The dust collector on the market at present generally cleans dust and rubbish on the ground by adopting the principle that a single fan works. The wind generated by the fan enters from the dust suction port, brings the dust and the garbage into the dust collecting device and then is discharged through the ventilation port of the dust collecting device. Because the existing dust collector only has one fan, when the same power is provided, the noise generated by the motor is larger; the dust collector is only limited to cleaning the ground, has no effect on cleaning high positions of a ceiling, can only be manually cleaned by manpower, and cannot avoid various hidden dangers in the cleaning process.

Detailed Description

as shown in figure 1, the invention comprises a cleaner body provided with a handle 7, the bottom of the cleaner body is provided with a bottom plate 1, and the bottom plate is connected with a cleaner shell through a fixing piece and plays a role of supporting the whole internal structure. The interior of the cleaner body is provided with a plurality of fans 6 and dust collecting boxes 8 which are communicated with dust collecting channels on the surface of the cleaner body and used for collecting dust sucked by the fans of the cleaner. Four fans of the dust collector are connected in series and work simultaneously, and the fans provide suction and lift force for the dust collector main body; the outside at every fan is established to balanced subassembly, and this balanced subassembly adopts the gyroscope principle, makes the fan remain vertical state all the time, and then keeps the relative balanced state when dust catcher main part suspends.

In addition, the four fans are separated by the partition plates, so that the vortex phenomenon below the dust collector is avoided, and the safety of the dust collector in the air is further guaranteed. As shown in fig. 3, a net-shaped filter screen 11 is arranged outside the dust collecting box of the dust collector to prevent dust from leaking due to air circulation. A pull ring 12 is provided outside the dust box and rotates around a pull ring shaft 13 when in use. The semicircular positioning support 14 positions the dust collecting box.

As shown in fig. 4, the balancing assembly comprises a large rotating ring 2, a small rotating ring 3, a support rod 4 and a support plate 5, and a fan 6 and the small rotating ring 3 are connected through the support plate 5 and the support rod 4 and are kept in a relatively static state; the small rotating ring 3 and the large rotating ring 2 are connected by a first rotating shaft 1a, and the small rotating ring 3 and the large rotating ring 2 are relatively rotated about the first rotating shaft 1 a. The large rotating ring 2 is connected to the base plate 1 via a second rotating shaft 1b, and the large rotating ring 2 and the base plate 1 rotate relative to each other about the second rotating shaft 1 b. Through the effect of first rotation axis 1a and second rotation axis 1b, the fan keeps vertical state through self action of gravity all the time.
