection area of the inner hexagonal coupling 30 and the universal shaft assembly 34, and a copper sleeve 31 used for limiting the inner hexagonal coupling 30 at one end of the reversing coupling seat 32.

Also in connection with the reversing coupling assembly 300 of fig. 6, the second coupling 320 therein may include: the coupler comprises a spline coupler 38 connected with the other end of the universal shaft assembly 34 through a matching connection structure embedded with an inner hexagon and an outer hexagon, a third pin 39 used for fixing the universal shaft assembly 34 and the spline coupler 38, a third centering knuckle bearing 37 used for limiting the spline coupler 38 at the other end of the reversing coupler seat 32, and a coupler locking assembly 35 and a coupler locking assembly limiting ring 36 which are nested outside the spline coupler 38 and connected through a threaded structure.

Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown with reference to fig. 2 and 4, the handle shaft 5 uses two first centripetal oscillating bearings 4 as the supporting means, and the shaft body 26 uses two second centripetal oscillating bearings 15 as the supporting means.

In the practical structure of the crank handle device for the low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine, two first centripetal oscillating bearings 4 are nested at two ends of a handle shaft 5 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and each first centripetal oscillating bearing 4 is configured to realize a bearing function structure through the mutual rolling of two large balls. In addition, two second center-pivoted bearings 15 are nested at two ends of the shaft body 26 in a one-to-one correspondence, and each second center-pivoted bearing 15 is also configured as a structure in which two large balls roll against each other to realize a bearing function.

The two pairs of radial spherical plain bearings (including the two first radial spherical plain bearings 4 and the two second radial spherical plain bearings 15) serving as the supporting devices in the embodiment of the invention have high bearing capacity, have low requirements on the machining precision of structural parts and are easy to realize.

Optionally, in the crank device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the surface of the whole crank device is formed by QPQ salt bath composite treatment, and the surface characteristics formed by the treatment mode can enable the crank device to have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance.

It should be noted that all the transmission shaft connections in the embodiments of the present invention may adopt a matching shaft coupling structure that is embedded with an inner hexagon and an outer hexagon and fixed by a pin, for example, including: the rocker 6 is connected with a transmission shaft of the screw buckle 7, the pin seat 9 is connected with a transmission shaft of the adapting shaft 11, the adapting shaft 11 is connected with a transmission shaft of the coupling sleeve 13, the shaft body 26 is connected with the transmission shaft of the coupling sleeve 13, the inner hexagonal coupling 30 is connected with a transmission shaft of the universal shaft assembly 34, and the universal shaft assembly 34 is connected with a transmission shaft of the spline coupling 38.

The structure of the crank device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following characteristics: the surface of the handle 2 of the rocking handle assembly 100 is covered with a lining made of anti-skid rubber, so that the rocking handle assembly has comfortable hand feeling and is anti-skid; the connection between the rocking handle assembly 100 and the low-pressure rod shaft assembly 210 adopts a spiral structure of a spiral buckle 7, so that the function of unidirectional torque transmission is realized; the use of two pairs of radial spherical bearings, the coupling mode of inner and outer hexagonal embedding and the design of a universal shaft structure ensure the function of large torque transmission; the handle of the crank device is very convenient to position and fix due to the structures such as the spherical locking bush 18, the guide key 16, the fixing screw anti-falling plate 23, the fixing seat anti-falling screw 22 and the like; the main structural part of the crank device is made of alloy steel materials, and the surface of the structural part is formed by QPQ salt bath composite treatment, so that the crank device has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. The design enables the crank device to have the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in connection and installation, good man-machine function, high reliability, lower requirements on machining and assembling precision and the like, so that the product quality and the economic benefit of the crank device are improved.

When the crank device for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for low-pressure maintenance of the aircraft engine, the operation process is as follows:

the spline of the spline coupler 38 in the reversing coupler assembly 300 is connected with the test input spline of the aircraft engine, then the coupling locking assembly limiting ring 36 is rotated, and the reversing coupler seat 32 of the reversing coupler assembly 300 is connected with the shell of the aircraft engine through three locking pins on the coupling locking assembly limiting ring 36.

The low-pressure rod and fixing frame assembly 200 is fixed on an aircraft engine through two fixing screws 25, the fixing seat locking screws 20 and the locking ring 17 are in a loose connection state, the outer hexagonal end of the shaft body 26 is inserted into the inner hexagonal end of the inner hexagonal coupling 30, two gaps of the end surface of the anti-rotation bush 29 and two bosses of the end surface of the reversing coupling seat 32 are embedded and connected into a whole, the connecting sleeve 28 is rotated, the connecting sleeve 28 is connected with the reversing coupling seat 32 through threads, then the connecting sleeve limiting ring 27 is rotated, the connecting sleeve 28 is fixed, the two fixing screws 25, the fixing seat locking screws 20 and the locking ring 17 are screwed respectively, and the low-pressure rod and fixing frame assembly 200 are fixed outside the aircraft engine.

The turnbuckle 7 of the rocking handle assembly 100 is connected with the low-pressure rod and the first pin 10 of the fixing frame assembly 200, the handle 2 of the rocking handle assembly 100 is rotated to drive the rotor of the aircraft engine to rotate, and then the relevant test and maintenance of the aircraft engine are carried out.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
