The working principle of the compact instant card issuing equipment is as follows:

firstly, the vertical driving mechanism drives the card conveying mechanism to move to a corresponding layer of a fixed plate where the card feeding mechanism is located, then one of the card feeding and discharging bayonets (one group of clamping conveying rollers) of the card conveying mechanism is driven to rotate to correspond to the card feeding and discharging bayonets of the card feeding mechanism through the rotating driving mechanism, and then the card feeding and discharging driving mechanisms of the card feeding mechanism and the card conveying mechanism are matched to operate, so that a card to be processed is conveyed to the two groups of clamping conveying rollers; then, according to the specific position of each card processing module and the processing process sequence of the cards, sequentially passing through the vertical driving mechanism and the rotary driving mechanism to drive the card conveying mechanism to the corresponding position of the in-out bayonet of the corresponding card processing module, and conveying the card conveying mechanism to the card processing module for processing; after the processing of each processing module is accomplished to the card, under vertical actuating mechanism and rotation driving mechanism's drive, card transport mechanism will accomplish the card of processing and convey in going out card mechanism, the card that will accomplish processing by going out card mechanism sends the card end of getting outside the equipment to accomplish the processing of whole card and shift transportation process.

In the processing process, because the card issuing mechanism and the card inlet and outlet ports of the plurality of card processing modules correspond to the rotation tracks of the card inlet and outlet ports of the card conveying mechanism, the plurality of card processing modules can be arranged around the whole card transferring and conveying mechanism, and when the cards are processed, the cards are transferred among the card processing modules on the same layer only by the rotation of the card conveying mechanism; meanwhile, the card conveying mechanism can complete the transfer of all the card processing modules on the two layers of fixed plates only by vertically moving once under the driving of the vertical driving mechanism, thereby effectively shortening the transfer stroke of the cards and improving the card processing efficiency; and a plurality of card processing modules on the fixed plate of each layer are arranged on the rotating track of the card transferring and conveying mechanism, so that the whole equipment is more compact, the equipment space is fully utilized, and the size of the equipment is favorably reduced.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the card transfer and transport mechanism is disposed at one of corners of the fixing plate; the inlet and outlet bayonets of the card processing module on each layer of the fixing plate are arranged vertically. 2. The card processing modules can be arranged at the corresponding positions of the rotating tracks of the inlet and the outlet of the card conveying mechanism, so that the layout of the card processing modules is more compact, the space of the equipment can be fully and reasonably utilized, and the volume of the equipment is reduced.

3. Card processing module can all be set up to all directions all around at card transport mechanism, is favorable to addding more supplementary modules on equipment to improve the quality that the card was made, like clean module of card and card detection module etc..
