1. A novel dehumidifier low-temperature defrosting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

b. when the environment temperature HT1 is less than or equal to a first environment preset temperature HT1, judging that the dehumidifier needs to perform active defrosting, detecting whether the temperature PT of an evaporator coil is lower than a first preset coil temperature PT1, judging whether the dehumidifier needs to enter a defrosting mode, and if the temperature PT of the coil is greater than or equal to a first preset coil temperature PT1, not entering the defrosting mode;

c. when the temperature PT of the evaporator coil is less than the first preset coil temperature PT1 and the time reaches tm minutes, the dehumidifier enters a defrosting mode and executes the step d;

d. a plurality of temperature intervals are preset in the dehumidifier, the dehumidifier compares the ambient temperature HT with the numerical value of the temperature interval, judges the temperature interval to which the ambient temperature HT belongs, judges the time t for turning off the compressor of the dehumidifier according to the temperature interval to which the ambient temperature HT belongs, and executes the step e;

e. and (3) shutting down the compressor of the dehumidifier for t minutes, simultaneously keeping the fan running, and when the shut-down time reaches t or the detected coil temperature PT is greater than the second preset coil temperature PT2, restarting the compressor, and recovering the normal work of the dehumidifier.

The novel low-temperature defrosting method of the dehumidifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the dehumidifier is powered on, the dehumidifier records the number n of times of entering a defrosting mode after being powered on, n is equal to n +1 when the dehumidifier enters a sequential defrosting mode to defrost once, and when step d is executed, when n is a positive integer multiple of a preset number nc, the compressor shutdown time of the dehumidifier is t + tc, and tc is a defrosting time compensation value.

Background

When the refrigeration type dehumidifier works in a low-temperature environment, frost on the evaporator is more and more along with the extension of working time, and in serious conditions, the ventilation gap of the evaporator is almost completely blocked, so that the working efficiency of the dehumidifier is reduced, and electric power energy is wasted. In order to improve the problem, the current mainstream technology of the dehumidifier industry adopts the accumulated defrosting technology of a single temperature section, and the method has the following advantages that no matter the ambient temperature is higher or lower, the shutdown time of the compressor and the period of entering the accumulated defrosting are fixed, and the following steps can occur: 1. when the temperature is higher, the frost on the evaporator is less, the machine only needs to shut down the compressor for a very short time, the frost can be completely removed by the high-speed operation of the fan, but the compressor is still in a shut-down state at the moment and does not start to enter the dehumidification work, so that the dehumidification efficiency of the dehumidifier is low. 2. When the temperature is low or the humidity is increased, the time for shutting down the compressor is too short, the machine still cannot completely remove the frost through the high-speed operation of the fan, and the expected defrosting effect cannot be achieved. How to effectively solve the problem becomes one of the key problems to be solved urgently in the industry.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide a novel low-temperature defrosting method of a multi-temperature-section dehumidifier.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention designs a novel dehumidifier low-temperature defrosting method, which comprises the following steps:

a. detecting the ambient temperature HT; judging whether the dehumidifier needs to actively defrost according to the environment temperature HT, and if the environment temperature HT is greater than a first preset environment temperature HT1, not actively defrosting by the dehumidifier;

b. when the environment temperature HT1 is less than or equal to a first environment preset temperature HT1, judging that the dehumidifier needs to perform active defrosting, detecting whether the temperature PT of an evaporator coil is lower than a first preset coil temperature PT1, judging whether the dehumidifier needs to enter a defrosting mode, and if the temperature PT of the coil is greater than or equal to a first preset coil temperature PT1, not entering the defrosting mode;

c. when the temperature PT of the evaporator coil is less than the first preset coil temperature PT1 and the time reaches tm minutes, the dehumidifier enters a defrosting mode and executes the step d;

d. a plurality of temperature intervals are preset in the dehumidifier, the dehumidifier compares the ambient temperature HT with the numerical value of the temperature interval, judges the temperature interval to which the ambient temperature HT belongs, judges the time t for turning off the compressor of the dehumidifier according to the temperature interval to which the ambient temperature HT belongs, and executes the step e;

e. and (3) shutting down the compressor of the dehumidifier for t minutes, simultaneously keeping the fan running, and when the shut-down time reaches t or the detected coil temperature PT is greater than the second preset coil temperature PT2, restarting the compressor, and recovering the normal work of the dehumidifier.

In order to improve the defrosting effect, after the dehumidifier is powered on, the dehumidifier records the number n of times of entering a defrosting mode after being powered on, n is equal to n +1 when the dehumidifier enters the sequential defrosting mode to defrost once, when step d is executed, when n is a positive integer multiple of a preset number nc, the compressor shutdown time of the dehumidifier is t + tc, and tc is a defrosting time compensation value.

In order to avoid error of detection of the ambient temperature, the ambient temperature HT detected in step a is an average value of temperatures within a continuous detection time tp minutes after the temperature is detected.

According to the novel dehumidifier low-temperature defrosting method, the four temperature sections are set, namely the three temperature sections with the maximum end value less than or equal to the first preset temperature, the shutdown time of the compressor is controlled in a targeted and accurate mode, resource waste caused by long shutdown time or short shutdown time of the compressor in a single temperature section method is avoided, and the defrosting efficiency and the dehumidifying efficiency of the dehumidifier are obviously improved.

Detailed Description

To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined objects, the following detailed description of the embodiments, structures, features and effects according to the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.

