An emulsified liposome composition comprising a phospholipid, wherein the weight ratio of phosphatidylethanolamine to phosphatidylcholine in the phospholipid is 3-6: 1.

The emulsified liposome composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the phosphatidylethanolamine to the phosphatidylcholine is 4: 1.

The emulsified liposome composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liposomes formed from the emulsified liposome composition maintain intact structure after being treated at 95 ℃ for 30 minutes.

The emulsified liposome composition according to claim 1, wherein the liposome formed from the emulsified liposome composition has a particle size of 10nm to 1000 nm.

The emulsified liposome composition as claimed in claim 4, wherein the liposome has a particle size of 300nm to 400 nm.

The emulsified liposome composition according to claim 1, wherein the phospholipid is 0.1-2 wt% based on 100 wt% of the emulsified liposome composition.

A method of preparing an emulsified liposome composition comprising the steps of:

preparing a first solution, providing 3-7 wt% of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.4-0.7 wt% of hydroxyacetophenone and 0.4-0.7 wt% of hexanediol, and uniformly mixing and dispersing the materials;

preparing a second solution, providing 1-5 wt% of glycerol, 0.01-0.3 wt% of xanthan gum and 0.1-0.3 wt% of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, uniformly mixing and dispersing, adding 74-94.4 wt% of water, heating until no agglomeration phenomenon exists in the gum, and cooling for later use;

preparing a third solution, providing 0.5-10 wt% of effective components and 0.1-2 wt% of lecithin, adding the third solution into the second solution, and uniformly stirring;

preparing a fourth solution, and homogenizing the third solution at a pressure of 300-600 bar and a temperature of 25-30 ℃; and

and adding the fourth solution into the first solution, and uniformly stirring.

The method of preparing an emulsified liposome composition according to claim 7, wherein the weight ratio of phosphatidylethanolamine to phosphatidylcholine contained in said phospholipid is 3-6: 1.

The method for preparing an emulsified liposome composition according to claim 7, wherein the liposome formed from the emulsified liposome composition has a particle size of 10nm to 1000 nm.

The method of preparing an emulsified liposome composition according to claim 9, wherein the liposome has a particle size of 300nm to 400 nm.
