step three: the hydraulic telescopic cylinder 18 is driven to drive the drill rod adjusting disc 26 to move downwards, the drill rod 32 right below the adjusting disc realizes the punching operation under the driving action of the asynchronous motor 30, and meanwhile, the submersible pump 46 in the water tank head 19 sprays cooling water to the drilled position along the water guide pipe 35 to perform the drill rod cooling and dust falling operation;

step four: after drilling, the guide rails are matched with each other, the punching mechanism is continuously driven to move to the next punching point, and when punching is performed, if the punching aperture needs to be adjusted at the position, the drill rod adjusting disc 26 can be driven to turn over through the second stepping motor 25, and the drill rod 32 with the corresponding diameter is adjusted to be punched;
