1. The formula of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:

higher alcohol fatty acid ester complex: 110-165 parts;

high-carbon alcohol: 55-105 parts of a modifier;

stearic acid monoglyceride: 35-60 parts;

catalyst: 5-15 parts.

6. A preparation process of a polyvinyl chloride lubricant formula is characterized by comprising the following steps,

step (A), preparing materials, namely preparing the following components in parts by weight: 110-165 parts of higher alcohol fatty acid ester compound; 55-105 parts of higher alcohol; 35-60 parts of stearic acid monoglyceride; 1-5 parts of a modifier; 5-15 parts of a catalyst; and stirring uniformly to prepare raw materials;

step (B), the uniformly stirred raw materials are put into a reaction kettle, and the temperature in the tower is controlled to be kept between 185 ℃ and 195 ℃;

step (C), controlling the reaction temperature and keeping the reaction temperature between 190 ℃ and 230 ℃, and the specific process is as follows,

(C1) in the pre-stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 0.5h from 190 ℃ to 205 ℃;

(C2) in the first stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 1.5h from 205-210 ℃;

(C3) in the second stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 3 hours from 210 ℃ to 220 ℃;

(C4) in the third stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 2 hours from 220 ℃ to 230 ℃;

(C5) in the fourth stage, the temperature is kept at 230 ℃ for 2 hours;

step (D), monitoring whether the sampling acid value is less than 2mgkoh/g, if so, continuing the reaction, and if not, stopping the reaction;

step (E), cooling the solution in the reaction kettle to obtain a semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant, and transporting the semi-finished product to the inside of a scraping machine for processing operation;

and (F) crushing the semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant processed by the scraping machine, and packaging and storing the crushed finished product powder of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant.

The process for preparing a formulation of polyvinyl chloride lubricant according to claim 6, wherein in step (E), the solution in the reaction vessel is cooled to obtain a semi-finished product of polyvinyl chloride lubricant, and the semi-finished product is transported to the inside of a scraper for processing, and the specific steps are as follows:

(E1) scraping the outer surface of the semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant;

(E2) slicing the scraped semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant;

(E3) monitoring the quality of the sliced semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant, and sampling to check whether the acid value is qualified or not;

(E4) and packaging and transporting the qualified semi-finished product of the flaky polyvinyl chloride lubricant.

The process for preparing a formulation of polyvinyl chloride lubricant according to claim 6, wherein in the step (B), the uniformly stirred raw materials are put into a reaction kettle, and the temperature in the tower is controlled to be between 185 ℃ and 195 ℃, wherein the temperature for temporarily storing the uniformly stirred raw materials is controlled to be between 50 ℃ and 60 ℃.

The process for preparing a polyvinyl chloride lubricant formulation according to claim 6, wherein in step (A), the following components are prepared and the weight parts of the components are as follows: 145 parts of higher alcohol fatty acid ester compound; 76 parts of higher alcohol; 52 parts of stearic acid monoglyceride; 2.2 parts of a modifier; and 7.8 parts of a catalyst.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of polyvinyl chloride lubricants, in particular to a formula and a preparation process of a polyvinyl chloride lubricant.

Background

The lubricant is an additive capable of improving the plastic processing fluidity, generally has a structure comprising two parts of a non-polar long chain and a polar group, has the effects of promoting melting, facilitating demoulding, preventing static electricity, preventing adhesion and the like besides improving the melt fluidity, and can be divided into an external lubricant and an internal lubricant according to the action mechanism.

The external lubricant reduces the friction between the plastic melt and the metal surface of the forming processing equipment by improving the friction condition of the plastic melt and the metal surface of the forming processing equipment, so that the plastic part is easy to demould. The compatibility of the external lubricant and the plastic is poor, and the external lubricant is easy to migrate from the melt to the outside, so that a thin isolating film is formed between the melt and the mold, and the plastic melt is prevented from being adhered to the surface of a machine barrel or the mold; the internal lubricant has good compatibility with plastics, and plays a role in reducing intermolecular cohesion in the plastic melt, so that the internal friction of the plastic melt can be reduced, the melting rate and the melt deformability of the plastics can be increased, the melt viscosity can be reduced, and the plasticizing performance can be improved.

At present, the lubricants have the functions of internal lubrication with one side and external lubrication with the other side, but few lubricants have the functions of internal and external, and the lubricants in the processing of polyvinyl chloride plastics have fewer varieties, little choice, low product performance and technical content and unsatisfactory lubricating performance; therefore, it is necessary to design a formula of polyvinyl chloride lubricant and a preparation process thereof.

