the first edge and the second edge of the first fixing piece are adjacent.

The vehicle wash tank assembly of claim 2, wherein said recess has a first protrusion, a second protrusion, a third protrusion, and a fourth protrusion disposed therein, said first protrusion and said third protrusion being disposed on a first side of said recess, said second protrusion and said fourth protrusion being disposed on a second side of said recess;

the first side of the groove corresponds to the second side of the groove;

the first protrusion corresponds to the second protrusion, and the third protrusion corresponds to the fourth protrusion.

4. The vehicle wash tank assembly of claim 3, wherein said first protrusion, said second protrusion, said third protrusion, and said fourth protrusion are uniform in shape and size.

5. The vehicle wash tank assembly as defined in claim 2, wherein said first securing member has a through hole in a first edge thereof.

6. The vehicle wash tank assembly as recited in claim 2, wherein said body sheet metal part is sized to fit said recess, said body sheet metal part having a shape that fits said first fastener.

7. The vehicle wash tank assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein said wash tank housing is quadrilateral, said first fastener being located on a first side of said wash tank housing, said first side of said wash tank housing being secured to said sheet metal member by said first fastener.

8. The vehicle wash tank assembly as recited in claim 7, wherein said second securing member is located on a second side of said wash tank housing, said first and second sides of said wash tank housing being adjacent, said second securing member being fixedly attached to the vehicle by a bolt.

9. The vehicle wash tank assembly as recited in claim 8, wherein said third fastener is located at an intersection of said first and second sides of said wash tank housing, said third fastener being fixedly attached to the vehicle by a bolt.

10. A vehicle, characterized in that the vehicle comprises the wash tank housing according to any of claims 1-9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle washing tank assembly and a vehicle.

Background

At present, the glass of the vehicle is cleaned mainly by adopting a mode of storing glass water in a washing tank. Since the wash tank needs to store a certain amount of glass water, the wash tank is generally installed at the front of the vehicle body. However, in the prior art, the washing tank is easy to shake in the driving direction of a vehicle, so that the stability of the washing tank is low.

It can be seen that the prior art has a problem of low stability of the washing tank.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle washing tank assembly and a vehicle, and aims to solve the problem that the stability of a washing tank is low in the prior art.

the first fixing piece, the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece are located on different sides of the washing tank shell.

As an optional implementation manner, the first fixing member is a quadrilateral, and a first edge of the first fixing member is fixedly connected with the washing tank shell, wherein:

a groove is formed in the second edge of the first fixing piece and is clamped and fixed with the vehicle body sheet metal part;

the first edge and the second edge of the first fixing piece are adjacent.

As an optional embodiment, a first protrusion, a second protrusion, a third protrusion and a fourth protrusion are arranged in the groove, the first protrusion and the third protrusion are located on a first side of the groove, and the second protrusion and the fourth protrusion are located on a second side of the groove;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle wash tank assembly, including: the washing tank housing 10 and the vehicle body sheet metal parts 20, wherein,

the vehicle body sheet metal part 20 is fixed in the vehicle, and the vehicle body sheet metal part 20 is positioned at the front end of the vehicle;

the washing tank shell 10 is positioned on the upstream side of the vehicle body sheet metal part 20 close to the vehicle running direction, the washing tank shell 10 is polygonal, the side surface of the washing tank shell 10 is provided with a first fixing part 101, a second fixing part 102 and a third fixing part 103, the first fixing part 101 is clamped and fixed with the vehicle body sheet metal part 20, and the second fixing part 102 and the third fixing part 103 are connected and fixed with the vehicle;

the first, second and third fixtures 101, 102 and 103 are located on different sides of the wash tank housing 10.

As an alternative embodiment, the third fixing member 103 is located at the intersection of the first side and the second side of the washing tank shell 10, and the third fixing member 103 and the vehicle are fixedly connected by bolts.

In this embodiment, the third fixing member 103 is disposed at the boundary between the first side and the second side of the washing tank housing 10, the first fixing member 101, the second fixing member 102 and the third fixing member 103 form a stable triangular structure, the stability of the washing tank housing 10 is improved by the first fixing member 101 and the third fixing member 103 in the traveling direction, the stability is improved by the second fixing member 102 and the third fixing member 103 in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction, and the purpose of improving the stability of the washing tank housing 10 is achieved when the minimum number of fixing positions are used.
