s003: when the hard scale and the soft scale accumulated on the steel wire brush and the inner wall of the gas well oil pipe gradually form a sealing structure, the body starts to move upwards under the air pressure in the gas well oil pipe until the body is pushed to the upper port of the gas well oil pipe, and once scale cleaning is finished;

s004: taking out the body, cleaning dirt on the body, and then lowering the body into the oil pipe of the gas well again;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of oil and gas well scale removal, and particularly relates to a high-salinity gas well underground scale removal tool and a scale removal method.

Background

With the continuous development of gas fields, the scaling phenomenon of different degrees exists in part of gas well production strings, and scaling/corrosion commonly coexist. The corrosion product film and scale deposit on the inner wall of the oil pipe and mainly has the following hazards: 1. the friction resistance of the shaft is increased, so that the pressure drop of the shaft is increased, the productivity of the gas well is restricted, and the ultimate recovery ratio of the gas well is influenced; 2. galvanic couple and under-deposit corrosion can be generated, and the service life of the tubular column is reduced; 3. resulting in a reduced diameter wellbore and increased risk of sticking during downhole operations. The prior common methods for cleaning the scale of the shaft mainly comprise: chemical descaling, mechanical scraping, mechanical drilling and milling, hydraulic descaling and the like. Chemical descaling is corrosive to metals and is also substantially ineffective for barium-strontium scale and wells with large scale formation. The mechanical scraping and the mechanical drilling and milling descaling precision is difficult to control, the pipe wall is easy to damage, the blockage is easy to occur, and the construction period is long. The pure water jet flow descaling is not suitable for hard scale (carbonate and sulfate), and the scale removed is large, so that the blockage of the continuous oil pipe or a tool is caused. The traditional method for cleaning the scale of the shaft system cannot meet the scale cleaning requirement of a gas well shaft on a production field.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a highly mineralized gas well downhole descaling tool and descaling method that overcome, or at least partially solve or alleviate, the above-mentioned problems.

The invention provides a high-salinity gas well underground descaling tool, which comprises: the scraper comprises a body, the body is cylindrical, the front end of the body is provided with a conical head, a front dirt scraping area is arranged on the side wall of the front portion of the body, a plurality of scraping blades are arranged on the front dirt scraping area, the scraping blades are disc-shaped, a dirt brushing area is arranged on the side wall of the middle portion of the body, and steel wire brushes are uniformly arranged on the dirt brushing area in the circumferential direction.
