1. A combination broach, comprising:

the broach comprises a broach body (1), wherein the broach body (1) comprises a broach head section (11), a broaching section (12) and a chamfering section (13); the broaching section (12) is used for broaching the surface of an inner hole of a workpiece to be machined to form a key groove; the width of the broach body (1) is larger than that of the key groove; and the chamfer section (13) is embedded with a chamfer block (2) and is fixed through a connecting structure.

2. The combination broach according to claim 1, wherein: mounting grooves (111) are formed in two opposite side faces of the outer side end of the pull head section (11).

3. The combination broach according to claim 1, wherein: the broaching section (12) is provided with a plurality of broaching teeth (121) which are uniformly arranged.

4. The combination broach according to claim 1, wherein: a fixing groove (131) is formed in the chamfering section (13), and the chamfering block (2) is installed in the fixing groove (131).

5. The combination broach according to claim 4, wherein: the fixing structure is a locking screw (3), and the locking screw (3) penetrates through the chamfering section (13) and is screwed in the chamfering block (2).

If not, a special broach should be made. When the material is drawn for multiple times, the thickness of the gasket is selected to be proper.

The inner hole key groove is usually machined on a broaching machine in a broaching tool broaching mode, and after broaching, chamfering and deburring are needed to be carried out on two ends of the key groove so as to avoid influencing assembly and use; referring to national standard GB/T14329-.