Example 1:

the novel dehumidifier low-temperature defrosting method described in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes the following steps:

a. detecting the ambient temperature HT; judging whether the dehumidifier needs to actively defrost according to the environment temperature HT, and if the environment temperature HT is greater than a first preset environment temperature HT1, not actively defrosting by the dehumidifier; in step a of this embodiment, the reason why the active defrosting is not performed is that when HT > HT1, it is considered that at the ambient temperature HT, frost does not occur on the surface of the evaporator or frost inevitably melts after frost formation within a predetermined time, and this temperature can be determined experimentally in practical operation, and 25 ℃ is used as the first preset temperature HT1 in this embodiment, i.e., HT1 is 25 ℃.

b. When the environment temperature HT1 is less than or equal to a first environment preset temperature HT1, judging that the dehumidifier needs to perform active defrosting, detecting whether the temperature PT of an evaporator coil is lower than a first preset coil temperature PT1, judging whether the dehumidifier needs to enter a defrosting mode, and if the temperature PT of the coil is greater than or equal to a first preset coil temperature PT1, not entering the defrosting mode;

c. when the temperature PT of the evaporator coil is less than the first preset coil temperature PT1 and the time reaches tm minutes, the dehumidifier enters a defrosting mode and executes the step d; the value of tm may be 1-5min, where tm is 3min in this embodiment;

d. a plurality of temperature intervals are preset in the dehumidifier, the dehumidifier compares the ambient temperature HT with the numerical value of the temperature interval, judges the temperature interval to which the ambient temperature HT belongs, judges the time t for turning off the compressor of the dehumidifier according to the temperature interval to which the ambient temperature HT belongs, and executes the step e;

e. the dehumidifier shuts down the compressor for t minutes while keeping the fan running, when the shutdown time reaches t or the coil temperature PT is detected to be greater than the second preset coil temperature PT2, the compressor is restarted, and the dehumidifier resumes normal operation; the first preset coil temperature PT1 and the second preset coil temperature PT2 may be obtained through experiments, where in this embodiment, PT1 is HT-15 ℃, and PT2 is PT1+10 ℃.

In order to improve the defrosting effect, after the dehumidifier is powered on, the dehumidifier records the number n of times of entering a defrosting mode after being powered on, n is 0 when the dehumidifier is powered on, n is n +1 when the dehumidifier is powered on for defrosting once in a sequential defrosting mode, when step d is executed, the time t for shutting down the compressor is determined by a temperature interval to which the environment temperature belongs and the number n together when step d is executed, when n is a positive integer multiple of a preset number nc, the shutting down time of the dehumidifier compressor is t + tc, and tc is a defrosting time compensation value; for the dehumidifier, after power-on, the evaporator temperature is in a low-temperature state for a long time along with the increase of the operation time, and the frost is more and more accumulated for the longer time, therefore, after power-on, the time t for judging the current defrosting is compensated according to the number n of times for entering the defrosting mode before, which is helpful for improving the defrosting effect, the value of the preset number nc can be 10 or more and 15 or less, in this embodiment, nc is 10 and t is 1min, at this time, when the dehumidifier enters the defrosting mode for the 9 th time, the compressor is shut down for 1min, and when the dehumidifier enters the defrosting mode for the 10 th time, the defrosting is shut down for 2min this time, so as to improve the defrosting effect, after the dehumidifier finishes the 10 th defrosting, in this embodiment, n is continuously counted, until n is 20, n is an integral multiple of nc, so when the dehumidifier defrosts for the 20 th time, the compressor is also shut down for 2min, and so on, when n is 50 …, the compressor shutdown time is 2 min.

It should be noted that in practical operation, the determination of the compressor shutdown time t and the defrosting time compensation value tc needs to be adjusted according to different models, heat exchanger efficacies, values of the preset times nc and predicted use environments, the values given in this embodiment are only preferred values, specific values can be obtained through limited experiments and derivation calculations by those skilled in the art, and in addition, the t value and the tc value do not have to be equal.

For convenience of control, the first preset temperature and the temperature intervals are preset, and the number of the temperature intervals is three; in this embodiment, the temperature range is set to be 5 ℃ or less, more than 5 ℃ and 15 ℃ or less, and more than 15 ℃ and 25 ℃ or less.

In order to avoid the error of the detection of the ambient temperature, the ambient temperature HT detected in the step a is the average value of the temperature within the tp time period after the temperature is continuously detected for tp minutes; the value of the detection time tp of the ambient temperature HT may be 30-120s, and in this embodiment, tp is 60 s.

In practical use, the dehumidifier of the embodiment mainly utilizes a mode of stopping the compressor and keeping the fan running at a high speed to defrost, and adopts the single chip microcomputer, the temperature detection module arranged on the coil pipe and at the position communicated with the environment, and the control circuit connected with the fan and the compressor to realize the defrosting method.

According to the novel dehumidifier low-temperature defrosting method provided by the embodiment, the four temperature sections, namely the three temperature sections with the temperature values larger than the first preset temperature and the maximum end value smaller than or equal to the first preset temperature, are arranged, the shutdown time of the compressor is controlled pertinently and accurately, the resource waste caused by the long shutdown time or the short shutdown time of the compressor in the single temperature section method is avoided, and the defrosting efficiency and the dehumidifying efficiency of the dehumidifier are obviously improved.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
