In the embodiment of the invention, in the rotating process of the rotating plate 17, the threaded rod 18 moves circularly along with the rotating plate, in the process, the meshing structure triggers to move, the threaded rod 18 is driven to rotate through the third bevel gear set 27, the sleeve plate 19 is in threaded fit with the threaded rod 18 and moves linearly along the threaded rod 18 towards the inner wall of the shell 1, and therefore the linear motion of the one-way valve 26 is realized;

in the process, the sliding block 21 slides on the guide rod 20, so that the sleeve plate 19 and the one-way valve 26 are effectively guided to move linearly, and the problem that the sleeve plate 19 cannot be in threaded fit with the threaded rod 18 due to the fact that the sleeve plate 19 rotates together with the threaded rod 18 is solved.

In detail, a through hole for the threaded rod 18 to pass through is formed in the side portion of the sleeve plate 19, and a thread matched with the threaded rod 18 is formed on the inner wall of the through hole.

It should be noted here that, after the end of the threaded rod 18 during the movement of the sleeve plate 19, the drive means 11 will work in reverse, the threaded rod 18 rotates in reverse, and the sleeve plate 19 moves linearly on the threaded rod 18 towards the rotary tube 14.

EXAMPLE five

The meshing structure comprises a second gear 28 rotatably mounted on one end of the rotating plate 17 far away from the rotating pipe 14 and a gear ring 29 fixed on the inner wall of the box body 3;

set up a plurality of teeth along circumference equidistance on the inner wall of ring gear 29, second gear 28 with the tooth cooperation, just the axis of rotation of second gear 28 passes through third bevel gear set 27 the end-to-end connection of threaded rod 18.

In the embodiment of the present invention, during the rotation of the rotating plate 17, the second gear 28 will make a circular motion along with the rotating plate, and cooperate with the teeth arranged on the inner wall of the toothed ring 29, so as to rotate, and the threaded rod 18 is driven to rotate by the third bevel gear set 27, thereby ensuring the synchronism of the circular motion and the linear motion of the check valve 26.

Further, the third bevel gear set 27 is composed of two bevel gears fixed to the ends of the rotating shafts of the second gear 28 and the end of the threaded rod 18 remote from the rotating tube 14, respectively, and the two bevel gears are engaged with each other.

EXAMPLE six

The linear matching mechanism comprises a first gear 22 rotatably mounted on the sliding block 21 and a rack plate 23 fixed on the rotating plate 17;

the first gear 22 is engaged with teeth of the rack plate 23, and a driving shaft of the vane 25 is connected to an end of a rotating shaft of the first gear 22 through a second bevel gear set 24.

In the embodiment of the present invention, during the sliding of the slider 21 on the guide bar 20, the first gear 22 moves along with the slider 21, and during this process, the first gear 22 rotates in cooperation with the teeth of the rack plate 23, and the rotating shaft thereof drives the driving shaft of the vane 25 to rotate through the second bevel gear set 24, so that the vane 25 rotates, and the large bubbles generated by the check valve 26 are divided into a plurality of small bubbles.

The second bevel gear set 24 is the same as the first bevel gear set 13 and the third bevel gear set 27, and is composed of two bevel gears engaged with each other, one of which is fixed to the end of the rotating shaft of the first gear 22, and the other of which is fixed to the end of the driving shaft of the blade 25.

EXAMPLE seven

The pump-out separation mechanism comprises a filter hopper 7 arranged at the upper part of the shell 1 and a water pump 5 arranged in the shell 1;

the filter hopper 7 is also internally provided with a filter disc 8 for separating the clean water from the cigarette exploded beads, the lower part of the filter hopper 7 is communicated with the box body 3 through a pipeline, a water inlet of the water pump 5 is connected with the valve 4 through a pipeline, a water outlet is connected with a conveying bent pipe 6 extending to the upper part of the shell 1, and an outlet of the conveying bent pipe 6 is positioned right above the filter hopper 7.

Filter hopper 7 demountable installation is on casing 1 to the staff takes off filter hopper 7, pours out and explodes the pearl in order to accomplish abluent cigarette, and is connected for dismantling between filter disc 8 and the filter hopper 7, and the staff of being convenient for regularly takes off filter disc 8 and cleans and maintains.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the valve 4 is opened, the water pump 5 works to pump the clean water without oil drops at the bottom of the box body 3 and the cleaned exploded cigarette beads out to the filter hopper 7, the filter disc 8 filters the clean water, the clean water flows back to the box body 3, and the cleaned exploded cigarette beads are retained in the filter hopper 7.

Example eight

A baffle 10 is also removably mounted on the side of the housing 1.

The arrangement of the baffle 10 is convenient for a worker to take down the equipment to observe the working condition inside the equipment when the equipment works, and is convenient for maintenance of the equipment and maintenance of the internal parts at all levels.

Taking an embodiment combining all the features described in the present application as an example, when oil and water are cleaned and separated from each other, clean water and the exploded cigarette beads are fed into the box 3 through the feeding hopper 9, then a lot of oil drops appear in the clean water in the box 3, the driving device 11 drives the rotating plate 17 and the one-way valve 26 to rotate circumferentially, and at the same time, the air pump 16 pumps air in the housing 1 into the one-way valve 26 to form large bubbles, in the process, the second gear 28 rotates in cooperation with teeth on the inner wall of the toothed ring 29 to drive the threaded rod 18 to rotate, the sleeve plate 19 is in threaded engagement with the threaded rod 18, so that the sleeve plate 19 and the sliding block 21 simultaneously drive the one-way valve 26 and the blades 25 to do linear motion, in the process of linear motion, the first gear 22 rotates in cooperation with teeth on the rack plate 23, the blades 25 rotate to divide the large bubbles generated by the one-way valve 26 into a plurality of small bubbles, tiny oil drops in the box body 3 are attached to the small bubbles and float upwards, after a period of time, the valve 4 is opened, the water pump 5 works, clean water without oil drops at the bottom of the box body 3 and the cigarette exploded beads which are cleaned are pumped out to the filter hopper 7 to be filtered, the clean water flows back to the box body 3, after workers carry out concentrated subsequent treatment on the clean water and the oil drop suspension in the box body 3, and the cigarette exploded beads which are cleaned are kept in the filter hopper 7.

According to the oil-water separation equipment for cleaning the exploded beads of the cigarettes, provided by the invention, when the equipment is used for oil-water separation, bubbles for adhering tiny oil drops are continuously diffused in the box body 3, so that the distribution universality of the bubbles in the box body 3 is ensured, and the oil-water separation effect is greatly improved.
