3. The mortar type foam concrete foaming agent according to claim 2, wherein: the vegetable oil is any one of peanut oil, soybean oil, rape oil, castor oil or olive oil.

4. The mortar type foam concrete foaming agent according to claim 2, wherein: the acid is any one of nitric acid, sulfuric acid and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid.

5. The mortar type foam concrete foaming agent according to claim 4, wherein the hydroxyl vegetable oil is prepared from the following components, by mass, 74 ~ 87 parts of vegetable oil, 6 ~ 20 parts of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, and 4 ~ 7 parts of water.

6. The method for producing a mortar type foam concrete foaming agent according to any one of claims 1 ~ 5, comprising the steps of:

step one, according to the mass portion, 0 ~ 10 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 2 ~ 10 parts of acid and 4 ~ 7 parts of distilled water are put in a reflux heating stirring reactor and are stirred and mixed uniformly;

step two, adding 74 ~ 87 parts of vegetable oil into the reactor in the step one according to the parts by weight, and reacting for 1 ~ 2 hours at the reaction temperature of 95 ~ 105 ℃ to obtain hydroxyl vegetable oil;

step three, according to the mass portion, 64.43 ~ 65.73 parts of 3/5 parts of water, 0.74 ~ 0.76.76 parts of succinic acid, 1.7 ~ 1.8.8 parts of phosphoric acid, 6.04 ~ 10.16.16 parts of polyacrylic acid, 2.5 parts of borax 2 ~ 2.5 and 0.8 ~ 0.86.86 parts of oxalic acid dihydrate are added into a reaction kettle, and the mixture is uniformly stirred to form transparent solution under the temperature reaction condition of 105 ~ 115 ℃;

step four, preparing 1/5 of 64.43 ~ 65.73 parts of water and 2.5 parts of 2.5 ~ 2.6.6 parts of NaOH into solution according to the mass parts, and slowly adding the solution into the reaction kettle in the step three;

step five, weighing 18.1 ~ 18.47.47 parts of sodium alcohol ether sulphate, adding into the reaction kettle in the step four, uniformly mixing, and then adding 1.8 ~ 2.5.5 parts of the hydroxy vegetable oil prepared in the step two, 0.4 ~ 0.5.5 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 0.025 ~ 0.035.035 parts of triethanolamine into the reaction kettle;

and step six, adding the residual 1/5 of 64.43 ~ 65.73 parts of water into the reaction kettle in the step five according to the parts by weight, and obtaining the foaming agent after uniform reaction.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of foam concrete, and particularly relates to a mortar type foam concrete foaming agent and a production method thereof.

Background

The foam concrete has the advantages of low density, heat preservation, sound insulation, nonflammability, long service life, small environmental pollution, easy recycling and the like. It has been widely used in building heat preservation, tunnel and pipeline backfill, and railway and highway subgrade construction. However, the foam concrete produced by pure cement has high water absorption rate and is easy to crack, which seriously restricts the application range of the foam concrete. To solve these two problems of foam concrete, people have to adopt: the method comprises the steps of doping organic or inorganic fibers, using glass fiber gridding cloth, doping fly ash and the like. The water absorption of the foam concrete can not be reduced, the crack resistance problem can be solved, the production process is complicated, the environment is seriously polluted in the long run, the parameter is low, the crack resistance effect is not obvious, and the compressive strength of the product is influenced due to the high parameter.

The final purposes of the foaming agent and the concrete slurry additive for producing the foam concrete are to improve the mechanical strength of the foam concrete product with the same volume weight as much as possible, reduce the performances of the foam concrete product such as heat conductivity coefficient, water absorption and the like, and have convenient use and low cost. However, there are some blowing agent patent documents, and only the bleeding property, foam stabilization time, expansion ratio and other indexes of the foam concrete product when the foam of the foam concrete blowing agent is stored alone are reported, and the performance of the foam concrete product is not considered. Some documents report the compressive strength of their foamed concrete products, but do not refer to the volume weight of their foamed concrete products. Few documents describe the composition of the foaming agent or the concrete slurry additive and the volume weight and the performance of related foam concrete products in more detail, and the foam concrete products are really attractive from the view of performance indexes of the foam concrete products, but the cost is too high from the view of formula composition, the application range is bound to be limited, and the foam concrete products are difficult to be applied to the field of buildings in a large scale. It is obvious that if cement mortar can be made into foam concrete, and the foam pores are hydrophobic, the water absorption rate and crack resistance of the product can be obviously improved, and the cement dosage can be greatly reduced.

