1. A construction method for extending a steel ring by starting a shield machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:

In construction areas with complex strata, for example, the stratum of an initial section is medium coarse sand, the water leakage amount of a tunnel portal is large, a gas pipeline perpendicular to the tunneling direction is arranged above a tunnel of the initial section, and other complex areas, when the initial section starts, the conditions of water leakage and sand gushing of the tunnel portal, excessive leakage of the gas pipeline due to settlement and the like easily occur, so that great safety accidents are caused, and great potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a construction method for extending a steel ring for starting a shield machine, which effectively solves the technical problems of water burst, mud burst, ground settlement and the like at a tunnel portal when the shield machine starts, and is beneficial to helping the shield machine to start safely and smoothly.

the curtain cloth plates and the folding pressing plates are arranged on the extension steel rings, and the adjacent two curtain cloth plates form a sealing ring;

and when the shield machine starts, a sealing material is poured into the extension steel ring through the grouting ports.

Preferably, after the curtain cloth plate and the folding pressing plate are installed on the extension steel ring, the step further comprises adjusting the angle of the folding pressing plate to enable the folding pressing plate to be installed and formed into a whole circle, and the circle center of the folding pressing plate coincides with the central line of the tunnel.

and S04, when the shield tunneling machine starts, pouring sealing materials into the extension steel ring through each grouting port.

In step S01, before the extension steel ring is installed, a portal curtain cloth is additionally installed on the portal steel ring in advance, and the inner diameter of the portal curtain cloth is the same as the caliber of the portal steel ring;

in step S02, an extension steel ring is installed on the portal curtain cloth, the inner diameter of the extension steel ring is ensured to be equal to the inner diameter of the portal steel ring, and a plurality of grouting openings are reserved in the extension steel ring in advance, and the grouting openings are preferably and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the extension steel ring, but not limited thereto.

After the bottom block extension steel ring is installed, adjacent blocks are alternately installed on two sides of the bottom block extension steel ring until the last block is installed, a curtain cloth plate and a folding pressing plate are installed on the installed extension steel ring, and a sealing ring is formed between two tunnel portal curtains.

When the extension units are installed, the bottom block extension unit is installed firstly, and then the other extension units are installed alternately from two sides of the bottom block extension unit by taking the circle center as the center until all the extension units are installed.

This scheme adopts extension steel ring technique to initiate, installs rubber curtain cloth board and the clamp plate of folding paper in the outside of extension steel ring, through to the inside shutoff material that injects of extension steel ring to make sealing ring internal pressure and soil body pressure balance.
