Background

The crosslinking technology is an important technology for improving the performance of polyethylene, and the crosslinked and modified polyethylene has the characteristics of high volume resistivity, small dielectric consumption, good heat and aging resistance, good stress cracking resistance, easy processing, low price and the like, is an excellent insulating material, and is also a material used as a cable material.

Preferably, the discharge ports of the intermediate bin and the finished product bin are respectively provided with a discharge end electromagnetic valve which is electrically connected with the PLC controller.

Preferably, the automatic packaging machine includes an automatic bag feeding machine for feeding bags and an automatic evacuation heat sealing machine for evacuation and heat sealing packaging.

Preferably, at least two air vibration devices are arranged outside the discharge port of the automatic metering and weighing machine, and the vibration source of the air vibration devices is pulse high-frequency vibration.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the PLC controls the automatic feeding production line, the automatic packaging production line and the automatic stacking production line to operate, thereby intensively completing the processes of feeding, weighing, packaging and stacking of finished products, the PLC controls the opening and closing of a discharge electromagnetic valve of a discharge port of a middle bin 2 on a rail flat car 1, thereby controlling the material in the middle bin 2 to be conveyed to a feed port of an elevator 3, further conveying the material to a finished product bin 4 under the lifting of the elevator 3, controlling the quantity of discharged materials by controlling the opening and closing of a discharge electromagnetic valve of the discharge port of the finished product bin 4, and carrying out stacking processing at the position of a mechanical stacker 8 through an automatic conveyor 7 under the matching of an automatic weighing machine 5 and an automatic packaging machine 6 (since the automatic weighing machine 5 and the automatic packaging machine 6 adopt the prior art, which is not repeated here), in the second time, the centralized automation of the cable material production is realized, so that the labor cost of workers can be greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
