A centrifugal fan for a wet desulfurizer is characterized by comprising an impeller, a motor is connected to the center of the impeller through a bearing, a first shell is arranged outside the impeller, the first shell is nested in a second shell and is welded with an upper port of the first shell and an upper port of the second shell through at least two connecting rods, brackets are connected to two sides of the second shell, and the brackets are connected to a base; and a liquid storage tank is arranged at the bottom of the second shell, and a detachable sealing piece is arranged at the lower end of the liquid storage tank.

5. The centrifugal fan for a wet desulfurizer according to claim 4, wherein the impeller is made of one of stainless steel, engineering plastic or carbon steel coated with a waterproof and anticorrosive coating.

6. The centrifugal fan for a wet desulfurizer according to claim 5, wherein the connecting rod is a stainless steel connecting rod.

7. The centrifugal fan for a wet desulfurizer according to claim 6, wherein a groove is provided in the base, and noise reduction cotton is provided in the groove.

In order to communicate the first casing with the second casing, it is preferable that at least five through holes are formed at the bottom of the first casing and at positions corresponding to the reservoir at the bottom of the second casing.

In order to atomize the liquid in the liquid storage tank into water vapor and return the water vapor to the desulfurization tower through the centrifugal force of the impeller, the preferable technical scheme is that the lower end of the detachable sealing piece at the lower end of the liquid storage tank is connected with an atomizer.

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the centrifugal fan assembly, the preferable technical scheme is that the first shell, the second shell and the bearing are made of stainless steel or carbon steel with a waterproof and anticorrosive coating coated on the surface layer.

In order to reduce the noise of the centrifugal fan, the preferable technical scheme is that a groove is arranged on the base, and silencing cotton is arranged in the groove.

In order to reduce the vibration of the centrifugal fan and the atomizer during working, the preferable technical scheme is that a rubber pad is arranged at the lower end of the base.

When the condensed water formed on the inner wall of the pipeline flows downwards, the condensed water can flow to the liquid storage tank at the bottom of the second shell through the inner wall of the second shell, the condensed water is prevented from directly flowing into the first shell, the amount of the condensed water in the first shell can be reduced, and the corrosion to the centrifugal fan assembly is reduced. The detachable sealing element at the lower end of the liquid storage tank is opened and connected with the atomizer, so that the liquid in the liquid storage tank is vaporized again and returns to the desulfurizing tower under the centrifugal force action of the impeller, the alkali liquor can be recycled, and waste is avoided.

The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the centrifugal fan for the wet desulfurizer has the advantages of simple structure, convenience and quickness in use, improvement of corrosion resistance of the centrifugal fan and prolongation of service life. And the condensed alkali liquor can be returned to the desulfurizing tower, so that the waste of the alkali liquor is reduced.
