The hydro-acupuncture roll changing device is arranged between the paper rolling cylinder and the arc-shaped roller, and the paper is controlled and cut by high-pressure water, so that the paper is smoothly wound on a new paper rolling roller, the roll changing process is instantly completed, and the hydro-acupuncture roll changing device can be applied to the production of culture paper/coated paper/packaging paper/paperboard/special paper/household paper. The scheme is a good exploration for solving the paper throwing problem in the paper rolling process, but still has a further promotion space, and the research on the paper throwing problem in the industry is never stopped.

3. Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
