Background

The zipper is a common article in people's life, is mainly applied to clothes, shoes, hats, various bags and suitcases and the like, and generally comprises cloth belts, zipper teeth and sliders, wherein the zipper teeth are sequentially and continuously arranged on the edges of the two cloth belts, and the zipper teeth on the two cloth belts can be driven to be mutually buckled or separated through the slider sliding, so that the opening and closing effect is achieved. The slide fastener is classified into a nylon slide fastener, a resin slide fastener and a metal slide fastener according to the material.

The production method of zippers made of different materials is different, for example, resin zippers are formed by injection molding of zipper teeth, blocks, bolts and upper stop blocks on cloth tapes by an injection molding machine. Referring to fig. 1, the zipper processing method sequentially includes the steps of feeding, sizing, gluing, punching, processing blocks and bolts, closing chains, threading, processing stop blocks, cutting and the like, and specifically, the steps of feeding: providing two chain belts with chain teeth; sizing: removing the chain teeth which need to be vacated on the two chain belts through a knife edge according to the required size on the two chain belts to form a chain tooth area 10 and a tooth missing area 20; gluing: rubberizing the missing tooth areas 20 on the two chain belts to form rubberized fabric areas 30; punching: punching the adhesive tape areas 30 on the two chain belts to form punched areas 40; processing the square blocks and the bolts: injection molding a block 50 at one end of the missing tooth area 20 on one chain belt close to the punched area 40, and injection molding a plug pin 60 at one end of the missing tooth area 20 on the other chain belt close to the punched area 40, wherein the plug pin 60 can be inserted into the block 50; and (3) chain combination: inserting an insert pin 60 of the chain belt with an insert pin into the block 50 of the chain belt with the block 50, and combining the teeth of the teeth area 10 of the two chain belts; threading: guiding a slider 70 from one end of the element region 10 of the two fastener tapes far away from the block 50 to the element region 10; processing an upper stop block: an upper stop block 80 is formed at one end of the element area 10 of the two chain belts with the pull head 70 being threaded, which is far away from the block 50 in an injection molding mode. Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides four-in-one equipment for a rubberizing punching injection molding chain, aiming at solving the technical problems that each step needs one piece of equipment, a plurality of pieces of equipment need to be connected independently, a large amount of space is occupied, the production period is easy to elongate, and the production cost is increased.

A four-in-one equipment for rubberizing, punching and injection molding of a chain comprises a rubberizing mechanism, a punching mechanism, an injection molding mechanism and a chain combining mechanism which are sequentially connected, wherein the rubberizing mechanism is used for rubberizing the missing tooth areas on two chain belts to form rubberized fabric areas; the punching mechanism is used for punching the adhesive tape areas on the two chain belts to form punching areas; the injection molding mechanism is used for injection molding a square block at one end, close to the punching area, of the tooth lacking area on one chain belt, and injection molding a plug pin at one end, close to the punching area, of the tooth lacking area on the other chain belt, wherein the plug pin can be inserted into the square block; and the chain combining mechanism is used for inserting the pins on the chain belt with the pins into the blocks on the chain belt with the blocks and combining the chain teeth of the chain tooth areas on the two chain belts.

Preferably, the four-in-one machine for rubberizing, punching and injection molding of the closed chain further comprises a first machine table and a second machine table fixedly connected to the first machine table, the first machine table is mounted and supports the rubberizing mechanism, the punching mechanism and the injection molding mechanism, and the second machine table is mounted and supports the closed chain mechanism.

The adhesive applying mechanism 1 comprises a feeding group 11, an ultrasonic group 15, an adhesive applying welding head (not shown), three clamping and feeding adhesive groups 14, a degumming group 16 and a first positioning group 12.

The feeding group 11 is fixed at the feeding end of the first machine table 4, and the feeding group 11 includes a detecting device 111, as shown in fig. 3.

The first positioning group 12 is arranged between the ultrasonic group 15 and the feeding group 11, and the first positioning group 12 and the ultrasonic group 15 are respectively installed on the first machine table 4. The rubberizing welding head is arranged on the ultrasonic wave group 15, and the ultrasonic wave group 15 drives the welding head to move. The three glue clamping and conveying groups 14 are respectively arranged on the periphery of the gluing welding head and are directly or indirectly arranged on the first machine table 4 together with the degumming group 16.

The punching mechanism 3 comprises a second positioning group 35, a four-hole punching machine 31 and a first discharging belt pulling group 33. The second positioning group 35, the four-hole drilling machine 31 and the first discharging belt drawing group 33 are fixedly installed on the first machine table 4, the second positioning group 35 is connected with the adhesive tape sticking mechanism 1, the four-hole drilling machine 31 is located between the second positioning group 35 and the first discharging belt drawing group 33, and the first discharging belt drawing group 33 is connected with the injection molding mechanism 5. The four-hole punching machine 31 comprises a punching die 311 and a punching power device 313, as shown in fig. 4. The punching die 311 is mounted on the first machine table 4, the punching die 311 is mounted on the punching power device 313, and the punching power device 313 provides power for the punching die 311.

The injection molding mechanism 5 comprises an upper belt passing group 51, a lower belt passing group 53, an electric injection molding machine 57 and a second discharging belt pulling group 59. The table top of the first machine table 4 is provided with a first vacancy part 41, the first discharging belt pulling group 33 and the upper belt passing group 51 are arranged at two ends of the first vacancy part, the lower belt passing group 53 is arranged at one end, close to the ground, of the first machine table 4, and the upper belt passing group 51 and the lower belt passing group 53 are located on the same vertical line. The electric injection molding machine 57 is mounted on the first machine table 4, and the hook needle group 2 is arranged between the upper belt passing group 51 and the electric injection molding machine 57. The electric injection molding machine 57 comprises an injection mold 571, and the second discharging belt pulling group 59 is installed at the other end of the first machine table 4 far away from the feeding group 11, so that the electric injection molding machine 57 is arranged between the hook needle group 2 and the second discharging belt pulling group 59.

