The system can not only display the place where the traffic accident happens on the Internet map software, but also carry out short message reminding and voice broadcasting to the owners of nearby vehicles. The intelligent traffic platform can also feed back rescue information to the mobile phone APP, so that a user can obtain a local alarm rescue contact telephone in time and the estimated time of a rescue team to reach the accident occurrence place most quickly.
