For example, chinese patent with publication number CN203701634U discloses a device for repairing cracks in a building wall, wherein one end of a grouting pipe core is connected with a high-pressure grouting hose; the high-pressure grouting hose is connected with a high-speed motor: the grouting pipe core is inserted into the wall to be repaired through a grouting pre-buried hole arranged on the supporting wall; the upper part of the wall to be repaired is provided with an exhaust hole, the lower part of the wall to be repaired is provided with a wall strut, and the inner end of the wall strut is connected with a casting bracket; the slurry can be injected into the cracks by using the pressure feeding of a high-speed motor, the water physical property and the mechanical property of the cracks are improved, the construction influence range is small, the reinforcing effect is good, a casting support is arranged for supporting and accelerating solidification, and exhaust holes are arranged for exhausting; however, the patent requires manual assistance when dealing with cracks at high positions of the wall body, and is not suitable for automatic treatment of building cracks in various occasions.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides an automatic wall crack detection and repair device, which can automatically climb to a position to be repaired, rapidly repair a crack and accelerate the solidification of a repair agent.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides an automatic wall crack detection and repair device.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

The automatic wall crack detection and repair device comprises a fixed disc, wherein wall climbing mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixed disc, a rotary drum is connected to the fixed disc through a tapered roller bearing in an internal connection mode, a repair agent chamber is arranged in the rotary drum, and a repair agent output pipe is arranged at the bottom of the repair agent chamber; the mending agent output pipe is connected to the position adjusting mechanism, and the position adjusting mechanism can realize the up-down, left-right positions of the mending agent output pipe, so that the cracks on the wall body can be conveniently mended; a blowing pipe penetrates through the top of the rotary cylinder and is arranged in the rotary cylinder; an ultrasonic detection device for detecting the position of a crack and an electric drill for drilling and filling a repairing agent hole are also arranged in the rotary cylinder; the ultrasonic detection device comprises an ultrasonic probe and a marking pen.

The mounting seat is internally provided with a bearing matched with the adjusting screw rod, the direct current motor is started, the adjusting screw rod rotates to realize the ascending or descending of the sliding block (the ascending or descending of the sliding block on the adjusting screw rod is realized through the positive and negative rotation of the direct current motor), and when the height position meets the position requirement of repairing cracks, the air cylinder pushes the transverse sliding block to realize the left and right positions of the repairing agent spray head, so that the specific position of the repairing agent spray head is accurately positioned.

4. the arranged elastic structure can effectively prevent the tiny particles from entering the blowing pipe nozzle so as to prevent the blowing pipe nozzle and the blowing pipe from being blocked;

5. accurately positioning the position of the healant spray head on the wall through a position adjusting device;