The invention aims to solve the defects of the existing foam concrete foaming agent and provide a mortar type foam concrete foaming agent and a production method thereof, wherein the mortar type foam concrete foaming agent not only has the excellent performance of the conventional foaming agent, but also has the functions of a water reducing agent, a hydrophobing agent and organic fibers, and can be prepared from concrete slurry containing fly ash (or mineral powder and silica fume) and sand. The production process is simple, the use is convenient, the cost is low, and the paint is non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free. The mechanical property, the thermal conductivity, the water absorption rate and the like of the foam concrete product are all obviously superior to those of the current foam concrete product with the same volume weight.

The invention adopts the technical scheme that the mortar type foam concrete foaming agent is prepared from the following components, by mass, 1.8 ~.5 parts of hydroxy vegetable oil, 0.74 ~.76 part of succinic acid, 1.7 ~.8 parts of phosphoric acid, 6.04 ~.16 parts of polyacrylic acid, 2.5 parts of borax, 0.8 ~.86 part of oxalic acid dihydrate, 2.5 parts of NaHO 2.26.6 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 0.4 ~.5 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 18.1 ~.47 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 0.025 ~.035 parts of triethanolamine and 64.43 ~ 65.73 parts of water.

The hydroxyl vegetable oil is prepared from the following components, by mass, 74 ~ 87 parts of vegetable oil, 0 ~ 10 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 2 ~ 10 parts of acid and 4 ~ 7 parts of water.

Further, the vegetable oil is any one of peanut oil, soybean oil, rape oil, castor oil or olive oil.

Further, the acid is any one of nitric acid, sulfuric acid and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid.

Furthermore, the hydroxyl vegetable oil is prepared from the following components, by mass, 74 ~ 87 parts of vegetable oil, 6 ~ 20 parts of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and 4 ~ 7 parts of water.

A production method of a mortar type foam concrete foaming agent comprises the following steps:

step one, according to the mass portion, 0 ~ 10 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 2 ~ 10 parts of acid and 4 ~ 7 parts of distilled water are put in a reflux heating stirring reactor and are stirred and mixed uniformly;

step two, adding 74 ~ 87 parts of vegetable oil into the reactor in the step one according to the parts by weight, and reacting for 1 ~ 2 hours at the reaction temperature of 95 ~ 105 ℃ to obtain hydroxyl vegetable oil;

step three, according to the mass portion, 64.43 ~ 65.73 parts of 3/5 parts of water, 0.74 ~ 0.76.76 parts of succinic acid, 1.7 ~ 1.8.8 parts of phosphoric acid, 6.04 ~ 10.16.16 parts of polyacrylic acid, 2.5 parts of borax 2 ~ 2.5 and 0.8 ~ 0.86.86 parts of oxalic acid dihydrate are added into a reaction kettle, and the mixture is uniformly stirred to form transparent solution under the temperature reaction condition of 105 ~ 115 ℃;

step four, preparing 1/5 of 64.43 ~ 65.73 parts of water and 2.5 parts of 2.5 ~ 2.6.6 parts of NaOH into solution according to the mass parts, and slowly adding the solution into the reaction kettle in the step three;

step five, weighing 18.1 ~ 18.47.47 parts of sodium alcohol ether sulphate, adding into the reaction kettle in the step four, uniformly mixing, and then adding 1.8 ~ 2.5.5 parts of the hydroxy vegetable oil prepared in the step two, 0.4 ~ 0.5.5 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 0.025 ~ 0.035.035 parts of triethanolamine into the reaction kettle;

and step six, adding the residual 1/5 of 64.43 ~ 65.73 parts of water into the reaction kettle in the step five according to the parts by weight, and obtaining the foaming agent after uniform reaction.

The beneficial effects of the invention are mainly shown in the following aspects:

1. the foaming times of the foaming agent can reach 3.7m3Kg, good foam flexibility and difficult foam breaking in mortar, so that the foaming agent can produce the volume weight of 600kg/m per kg3Mortar foam concrete 4.0m3Left and right;

2. the obtained mortar foam concrete has the advantages of small cement consumption, no cracking, low water absorption and high compressive strength;
