The following describes a roller mechanism 100 of a wallpaper pasting device according to an embodiment of the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, a roller mechanism 100 of a wallpaper pasting device according to an embodiment of the invention includes: mounting frame 10, applying roller 20, threaded roller 30.

The pressing roller 20 is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 10, when the wallpaper is paved, the whole mechanism advances along the paving direction of the wallpaper, and the pressing roller 20 presses the wallpaper on the wall surface and rolls along with the advancing of the mechanism, so that the wallpaper is paved on the wall surface. The threaded roller 30 is located above the press roller 20, that is, before the wallpaper is applied on the press roller 20, the threaded roller 30 contacts the wallpaper to perform a certain treatment on the wallpaper. Be equipped with screw thread strip 31 along its axial direction on the screw thread roller 30, screw thread roller 30 rotates for the wall paper in order to transversely expand the wall paper through screw thread strip 31, when screw thread roller 30 is rotatory, screw thread strip 31 synchronous revolution and contact wall paper to utilize screw thread strip 31 to produce the effect that transverse stretching smooths to the wall paper, consequently can play the effect of flattening wall paper, and can improve the wall paper and spread the effect.

It should be noted that, because of the existence of the thread strip 31, the thread roller 30 presses the wallpaper on the wall surface through the thread strip 31, and the wallpaper is tightly attached to the wall surface, so when the thread roller 30 rotates, the spiral motion of one circle of the thread strip 31 can push the wallpaper to be flattened in the transverse direction, when a wrinkle or an air bubble exists between the wallpaper and the wall surface, the thread strip 31 can extrude the wrinkle or the air bubble to move, and through the uninterrupted motion of the thread strip 31, the wrinkle is finally pushed flat or the air bubble is emptied.

According to the roller mechanism 100 of the wallpaper paving and pasting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problems of folds and bubbles in the wallpaper paving and pasting process are effectively solved by arranging the threaded rollers 30 and the threaded strips 31, the whole roller mechanism 100 is strong in structural stability, less in artificial correction times, and has the advantages of simplicity in operation and better wallpaper paving and pasting effect.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the threaded bar 31 includes a first threaded bar 311 and a second threaded bar 312, and the rotation directions of the first threaded bar 311 and the second threaded bar 312 are opposite. Through setting up two screw thread strips 31, first screw thread strip 311 and second screw thread strip 312 can produce two reverse effort in the transverse direction of wall paper, outwards push away flat fold or row of air bubble from both sides to improve work efficiency. Moreover, two reverse acting forces generated by the first threaded strip 311 and the second threaded strip 312 can be mutually offset, so that the wallpaper is effectively prevented from moving transversely due to the acting force in a single direction, the wallpaper is guaranteed to be flat in the vertical direction in the paving process, and the paving effect of the wallpaper is improved.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the first thread strips 311 and the second thread strips 312 are symmetrically arranged on the thread roller 30, so that the thread roller 30 divides the wallpaper into two equal regions in the transverse direction when in operation, and the wallpaper is gradually flattened outwards from the center of the wallpaper through the first thread strips 311 and the second thread strips 312, so as to save the working time, improve the working efficiency, ensure that the wrinkles or bubbles in the two equal regions of the wallpaper are eliminated synchronously, ensure that the wallpaper is eliminated uniformly, and achieve a better flattening effect.

In some embodiments, the threaded rollers 30 are movable back and forth relative to the mounting bracket 10. Considering many-sided factors such as the installation angle of gyro wheel mechanism 100 or the angle of placing of whole wall paper shop pasting device, the condition that can't contact the wall paper can appear if the screw thread roller 30, just also can't realize the level and smooth to the wall paper, if the screw thread roller 30 is fixed on mounting bracket 10, then higher to the mounting means requirement, need accurate debugging. By adopting the mode, the thread roller 30 moves back and forth relative to the mounting frame 10, the thread roller 30 can be always in contact with the wallpaper, the mounting requirement is reduced, accurate adjustment is not needed, and time and labor are saved.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the two ends of the thread roller 30 are connected with the connecting blocks 40, a light pressing mechanism 50 is arranged between each connecting block 40 and the mounting frame 10, and the light pressing mechanism 50 enables contact pressure to be generated between the thread roller 30 and the wall surface, so that the thread roller 30 is compacted on the wallpaper, and the wallpaper can be transversely flattened by the thread strips 31.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the light-pressing mechanism 50 includes: a guide rod 51 and a spring 52. One end of the guide rod 51 is fixed on the mounting frame 10, and the other end passes through the connecting block 40, so that the threaded roller 30 can move back and forth relative to the mounting frame 10 through the connecting block 40, and the guide rod 51 can also play a good role in guiding, thereby ensuring the stable and reliable back and forth movement of the threaded roller 30 and the connecting block 40. The spring 52 is sleeved on the guide rod 51, and two ends of the spring 52 respectively abut against the mounting frame 10 and the connecting block 40, optionally, when the roller mechanism 100 is not subjected to an external force, the spring 52 may be in a compressed state, so that the spring 52 provides a smaller pressure to push the connecting block 40, and further, an outward pushing force may be generated on the thread roller 30, so that the thread roller 30 is compacted on the wallpaper.

