10. A process for the preparation of a diesel detergent builder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:

s1: weighing the raw materials according to the mass fraction;

s2: adding the rapeseed oil and the soybean oil with corresponding weight parts into a stirrer for dispersion, controlling the rotation speed to be 1800 plus materials and 2400r/min, heating to 70-80 ℃, sequentially adding the methanol and the boric acid, continuously stirring for 120 plus materials and 140min, and washing and drying to obtain the biodiesel;
