A method of time synchronization, comprising:

a terminal receives a special message from network equipment, wherein the special message comprises first time synchronization information, and the first time synchronization information is used for indicating the compensation condition of propagation delay;

and the terminal carries out time synchronization with the network equipment according to the first time synchronization information.

The method of claim 1, wherein if the compensation condition is that the propagation delay is not compensated and the terminal has the capability of propagation delay compensation; the method further comprises the following steps:

the terminal performs propagation delay compensation on the first time synchronization information;

the terminal performs time synchronization with the network device according to the first time synchronization information, including:

The method of claim 2, wherein the terminal performs propagation delay compensation on the first time synchronization information, and the method comprises:

the terminal carries out propagation delay compensation on the first time synchronization information according to the target propagation delay compensation;

wherein the parameter values include any one or more of:

the distance between the terminal and the network equipment, the reference signal receiving power between the terminal and the network equipment, the path loss value between the terminal and the network equipment, and the cell coverage parameter corresponding to the network equipment.

The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:

the terminal receives a broadcast message from the network equipment, wherein the broadcast message comprises second time synchronization information;

the terminal performs time synchronization with the network device according to the first time synchronization information, including:

the terminal determines target time synchronization information for performing time synchronization with the network equipment according to the first time synchronization information and the second time synchronization information;

and the terminal carries out time synchronization with the network equipment according to the target time synchronization information.

The method of claim 4, wherein the time synchronization between the terminal and the network device according to the target time synchronization information comprises:

the terminal determines that the target time synchronization information comprises the first time synchronization information and the second time synchronization information;

and the terminal carries out time synchronization with the network equipment according to the first time synchronization information and the second time synchronization information.

The method according to claim 5, wherein in a case that the compensation condition is that the propagation delay has been compensated, and the first time synchronization information includes a time offset value from a time indicated by the second time synchronization information, the time synchronization between the terminal and the network device according to the first time synchronization information and the second time synchronization information includes:

and the terminal carries out time synchronization with the network equipment according to the time indicated by the second time synchronization information and the time deviation value.

The method of claim 4, wherein the time synchronization between the terminal and the network device according to the target time synchronization information comprises:

the terminal determines that the target time synchronization information includes the first time synchronization information, in a case where the first time synchronization information is different from the second time synchronization information;

and the terminal carries out time synchronization with the network equipment according to the first time synchronization information.

The method of claim 1, wherein the dedicated message is a dedicated Radio Resource Control (RRC) message or a dedicated Medium Access Control (MAC) message or a dedicated Downlink Control Information (DCI).

A method of time synchronization, comprising:

the network equipment determines to perform propagation delay compensation;

the network equipment sends a special message to a terminal, wherein the special message comprises first time synchronization information, and the first time synchronization information is used for indicating the compensation condition of propagation delay.

The method according to claim 9, wherein the terminal is a terminal whose parameter value satisfies a corresponding condition, and/or the terminal is a terminal without propagation delay compensation capability, and/or the terminal is a terminal located in a cell corresponding to the network device;

wherein the parameter values include any one or more of:

the distance between the terminal and the network equipment, the reference signal receiving power between the terminal and the network equipment, the path loss value between the terminal and the network equipment, and the cell coverage parameter corresponding to the network equipment.

The method of claim 9, wherein the cell coverage parameter corresponding to the network device is greater than or equal to a coverage threshold, and/or wherein the network device has a propagation delay compensation capability.

The method according to any of claims 9-11, wherein the compensation condition is that the propagation delay has been compensated, and before the network device sends a dedicated message to a terminal, the method further comprises:

the network equipment determines a propagation delay compensation value according to the parameter value;

the network equipment determines the first time synchronization information according to the propagation delay compensation value;

wherein the parameter values include any one or more of:

the distance between the terminal and the network equipment, the reference signal receiving power between the terminal and the network equipment, the path loss value between the terminal and the network equipment, and the cell coverage parameter corresponding to the network equipment.

The method according to any of claims 9-11, wherein the compensation case is that the propagation delay is not compensated, and the terminal is a terminal with propagation delay compensation capability.

The method of claim 9, further comprising:

and the processing unit is used for carrying out time synchronization with the network equipment according to the first time synchronization information.

A network device comprising a processing unit and a communication unit;

the communication unit is used for determining propagation delay compensation;

the communication unit is configured to send a dedicated message to a terminal, where the dedicated message includes first time synchronization information, and the first time synchronization information is used to indicate a compensation condition of propagation delay.