In some embodiments, the screw roller 30 may have an independent driving member (not shown) for driving the screw roller to rotate, for example, the driving member may be an electric motor or a pneumatic motor, and provides independent power to drive the screw roller 30 to rotate, which is highly automated and simple and convenient to operate, although the driving member may also be other power members, which will not be described in detail herein. Alternatively, in other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, a transmission mechanism 60 may be disposed between the threaded roller 30 and the application roller 20, such that the transmission mechanism 60 transmits the power of the application roller 20 to the threaded roller 30 to rotate the threaded roller 30. In this way, no additional power unit is required, which is beneficial to cost saving, and the power control of the screw roller 30 is simpler.

Wherein the drive or transmission 60 is such that the application roller 20 rotates in the opposite direction to the threaded roller 30. When the compressing roller 20 and the threaded roller 30 rotate, two acting forces which are opposite in the vertical direction are generated on wallpaper, and the wallpaper is tensioned in the vertical direction, so that wrinkles are avoided. For example, the pressing roller 20 rotates from top to bottom, the threaded roller 30 rotates from bottom to top, the pressing roller 20 applies downward acting force to the wallpaper, and the threaded roller 30 applies upward acting force to the wallpaper, so that the wallpaper can be stretched straight upwards, and wrinkles of the wallpaper when being laid and pasted are avoided.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the transmission mechanism 60 includes: a first gear 61, a second gear 62, a synchronous wheel set 63. The first gear 61 is connected to one axial end of the pressing roller 20 and rolls as the wallpaper is rolled by the pressing roller 20. The second gear 62 is in mesh transmission with the first gear 61, and the second gear 62 is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 10. The timing wheel set 63 includes a first timing wheel 631, a second timing wheel 632 and a timing belt 633, the first timing wheel 631 and the second timing wheel 62 are coaxially disposed and can synchronously rotate, the second timing wheel 632 is connected to one axial end of the threaded roller 30, and the timing belt 633 is sleeved outside the first timing wheel 631 and the second timing wheel 632. During power transmission, the compressing roller 20 drives the first gear 61 to rotate synchronously, then drives the second gear 62 and the first synchronizing wheel 63 to rotate synchronously, and the first synchronizing wheel 63 drives the second synchronizing wheel 632 to rotate through the synchronous belt 633, so that the threaded roller 30 is finally driven to rotate, and power transmission between the compressing roller 20 and the threaded roller 30 is realized. At the same time, since the second gear 62 is engaged with the first gear 61 and the rotation direction is opposite, the rotation direction of both the compressing roller 20 and the thread roller 30 is also opposite. The transmission mode has the advantages of simple structure, stable transmission and lower cost.

it is worth noting that to control the speed of rotation of the threaded roller 30, the transmission ratio of the transmission 60 is adjustable, i.e. by making perfect adjustments to the synchronous pulley and gear parameters. For example, the rotational speed of the screw roller 30 can be changed by adjusting the gear ratio of the first gear 61 to the second gear 62.

In some embodiments, the surface of the application roller 20 is provided with a layer of elastic material (not shown) and/or the surface of the threaded roller 30 is provided with a layer of elastic material (not shown). For example, the surface of the pressing roller 20 is provided with an elastic material layer, when the pressing roller 20 is used for spreading wallpaper, the elastic material layer is deformed and compressed under stress, so that the wallpaper is fully compacted on the wall surface, and the spreading effect is ensured. Or, the surface of the thread roller 30 is provided with an elastic material layer, for example, the elastic material layer is the thread strip 31, when the thread roller 30 spreads the wallpaper, the elastic material layer is compressed, the wallpaper is compacted on the wall surface, and wrinkles or bubbles can be eliminated after the thread strip 31 rotates. Alternatively, the surface of the applying roller 20 and the surface of the thread roller 30 are both provided with an elastic material layer, and the same effects are explained in the foregoing, and will not be described again.