The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing lubricant has the functions of internal lubrication with the side weight and external lubrication with the side weight, and only one lubricant can have the functions of both inside and outside, but the lubricant product in the polyvinyl chloride plastic processing has fewer varieties, small choice, low product performance and technical content and unsatisfactory lubricating performance of the lubricant; the polyvinyl chloride lubricant formula and the preparation process thereof have the advantages of novel formula, ingenious process and good application prospect.

a polyvinyl chloride lubricant formula comprises the following components in parts by weight:

higher alcohol fatty acid ester complex: 110-165 parts;

high-carbon alcohol: 55-105 parts of a modifier;

stearic acid monoglyceride: 35-60 parts;

modifying agent: 1-5 parts;

catalyst: 5-15 parts.

step (B), the uniformly stirred raw materials are put into a reaction kettle, and the temperature in the tower is controlled to be kept between 185 ℃ and 195 ℃;

step (C), controlling the reaction temperature and keeping the reaction temperature between 190 ℃ and 230 ℃, and the specific process is as follows,

(C1) in the pre-stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 0.5h from 190 ℃ to 205 ℃;

(C2) in the first stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 1.5h from 205-210 ℃;

(C3) in the second stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 3 hours from 210 ℃ to 220 ℃;

(C4) in the third stage, the temperature is linearly increased within 2 hours from 220 ℃ to 230 ℃;

(C5) in the fourth stage, the temperature is kept at 230 ℃ for 2 hours;

step (D), monitoring whether the sampling acid value is less than 2mgkoh/g, if so, continuing the reaction, and if not, stopping the reaction;

step (E), cooling the solution in the reaction kettle to obtain a semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant, and transporting the semi-finished product to the inside of a scraping machine for processing operation;

and (F) crushing the semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant processed by the scraping machine, and packaging and storing the crushed finished product powder of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant.

The preparation process of the formula of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant comprises the step (E) of cooling the solution in the reaction kettle to obtain a semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant, and conveying the semi-finished product to the inside of a scraping machine for processing, wherein the preparation process comprises the following specific steps:

(E1) scraping the outer surface of the semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant;

(E2) slicing the scraped semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant;

(E3) monitoring the quality of the sliced semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant, and sampling to check whether the acid value is qualified or not;

(E4) and packaging and transporting the qualified semi-finished product of the flaky polyvinyl chloride lubricant.

The preparation process of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant formula comprises the step (B) of putting the uniformly stirred raw materials into a reaction kettle, and controlling the temperature in a tower to be kept between 185 ℃ and 195 ℃, wherein the temporary storage temperature of the uniformly stirred raw materials is kept between 50 ℃ and 60 ℃.

The preparation process of the formula of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant comprises the step (A) of preparing the following components in parts by weight: 145 parts of higher alcohol fatty acid ester compound; 76 parts of higher alcohol; 52 parts of stearic acid monoglyceride; 2.2 parts of a modifier; and 7.8 parts of a catalyst.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the formula and the preparation process of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant have good compatibility with polyvinyl chloride resin, can improve the internal lubrication effect, ensure that the polarity is reduced and the external lubrication effect is enhanced through hydrogen bond between molecules, realize the effect of internal and external lubrication, have the characteristics of accelerating fusion, reducing the fusion viscosity, prolonging the processing life, improving the fluidity, improving the transparency and the like, endow the hard and soft polyvinyl chloride products with excellent thermal stability and transparency through the good compatibility with the polyvinyl chloride, are safe, nontoxic and environment-friendly, have the super-additive effect and improve the comprehensive performance, and have novel formula, skillful process and good application prospect.

Detailed Description

The formula of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant comprises the following components in parts by weight:

higher alcohol fatty acid ester complex: 110-165 parts;

high-carbon alcohol: 55-105 parts of a modifier;

stearic acid monoglyceride: 35-60 parts;

modifying agent: 1-5 parts;

catalyst: 5-15 parts.

Preferably, the higher alcohol fatty acid ester complex adopts higher alcohol phthalate.

Preferably, the higher alcohol is a mixture of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol, and the content ratio of the cetyl alcohol to the stearyl alcohol is 2: 5.

(E4) packing and transporting the qualified semi-finished product of the flake polyvinyl chloride lubricant;

and (F) crushing the semi-finished product of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant processed by the scraping machine, and packaging and storing the crushed finished product powder of the polyvinyl chloride lubricant.

The polyvinyl chloride lubricant prepared by the preparation process has the following specific effects:

(1) has good compatibility with the polyvinyl chloride resin, and provides internal and external lubrication by virtue of the inter-molecular hydrogen-bonding, polarity-reduction and external lubrication;

(2) the hard and soft polyvinyl chloride products have excellent thermal stability and transparency, and are safe, nontoxic and environment-friendly due to the excellent compatibility with polyvinyl chloride.
