In the step 7(S7), it is determined whether or not the charging of the parking order amount of the vehicle entering the departure lane is completed, and if so, the vehicle is permitted to depart, and if not, the vehicle is permitted to depart after the charging is completed.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the type of the vehicle may be determined by determining the color of the license plate. For example, when the license plate is blue, it is determined as a small vehicle; and when the license plate is yellow or the color of the combination of yellow and green, judging the vehicle as a large vehicle. When the recognition results of the ETC recognition and the OCR recognition of the vehicle license plate bound to the P + R user in the step 4(S4) are the same or only the ETC recognition is carried out, the charging can be carried out in an ETC payment mode; when the recognition results of the ETC recognition and the OCR recognition of the vehicle license plate bound to the P + R user in the step 4(S4) are the same or only the ETC recognition is performed, if the charging by adopting the ETC payment mode fails, the charging can be performed by adopting one mode selected from mobile phone payment and cash payment; when the recognition results of the ETC recognition and the OCR recognition of the vehicle license plate bound to the P + R user of the step 4(S4) are different or only the OCR recognition is performed, the charging may be performed in one manner selected from a mobile payment and a cash payment.

As another embodiment, when the notification of the result of the determination of whether the parking order user takes the bus by the bus card system is not received in the step 3(S3), the parking order may be calculated as a transfer parking order in the step 5(S5), and the amount of the parking order calculated as a transfer parking order may be precharged in the step 6 (S6).