The chain combining mechanism 7 comprises a third belt passing group 71, a chain combining and pressing belt group 73, a push-pin group 74, a chain combining group 75, a clamp group 77 and a third belt pulling group 79. The third passing group 71, the chain combining and pressing group 73, the push-and-pull pin group 74, the chain combining group 75, the clamp 77 and the third pull group 79 are sequentially mounted on the second machine table 6, a second vacancy 61 is formed at one end, close to the first machine table 4, of the table top of the second machine table 6, the third passing group 71 and the chain combining and pressing group 73 are mounted on the table top of the adjacent side enclosing the second vacancy 61, the third passing group 71 is adjacent to the first machine table 4, and the chain combining and pressing group 73 and the second discharging pull group 59 are mounted on two opposite sides of the second vacancy 61. The zipper assembly 75 is installed between the push-pin set 74 and the clip set 77, and the third zipper set 79 is located at the other end of the second machine base 6 away from the second gap.

Please refer to fig. 5. The third threading set 71 includes a bottom plate 711 fixed to the second machine base 6, three optical axes 713 fixed to the bottom plate 711, and a water drainage port 715 fixed to the three optical axes 713 by a fixing rod 717. The water removal opening 715 comprises two fixing plates 7151 arranged at intervals relatively, two passing pulleys 7153 arranged between the two fixing plates 7151, a fixing seat 7155 arranged between the two passing pulleys 7153, and a fixing block cover plate 7157 fixedly connected with the fixing seat 7155, wherein the fixing rod 717 penetrates through the fixing plates 7151, the passing pulleys 7153 and the fixing seat 7155 to fix the fixing plates 7151, the passing pulleys 7153 and the fixing seat 7155, the arrangement direction of the fixing block cover plate 7157 is the same as that of the fixing rod 717, and the mutual interval between the fixing block cover plate 7157 and the passing pulleys 7153 does not influence the conveying of the passing pulleys 7153 to the zipper cloth tapes. The two zipper cloth belts conveyed by the first zipper cloth belt group 53 respectively enter the two passing pulleys 7153, the fixed seat 7155 is arranged between the two passing pulleys 7153, the two zipper cloth belts are pulled by a subsequent transmission mechanism to be as same as the third zipper cloth belt group 79, the two zipper cloth belts still run towards the mechanism direction of the rear side, and a water gap between the two zipper cloth belts falls off from the two zipper cloth belts due to the blocking of the fixed seat 7155, so that the water gap is removed. The fixed block cover plate 7157 is used for limiting the positions of the two zipper cloth belts, so that the two zipper cloth belts can not swing when passing through the belt pulley 7153 to influence the removal of a water gap.

Preferably, a nozzle recovery part is arranged at the lower side of the third threading group 71 and is used for receiving the nozzle dropped from the third threading group 71, so as to collect materials, the nozzle can be processed into raw materials again for injection molding, and the nozzle recovery part can be a recovery barrel.

The working principle of the four-in-one equipment 200 for rubberizing, punching and injection molding of the combined chain is as follows:

firstly, two chain belts enter from a feeding group 11, pass through a detection device 111, see whether a knotting phenomenon exists, and if no knotting exists, the two chain belts are conveyed to a first positioning group 12;

the hook needle group 2 hooks the tooth missing areas 20 of the two chain belts, the first positioning group 12 fixes the other ends of the two chain belts, so that the tooth missing areas 20 of the two chain belts are opposite to the rubberizing welding head, the three glue clamping and feeding groups 14 place glue films on the upper surfaces of the tooth missing areas 20, finally the rubberizing welding head is driven to move downwards through the ultrasonic wave group 15 to tightly adhere the glue films to the tooth missing areas 20 to form a glue tape area 30, rubberizing is completed, and the first discharging belt pulling group 33 pulls the two chain belts to be conveyed to the punching mechanism 3;

the hook needle group 2 hooks the tooth missing areas 20 of the two chain belts, the second positioning group 35 fixes the other ends of the two chain belts, so that the adhesive tape area 30 is aligned with the punching die 311, the punching power device 313 drives the punching die 311 to punch the adhesive tape area 30 to form a punching area 40, and the punched tape is conveyed to the injection molding mechanism 5 through the first discharging pull belt group 33;

the hook needle group 2 divides the two chain belts into two independent chain belts, one ends of the two chain belts close to the punching region 40 enter the injection mold 571, a square block 50 is formed by injection molding at one end of the tooth lacking region 20 close to the punching region 40 on one chain belt, an inserted pin 60 is formed by injection molding at one end of the tooth lacking region 20 close to the punching region 40 on the other chain belt, the inserted pin 60 can be inserted into the square block 50, and the two chain belts are conveyed to the chain combining mechanism 7 through the second discharging belt pulling group 59 after the injection molding is finished;

the third tape passing group 71 removes the excess material formed by injection molding, the zipper tape pressing and combining group 73 presses the zipper tapes to keep the zipper tapes flat, the push-and-pull pin group 74 pushes the zipper tapes with the inserted pins 60 to one side of the zipper tapes with the zipper squares 50, the zipper combining group 75 combines the zipper teeth on the two zipper tapes, the clamp group 77 pulls the zipper tapes with the inserted pins 60 to insert the inserted pins 60 into the squares 50 of the other zipper tapes, and the finished zippers are output through the third zipper tape group 79 after the zipper combining is completed.
