Background

The steel wire is one of four large varieties of plates, pipes, shapes and wires of steel products, is a reprocessed product made of hot rolled wire rods through cold drawing, needs to be paid off or taken up in the production of the steel wire, and therefore needs to be used as a take-up and pay-off machine, and the pay-off machine is auxiliary equipment which is matched with a wire twisting machine and plays a role in paying off.

The existing paying-off machine needs a plurality of workers to cooperatively load and unload reels in the use process, so that the labor intensity of the workers is high, and the working efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a pay-off machine for producing steel wires, and aims to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low working efficiency of workers in the use process of the conventional pay-off machine.

The present invention is thus achieved, a pay-off machine for producing steel wire, comprising:

a frame;

the reel fixing device comprises a rack, a first motor, a turntable, a movable rod, a pin shaft, a movable groove and a supporting block, wherein the first motor is fixedly installed on the rack, the turntable is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the first motor, the end face, away from the first motor, of the turntable is provided with the movable rod, one end of the movable rod is hinged to the rack, the pin shaft is eccentrically and fixedly installed on the turntable, the movable groove is formed in the movable rod and used for the pin shaft to insert and move, the movable rod is slidably connected with the mounting rod along the length direction of the movable rod, one end of the mounting rod is rotatably connected with the pin shaft, the other end of the mounting rod is fixedly connected with the supporting block, and a U-shaped groove used for supporting an end shaft of a reel is formed in the supporting block.

the loading and unloading assembly is used for loading and unloading reels 2 and is arranged on a rack, the loading and unloading assembly comprises two groups of loading and unloading assemblies and a supporting block 16, the two groups of loading and unloading assemblies are symmetrically arranged, each loading and unloading assembly comprises a first motor, a turntable 5, a movable rod 6, a pin shaft 9, an installation rod 10 and a supporting block 16, in the embodiment, the rack preferably comprises a bottom plate 1 and a supporting plate 4, an opening through groove for the reels 2 to roll is formed in the preferred bottom plate 1, furthermore, the bottom plate 1 can be divided into two parts, the distance between the two bottom plates 1 is adjusted to adapt to the reels 2 with different sizes, the two groups of loading and unloading assemblies are respectively arranged on the two supporting plates 4, a lifting part is connected between the bottom plate 1 and the supporting plates 4 and is used for driving the supporting plates 4 to lift, so that the height of the loading and unloading assemblies can be adjusted to adapt to the reels 2 with different sizes, particularly, the lifting part is preferably the first telescopic part 3, two ends of the first telescopic part 3 are connected with the bottom plate 1 and the supporting plate 4 through screws, and the first telescopic part 3 is an electric push rod or a hydraulic rod;

In summary, the working principle of the invention is as follows: when the reel 2 is installed, the reel 2 is rolled to enable the end shaft to enter the U-shaped groove, as shown in figure 1, then the first motor is started to rotate clockwise, preferably, the rotation angle is smaller than 90 degrees, the first motor drives the rotary disc 5 to rotate, the first motor is a stepping motor, and can stop and self-lock after rotating to the designed angle, the rotary disc 5 drives the pin shaft 9 to revolve, the pin shaft 9 drives the movable rod 6 to rotate, the movable rod 6 drives the installation rod 10 and the supporting block 16 to rotate, the reel 2 is lifted, meanwhile, the pin shaft 9 drives the installation rod 10 to slide along the movable rod 6 and extend outwards, the reel 2 is further lifted higher, the two motions are synchronously matched, the reel 2 can be lifted to the required height in a short time, the working efficiency is improved, when the rotary disc 5 is dismounted, the first motor is continuously driven to rotate, the rotary disc 5 drives the pin shaft 9 to continuously push the installation rod 10, the installation rod 10 drives the reel 2 to continuously move outwards and finally contact and support with the ground, the worker rolls out of the reel 2 outwards, the safety is higher, the labor is saved, the labor intensity of the worker is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the grinding wheel 32 is driven to rotate through the fourth motor so as to grind and remove burrs on the steel wire, further, the connecting rod 33 is driven to rotate anticlockwise through the third motor, the connecting rod 33 drives the two grinding wheels 32 to rotate, the contact length between the steel wire and the two grinding wheels 32 is prolonged, the grinding length is adjusted, the deburring effect is adjusted, when a wire needs to be wound up, the first synchronous wheel 22 is driven to rotate through the fifth motor, the first synchronous wheel 22 and the second synchronous wheel 24 are matched to drive the synchronous belt 28 to move, the synchronous belt 28 drives the pin to move, the pin drives the moving rod 27 to move in a reciprocating mode, the moving rod 27 drives the wire arranging part 26 to move in a reciprocating mode, through rotating threaded rod 30, threaded rod 30 drives first internal thread cover 29 motion, first internal thread cover 29 drives installation pole 10 through connecting rod 23 and rotates, adjust the distance between two first synchronizing wheels 22, and then according to the not unidimensional adjustment winding displacement stroke of reel 2, compression spring 25's setting can make hold-in range 28 keep the tensioning, through rotating two-way lead screw 34, two-way lead screw 34 drives the removal of second internal thread cover, the motion of second internal thread cover drive scissors mechanism 35, scissors mechanism 35 drives regulating plate 36 motion, polylith regulating plate 36 synchronous motion, the diameter of the working portion of adjustment reel 2.
