1. A physical measurement data management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

in response to receiving a request for establishing target physical measurement data, configuring at least one physical measurement rule on a page based on preset attribute information, wherein each physical measurement rule and at least one target unit information;

receiving and storing the directory information of the target personnel contained in the target unit sent by the handheld terminal equipment in response to receiving a request for performing directory aiming at a target body measurement rule sent by the handheld terminal equipment;

after a request for starting physical measurement sent by the handheld terminal device is monitored, determining the triggering time of the physical measurement request, and sending a starting instruction to a fixed terminal device so that the fixed terminal device can detect a physical measurement data set of the target person;

and receiving a body measurement data set of the target person sent by the fixed terminal equipment, and sending the body measurement data set to the handheld terminal equipment so that the handheld terminal equipment generates body measurement data of the target person based on the trigger time and the body measurement data set.

2. The method for managing physical measurement data according to claim 1, further comprising: and after the body measurement data of the target person sent by the handheld terminal equipment is received, associating the body measurement data with a target body measurement rule.

3. The physical measurement data management method according to claim 1, wherein in response to receiving a request for establishing target physical measurement data, configuring at least one physical measurement rule on a page based on preset attribute information comprises:

7. A physical measurement data management device, comprising:

the configuration unit is configured to respond to a received request for establishing target physical measurement data, and configure at least one physical measurement rule on a page based on preset attribute information, wherein each physical measurement rule and at least one target unit information;

the first processing unit is configured to respond to a request sent by a handheld terminal device and used for searching a target body measurement rule, and receive and store searching information of a target person contained in a target unit sent by the handheld terminal device;

the determining unit is configured to determine a trigger time of the physical measurement request after the request for starting physical measurement sent by the handheld terminal device is monitored, and send a starting instruction to a fixed terminal device so that the fixed terminal device detects a physical measurement data set of the target person;

and the second processing unit is configured to receive the body measurement data set of the target person sent by the fixed terminal equipment and send the body measurement data set to the handheld terminal equipment, so that the handheld terminal equipment generates body measurement data of the target person based on the trigger time and the body measurement data set.

8. The physical measurement data management device of claim 7, further comprising: and the association unit is configured to associate the target person measurement data sent by the handheld terminal device to a target measurement rule after receiving the target person measurement data.

9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the physical measurement data management method of any one of claims 1 to 6.

Technical Field

The disclosure relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a physical measurement data management method and device.

Background

In the related art, the physical measurement of the personnel is still realized in a manual mode. On one hand, the body measurement efficiency is low, and on the other hand, the body measurement data management efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The main purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a method and an apparatus for managing physical measurement data.

In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a physical measurement data management method including: in response to receiving a request for establishing target physical measurement data, configuring at least one physical measurement rule on a page based on preset attribute information, wherein each physical measurement rule and at least one target unit information; receiving and storing the directory information of the target personnel contained in the target unit sent by the handheld terminal equipment in response to receiving a request for performing directory aiming at a target body measurement rule sent by the handheld terminal equipment; after a request for starting physical measurement sent by the handheld terminal device is monitored, determining the triggering time of the physical measurement request, and sending a starting instruction to a fixed terminal device so that the fixed terminal device can detect a physical measurement data set of the target person; and receiving a body measurement data set of the target person sent by the fixed terminal equipment, and sending the body measurement data set to the handheld terminal equipment so that the handheld terminal equipment generates body measurement data of the target person based on the trigger time and the body measurement data set.

Optionally, the method further comprises: and after the body measurement data of the target person sent by the handheld terminal equipment is received, associating the body measurement data with a target body measurement rule.

Optionally, in response to receiving a request for establishing target physical measurement data, configuring at least one physical measurement rule on a page based on preset attribute information includes: configuring target field information which is consistent with the preset field information on a page based on the preset field information; determining a body test type on a page to obtain a body test rule after configuration; and associating at least one piece of target unit information under the physical testing rule.

According to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device comprising: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor, the computer program being executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the method of managing physical measurement data as described in any one of the implementations of the first aspect.

