Background

The BOPP film is an important flexible packaging material, and because the surface of the BOPP film has good printability after corona treatment, the BOPP film is often used as a surface layer material of a composite film, and statistically, the BOPP accounts for about 50% of the whole film. The BOPP film treated by the power supply has surface tension of 40-43mN/m generally, and can be attenuated to 36-38mN/m generally after aging for about 2 months, and the problem of overproof solvent residue is more likely to occur after compounding and printing.

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, alcohol-soluble, water-soluble or solvent-free composite adhesives are more likely to be used in the compounding, and non-aromatic hydrocarbon solvent inks (such as alcohol, ester-soluble inks), water-based inks, UV inks, and the like are more likely to be used in the printing. The novel environment-friendly composite adhesive and the novel environment-friendly composite ink both require that the wetting tension of a base material is more than 40mN/m, the method for improving the surface tension of a manufacturer at present mainly improves the electrode power of a corona treatment device, the method has poor effect, causes energy waste and is not environment-friendly, the application requirement of a film subjected to electrode treatment cannot be guaranteed, the film with the wetting tension improved by maleic acid glycoside grafted polypropylene has obvious peculiar smell and cannot meet the requirement of a client at present, the wetting tension is improved by adopting other polar additives, the transparency of the film is obviously reduced, the haze is increased, and the client cannot accept the film. Therefore, a need exists in the market for a BOPP masterbatch that improves solvent residue and meets the printing requirements of environmentally friendly new adhesives and environmentally friendly inks.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly long-acting high-wetting-tension transparent BOPP master batch, which solves the problem of solvent residue, improves the polypropylene refined structure by utilizing organic modified nano montmorillonite, and reduces the binding capacity of polypropylene and solvent by using the organic modified nano montmorillonite as a blocking agent.

The polypropylene grafted hydroxyethyl methacrylate takes polypropylene resin as a substrate, has the same molecular chain main body as the polypropylene resin, can form stable compatibility with the polypropylene resin, and simultaneously, the material is grafted with hydroxyethyl and acrylic polar branched chain groups to form good compatibility with other polar materials in proportion. Therefore, the polypropylene grafted hydroxyethyl methacrylate is used as a compatilizer, a bridge structure can be formed between the polar material and the polypropylene resin, and the compatibility structure between the polypropylene resin and the polar material is improved.

Polyamide-6 is used as a wetting tension modifier, and the amide group thereof is added in a small amount to increase the surface tension of polypropylene. The ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer has polarity, the surface tension can be improved after the ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer is added, the material has good compatibility with polyamide-6 and also has good compatibility with polyethylene methacrylic acid copolymer, and therefore the material is used as a main compatilizer. The polyethylene methacrylic acid copolymer has the function of slightly improving the surface tension, and the material has better compatibility with ethylene vinyl alcohol and polypropylene resin, so the material is also used as a compatilizer. The synergistic effect of polyamide-6, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer and polyethylene methacrylic acid copolymer can effectively improve wetting tension and improve the retention capacity of wetting tension.

The grafting rate of the polypropylene grafted hydroxyethyl methacrylate is more than 2 percent, and the melt index is 25g/10min (230 ℃, 2.16 kg).
