Technical Field

Background

In recent years, with the rapid development of coal mine production and freight transportation capability in China, the emulsion is widely applied to the fields of mine support equipment and the like as a high-water-base hydraulic transmission working medium. Whether the concentration of the emulsion is proper or not and whether the concentration of the emulsion meets the standard or not directly influences the working life and the use cost of supporting equipment, hydraulic transmission and control elements. If the concentration of the emulsion is low, the abrasion of supporting equipment such as a pump station system and the like can be increased, the support, the valve bank and the like are corroded, blocked and damaged, the service life of the pump station and the like is greatly shortened, the safety valve of the hydraulic system is protected and opened insensitively, a hydraulic sealing part is damaged and the like, and the failure rate of the equipment such as the support and the pump station is increased. The concentration is higher, the dosage of the emulsion is increased, the production cost is increased undoubtedly, and certain influence is also caused to the environment. At present, various emulsion mixing devices have been developed at home and abroad, some emulsion mixing devices have unstable performance, some emulsion mixing devices have inconvenient concentration adjustment, some emulsion mixing devices have complicated systems and high cost, and are difficult to adapt to severe underground environments, and some emulsion mixing devices adopt manual configuration, so that the labor intensity is high, the monitoring and the examination are difficult, the concentration requirement of an emulsion solution and the timeliness of the prepared solution cannot be ensured, and the overall effect is unsatisfactory.

Chinese patent CN103174634B discloses an intelligent control system and control method for an emulsion pump station, wherein the intelligent control system for an emulsion pump station comprises an emulsion tank, a first emulsion pump, a second emulsion pump, a liquid supply sensor of the emulsion pump station, a controller, a coal mining machine start/stop sensor, a working surface liquid inlet sensor, a working surface liquid return pipeline, a working surface liquid inlet pipeline, a sensor signal line, an emulsion pump control signal line, a support moving device, a transfer loader device and an advanced processing device. The intelligent control system and the control method of the emulsion pump station collect the start and stop of system equipment and the flow change value as signal sources, reduce the invalid operation of the emulsion pump to the maximum extent under the condition of ensuring the liquid consumption of a working surface, can save a large amount of electricity charges, and avoid frequent start to prevent equipment from being burnt out.

However, most of the existing proportioning liquid mixers are mechanical, the proportioning liquid mixers are driven by high-pressure liquid or a motor to pump water and oil, then the proportioning is carried out by mixing, the output liquid is proportioned emulsion, the proportioning speed is slow, and the blending time of the proportioned emulsion and the existing emulsion is long.

Therefore, how to provide an automatic and accurate emulsion proportioning workstation to achieve accurate control of emulsion proportioning and achieve the function of proportioning at any time, which is a technical problem to be solved in the field.

Preferably, the front end of the circulating stirring pump is provided with a stirring inlet, the middle of the circulating stirring pump is provided with a stirring part, and the rear end of the circulating stirring pump is provided with an integrated L-shaped communicating pipe;

the stirring part is provided with an annular outer wall, and the center of the stirring part is provided with a plurality of layers of turbine rotary propellers for stirring the emulsion;

and a second concentration sensor is arranged at the outlet of the stirring part and is connected with the electric cabinet.

Preferably, the conveying assembly comprises an oil delivery pump, an oil well pump, a water inlet electromagnetic valve and a connecting pipeline;

the outlet of the oil pumping pump is connected with the inlet of the oil transfer pump through a connecting pipeline;

the outlet of the oil delivery pump is connected with the inlet of the circulating stirring pump through a connecting pipeline;

and the outlet of the water inlet electromagnetic valve is connected with the inlet of the circulating stirring pump.

Preferably, the log assembly comprises an oil storage tank and a water storage tank, and the oil storage tank is connected with an inlet of the oil transfer pump through a connecting pipeline;

the water storage tank is connected with the inlet of the water inlet electromagnetic valve through a connecting pipeline.

Preferably, the oil delivery pump, the oil-well pump circulation stirring pump, the second concentration sensor and the water inlet electromagnetic valve are connected with a control panel of the electric cabinet through a waterproof circuit or mobile communication.

s1, measuring the concentration of the emulsion by a first concentration sensor;

and S4, injecting the emulsion into the emulsion tank by a circulating stirring pump to complete a stirring cycle.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the electric control box is adopted for full electric control system control, so that the liquid supplementing amount can be accurately controlled, and the liquid supplementing speed is much higher than that of the existing liquid mixer;

(2) the circulating stirring pump is arranged on the proportioning workstation, so that the blending can be rapidly completed with the existing emulsion, and the concentration of each part in the container is balanced;

(3) according to the invention, by arranging the first sensor and the second sensor, the addition of emulsified oil or water can be independently controlled according to the concentration of the emulsion in the existing emulsion tank, so that the proportioning is completed; the emulsion with different concentrations can be added into the box through a stirring rod to be mixed, and the required concentration can be obtained in multiple ways.

(4) Through keyboard setting backlight unit, scribble fluorescent paint on the key cap, make it dark environment in the ore deposit, still can normal use.

(5) The electric cabinet has played the effect of "brain" in whole operation, not only can send the instruction and accomplish the ratio, can also take notes the data of fluid infusion simultaneously, information such as data of concentration, upload to upper control, conveniently control the use amount of emulsified oil and make analysis, contrast to data, can take out more effectual data and do final statistics.

s5, injecting the newly obtained emulsion into an emulsion box by a circulating stirring pump to complete a stirring cycle;

and S6, controlling a stirring rod in the emulsion box 8 by the electric cabinet 6, and further mixing the emulsion in the emulsion box 8.

The method adds the emulsion with different concentrations into a box through a stirring rod to mix, and provides another way to obtain the required concentration. Diversifies the use mode of the device.
