4. The preparation method of the graphene lubricating oil according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) adding dodecyl primary amine into toluene with the weight 16-20 times of that of the dodecyl primary amine, uniformly stirring, adding graphene, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-20 minutes to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid;

(2) adding phosphoric acid into the graphene dispersion liquid, raising the temperature to 65-70 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours under the condition of heat preservation to obtain a modified dispersion liquid;

(3) adding benzotriazole into toluene with the weight of 50-60 times of that of the benzotriazole, and uniformly stirring to obtain a toluene solution;

(4) mixing methyl methacrylate and epoxypropanol, adding the mixture into the toluene solution, uniformly stirring, feeding the mixture into a stainless steel reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 90-100 ℃, carrying out stirring reaction for 1-2 hours, adding an alkali catalyst, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 150-160 ℃, carrying out heat preservation stirring for 2-3 hours, and discharging to obtain a pretreatment dispersion liquid;

6. The preparation method of the graphene lubricating oil according to claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the lubricating oil additive comprises the following steps:

adding ricinoleic acid into 70-75% sodium hydroxide solution 7-9 times the weight of ricinoleic acid, stirring, placing in 60-65 deg.C constant temperature water bath, stirring for 10-20 min, discharging, dehydrating, adding octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and turpentine, and stirring.

Background

Any sound emitted during operation of the motor can be attributed to the noise of the motor. These include electromagnetic noise, mechanical noise, aerodynamic noise. Mechanical noise is mainly caused by the rotor and bearings. The bearing is a connection member of a rotor and a stator of a motor, which receives excitation of various forces in the motor and transmits the excitation force, thereby generating vibration and noise. Mechanical noise can also be generated by the brushes of the machine rubbing against the slip rings or commutator. Therefore, when the motor rotates, lubricating oil is often used to reduce the friction of the motor, reduce mechanical noise and protect the working environment of people;

in order to improve the lubricating effect, some inorganic lubricants are added into the currently used lubricating oil, and the lubricants are easy to deposit because the lubricants cannot be uniformly dispersed into base oil, so that the original lubricating effect is lost after the lubricants are not used for a long time, and the quality of the oil is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defect that the existing lubricant is easy to deposit due to the fact that the existing lubricant cannot be uniformly dispersed into base oil, and provides graphene lubricating oil with good dispersibility and a preparation method thereof.

The alkali catalyst is sodium hydroxide.

The fineness of the graphene is 0.5-1 mu m.

A preparation method of graphene lubricating oil comprises the following steps:

(1) adding dodecyl primary amine into toluene with the weight 16-20 times of that of the dodecyl primary amine, uniformly stirring, adding graphene, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-20 minutes to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid;

(2) adding phosphoric acid into the graphene dispersion liquid, raising the temperature to 65-70 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours under the condition of heat preservation to obtain a modified dispersion liquid;

(3) adding benzotriazole into toluene with the weight of 50-60 times of that of the benzotriazole, and uniformly stirring to obtain a toluene solution;

(4) mixing methyl methacrylate and epoxypropanol, adding the mixture into the toluene solution, uniformly stirring, feeding the mixture into a stainless steel reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 90-100 ℃, carrying out stirring reaction for 1-2 hours, adding an alkali catalyst, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 150-160 ℃, carrying out heat preservation stirring for 2-3 hours, and discharging to obtain a pretreatment dispersion liquid;

(5) mixing the pretreatment dispersion liquid and the modified dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring, adding soda, raising the temperature to 110-120 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 80-110 minutes, and removing toluene by rotary evaporation to obtain modified graphene;

(6) and mixing the modified graphene with amino trimethylene phosphonic acid and a lubricating oil additive, uniformly stirring, adding into base oil, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-40 minutes to obtain the graphene lubricating oil.

The lubricating oil additive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

20-30 parts of turpentine, 1-2 parts of ricinoleic acid and 0.4-0.7 part of octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.

The preparation method of the lubricating oil additive comprises the following steps:

adding ricinoleic acid into 70-75% sodium hydroxide solution 7-9 times the weight of ricinoleic acid, stirring, placing in 60-65 deg.C constant temperature water bath, stirring for 10-20 min, discharging, dehydrating, adding octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and turpentine, and stirring.