According to the body measurement data management method and device, the body measurement process and the management line of the body measurement data are integrated, and the body measurement efficiency and the management efficiency of the body measurement data are improved.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present disclosure, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It should be understood that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the present disclosure may be described herein. It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.

The system architecture for realizing the method can comprise a management terminal, a server, a handheld terminal and a fixed terminal. The visual management of the physical measurement data is realized through a page of the management terminal; the recording and the command issuing in the body measuring process can be realized through the handheld terminal; and the data recording of the body measurement process of the personnel is realized through the fixed terminal. The handheld terminal and the body measurement terminal can be realized as equipment with an RFID function, each person can correspond to one tag, and the tags of the persons can be scanned in a non-contact and uninterrupted mode so as to finally record information.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided an exercise data management method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps 101 to 105:

step 101: and responding to a received request for establishing target physical measurement data, and configuring at least one physical measurement rule on a page based on preset attribute information, wherein each physical measurement rule and at least one target unit information.

In this implementation, the management terminal may send a request for establishing target data to the server through a page (which may be a web page), and the server may configure the physical testing rule based on preset configuration field information after receiving the request. The target unit may be a group of a certain number of people, including, but not limited to, a class in a school (or military) as the target unit, a department in a business as the unit, or a squad in a sports team as the target unit.

As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in response to receiving a request for establishing target physical measurement data, based on preset attribute information, configuring at least one physical measurement rule on a page includes: configuring target field information which is consistent with the preset field information on a page based on the preset field information; determining a body test type on a page to obtain a body test rule after configuration; and associating at least one piece of target unit information under the physical testing rule.

In this alternative implementation, the configuration field information may include, but is not limited to, "physical measurement name," "group," "unit," "band teacher name," "band teacher telephone," "assessment date," "distance," "time to reach," "time to excel," and so on. The configuration mode can be that corresponding preset fields are input to correspond to the matched field information, for example, "physical measurement name" can correspond to input "physical measurement at the end of 2021 year, name of team teacher" and "telephone of team teacher" can correspond to input corresponding name and telephone number; the "standard time" and the "excellent time" may correspond to the input time information. The configuration mode can also be realized by selecting options aiming at preset fields, for example, the 'assessment date' is configured by selecting a specific date in a set date range; the distance is configured by selecting a set body measurement distance value; the group is configured by selecting one of the set male subgroup and female subgroup; the "unit" is determined by selecting the pre-imported unit information.

Specifically, after a rule of fitness measure is completed, the rule of fitness measure facilitates the association of "unit" information in the configuration process. I.e. each rule is associated with at least one unit of information. For example, "2021 year end of life physical exam" correlates to three (1) shifts, four (2) shifts, and so on.

Step 102: and receiving and storing the directory information of the target personnel contained in the target unit at different position points sent by the handheld terminal equipment in response to receiving a request for performing directory aiming at the target body measurement rule sent by the handheld terminal equipment.

In this embodiment, since the server stores at least one physical measurement rule in advance, after the handheld terminal is logged in, the at least one physical measurement rule may be presented on the interface, and the user may trigger (may be triggered in a selected manner) the entry request through the interface, and since each physical measurement rule is associated with at least one unit information, the user may retrieve information of a target person in a target unit through the handheld terminal device, and the implementation manner may be that an RFID tag worn by the target person to be measured is scanned through the handheld terminal device, and the tag identifies information of the person. The information of the person may include identification information of the person's name (which may be a serial number, for example), and name information of the unit.

Specifically, most of the set end points are consistent during the running process, so that the body measurement starting points of people on different runways are different, and therefore, a user can check and record information of people at different positions through the handheld terminal device.

Step 103: after a request for starting physical measurement sent by the handheld terminal device is monitored, determining the triggering time of the physical measurement request, and sending a starting instruction to the fixed terminal device so that the fixed terminal device can detect the physical measurement data set of the target person.

