During the straightening process, the swing servo motor drives the eccentric wheel 252 to rotate, the eccentric wheel 252 drives the square sliding frame 253 to slide in a reciprocating manner inside the supporting frame 251 through the inner partition 254, the square sliding frame 253 drives the inner sliding block 255 to slide inside the oblique sliding rod 256 and the swinging rod 259, and due to the oblique design of the oblique sliding rod 256, the sliding track of the inner sliding block 255 is oblique, the inner sliding block 255 drives the swinging rod 259 to swing left and right, so that the swinging rod 259 drives the horizontal rack 22 to move left and right.

And because the oblique slide bar 256 is provided with the tooth with the support frame 251 hub connection one end, and the hub connection one end meshing of oblique slide bar 256 is connected with adjusts ratch 257, the outside of adjusting ratch 257 is rotated and is connected with adjusting screw 258, adjusting screw 258 threaded connection is in the inside of support frame 251, so through rotating adjusting screw 258, adjusting screw 258 drives and adjusts ratch 257 and remove, adjust ratch 257 and drive oblique slide bar 256 and deflect, make the oblique slide bar 256 inclination change, reach the effect of adjusting inclination, make the use that can adapt to different specification reinforcing bars.

The horizontal rack 22 drives the other side horizontal rack 22 to slide through the connecting gear 23, since the connecting gear 23 is provided with two, the moving directions of the two horizontal racks 22 are consistent, and since the supporting gear 24 is provided with local teeth, the supporting gear 24 is respectively dislocated and meshed with the upper and lower horizontal racks 22, so that the two side horizontal racks 22 drive the supporting gear 24 to swing, and the rotating directions of every two adjacent supporting gears 24 are opposite.

The supporting gear 24 drives the vertical twisting mechanism 3 to horizontally deflect left and right, so as to achieve the effect of horizontally twisting the steel bar, meanwhile, during straightening, the steel bar passes through the space between the supporting sheave 34 and the jacking sheave 38, the lifting hydraulic pump 35 drives the hydraulic slider 36 to move downwards, the hydraulic slider 36 drives the guide motor 37 to move downwards, so that the jacking sheave 38 moves downwards, the jacking sheave 38 is located between the outer rotating plates 33 at two sides, and the jacking sheave 38 and the supporting sheave 34 position and limit the steel bar.

And because the support plate 31 is designed with the low support plate 310 and the high support plate 311, the low support plate 310 and the high support plate 311 are dislocated with each other and fixedly connected with the support gear 24, so that the support grooved wheels 34 are dislocated and distributed in the vertical space, and the reinforcing steel bars are vertically twisted in the vertical space.

Meanwhile, when the steel bars pass through the guide rings 41 on the two sides, the steel bars pass through the middle cam 42 and the concave wheel 43, the concave wheel 43 inclines laterally, and the convex part of the cam 42 is matched with the concave part of the concave wheel 43, so that the passing steel bars are acted by the convex part of the cam 42 and the concave part of the concave wheel 43, and the steel bars are straightened.
