There are various methods for removing ammonia nitrogen from industrial wastewater, among which the chlorination method is often adopted because of its simplicity and feasibility; however, the inaccurate amount control in the sodium hypochlorite adding process leads to more byproducts in the reaction process, so that the waste of sodium hypochlorite and the secondary pollution of water are caused.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the method and the device for adding the sodium hypochlorite, which can accurately control the addition amount of the sodium hypochlorite, reduce the generation of byproducts and improve the efficiency of water treatment.

The first embodiment is as follows:

In this embodiment, the pipe 2 is made of PVC and is used for conveying sodium hypochlorite into the wastewater treatment tank 8; the material that bucket 1 was stored to sodium hypochlorite is PE, volume: 10000L; the PVC pipeline and the PE sodium hypochlorite storage barrel have good sodium hypochlorite corrosion resistance, are light and are convenient to install and use; a rotameter 21 is arranged on the pipeline 2 between the pneumatic valve 3 and the wastewater treatment tank 8, the rotameter 21 is used for measuring the flow of the added sodium hypochlorite, and uploading the measured data to an ORP master controller 6 for displaying the real-time flow of the currently added sodium hypochlorite; the ORP value reflected after sodium hypochlorite addition uploads the data to the ORP master controller 6 through the ORP electrode 7.

And the ORP main controller 6 is electrically connected with the ORP electrode 7 and is used for comparing the collected ORP value with a set threshold value: when the collected ORP value is smaller than a set first threshold value, outputting an opening instruction to the electromagnetic valve 4, conveying control gas output by a gas source to the pneumatic valve 3 through the gas pipeline 5, opening the pneumatic valve 3, and starting to add sodium hypochlorite into the wastewater treatment tank 8; when the collected ORP value is larger than the set second threshold value, a closing instruction is output to the electromagnetic valve 4, the electromagnetic valve 4 is closed, the pneumatic valve 3 is further closed, and sodium hypochlorite is stopped being added into the wastewater treatment tank.

The operation steps of this embodiment include:
