The tensioning mechanism 9 comprises a supporting beam 901, a sliding groove 902, a tensioning wheel shaft 903, a tensioning wheel 904, a fixed cover 905, a lead screw 906, a hand wheel 907 and a sliding block 908, the middle part of the front end of the base 1 is fixed at the rear end of the supporting beam 901, the supporting beam 901 is horizontally arranged along the front-rear direction, the supporting beam 901 is of a hollow structure, the supporting beam 901 is made of hollow steel pipes with square cross sections, the sliding block 908 is slidably installed inside the supporting beam 901, the sliding block 908 is fixed at the upper end of the tensioning wheel shaft 903, the supporting beam 901 is provided with the sliding groove 902 which penetrates through the supporting beam up and down, the sliding groove 902 is arranged along the direction of the supporting beam 901, namely the front-rear direction is horizontally arranged, the tensioning wheel shaft 903 penetrates through the sliding groove 902 downwards, the lower end is rotatably installed with the tensioning wheel 904, the tensioning wheel 904 is positioned at the front side of the transmission belt 7 and is used for tensioning the synchronous belt 7, the fixed cover 905 is fixed at the front end of the supporting beam 901, the fixed cover 905 is provided with a threaded hole along the front-rear direction, the threaded hole is screwed with the lead screw 906, the front end of the lead screw 906 is fixed with the hand wheel 907, and the rear end of the lead screw 906 is rotationally connected with the front end of the sliding block 908. By rotating the hand wheel 907, the lead screw 906 rotates to move the slider 908 backward, and drive the tension pulley 904 to move backward, so as to tension the synchronous belt 7.

The upper side of the right swing plate 5 is provided with a right track 501, the right track 501 is a semi-annular groove structure, the right track 501 comprises a right front straight track 5011, a right semi-annular track 5012 and a right rear straight track 5013, the right front straight track 5011 and the right rear straight track 5013 are connected through the right semi-annular track 5012 and are tangent to each other, the right front straight track 5011 and the right rear straight track 5013 are respectively positioned on the front side of the left end of the right swing plate 5 and the rear side of the left end of the right swing plate 5, the heights of the left end of the right front straight track 5011 and the front end of the right semi-annular track 5012 to the middle part are gradually reduced, the left end of the right front straight track 5011 is higher than the position of the middle part of the right semi-annular track 5012 by 2-3mm, the heights of the left end of the right rear straight track 5013 are gradually increased along the middle part of the right semi-annular track 5012 to the rear end and the left end of the right rear track 5013, the left end of the right rear straight track 5011 is higher than the left end of the right straight track 5011, the height difference is 2-3mm, the height of the right semi-ring rail 5012 gradually decreases from the front end to the middle position, and gradually increases from the middle position to the rear end position, so that the right semi-ring rail 5012 is divided into two sections with different height changes.

The right end of the left front linear rail 6011 is as high as the left end of the right front linear rail 5011, and the right end of the left rear linear rail 6013 is as high as the left end of the right rear linear rail 5013. I.e. the right track 501 and the left guide rail 601 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the left-right symmetry plane of the base 1.

The diameter of the large right pulley 402 is larger than the diameter of the small right pulley 404, for example, the ratio of the diameters of the large right pulley 402 and the small right pulley 404 is 3: 1.

The patient controls the pulling speed of the two upper limbs back and forth, when the metal ball 8 rolls to the left end of the right rear linear rail 5013, the right end of the left front linear rail 6011 is just aligned with the left end of the right rear linear rail 5013, and when the metal ball 8 rolls to the right end of the left rear linear rail 6013, the left end of the right front linear rail 5011 is just aligned with the right end of the left rear linear rail 6013, the rolling circulation speed of the metal ball 8 on the right swinging plate 5 and the left swinging plate 6 is accelerated, and the patient is stimulated to perform rehabilitation training according to fixed motion intensity.