In this embodiment, a user may send a request for starting physical testing to a server through a handheld terminal device, and record the time when the request of sending is received by the handheld terminal device. And simultaneously, after receiving the request, the server sends an opening instruction to the fixed terminal equipment so that the fixed terminal can open a label detection mode and detect the running real-time of the personnel. A set of time data sets may be obtained for each target person.

In particular, a fixed terminal device may be provided at the end position, and for a short running body test, for example 400 meters, the arrival time may be recorded only once. Aiming at long-distance running physical measurement, the real-time running passing time of each circle of people can be recorded, and the time data of the last circle reaching (running completion) is recorded.

Step 104: and receiving a body measurement data set of the target person sent by the fixed terminal equipment, and sending the body measurement data set to the handheld terminal equipment so that the handheld terminal equipment generates body measurement data of the target person based on the trigger time and the body measurement data set.

In this embodiment, after the physical examination starts, the fixed terminal device can read the personnel information contained in the tag of each physical examination personnel and read the real-time of the tag in the physical examination process, the fixed terminal device can upload data to the server after receiving the real-time, the server stores the uploaded data set and sends the data set to the handheld terminal, and the handheld terminal generates the physical examination data based on the data set and the request trigger time after receiving the data set. The physical measurement data generated at this time includes the time of physical measurement of each person. For example, under the 800 meter physical testing rules for the woman group, including hamamelis, three years (2) shift, time 00: 05:14, and the like. After the handheld terminal generates the body measurement data, any rule, any class and the body measurement data of any person can be checked on the terminal equipment in real time, so that the automation of the body measurement process is realized, and the automation of the body measurement data management is realized.

As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes: and after the body measurement data of the target person sent by the handheld terminal equipment is received, associating the body measurement data with a target body measurement rule.

In this optional implementation manner, in order to further manage all the body measurement data, so as to further improve the management efficiency, whether the handheld terminal device sends the body measurement data of the target person or not may be monitored in real time, and if the sent data is received, the data is associated to the target body measurement rule. For example, for "2021 year end physical examination", when a physical examination rule is established, three years (1) of classes and three years (2) of classes are associated in advance, and when actual physical examination is performed, data of three years (1) of partial girls and three years (2) of partial boys are detected, and then after receiving the physical examination data transmitted by the handheld terminal device, the server associates the information of the persons performing physical examination of two classes to the physical examination rule. When the user views the rule on the page, the user can conveniently view the physical measurement data of the specific personnel by triggering the preset component.

It can be understood that the server can also generate presentation data based on the data of each physical measurement person, so as to visually display the physical measurement data through a page. The presentation data may include the person's name, the target unit to which the person belongs, the start time of the physical exam, the end time of the physical exam, the achievements (calculated from the start time and the end time), and so on.

As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in response to receiving a request for changing the stored directory information sent by the handheld terminal device, the stored directory information is changed.

In this optional implementation manner, once the directory is completed, the directory information may be changed at any time period during, or after the physical measurement, where the change is based on a request of the mobile terminal, and the change may include deleting the information. For example, before physical examination, the information of the "hangeul plum" entry (including the person's name, the tag number, and the corresponding class) is deleted, so that the "hangeul plum" is not included in the entry information. After the physical examination, the information and physical examination data recorded by the target person may be deleted, for example, the information and physical examination data recorded in "hamamelis" may be deleted.

As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, after receiving a request for editing at least one physical testing rule triggered from a page, the at least one physical testing rule is edited.

In this optional implementation manner, after receiving a request for editing the body test rule triggered by the management terminal page, the server edits the body test rule based on a manner indicated by the request. The editing process may include adding physical measurement rules, deleting physical measurement rules, and making configuration information changes for specific physical measurement rules, e.g., changing physical measurement names, groups, associated units, band teachers, etc.

The optional implementation mode realizes the editability of the rules and enhances the flexibility of the management physical testing mode.

As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, after receiving a request for editing at least one target physical testing rule triggered from a page, the at least one target physical testing rule is edited.

In this optional implementation manner, after the server receives the body measurement data of the target person sent by the handheld terminal device and associates the body measurement data with the target body measurement rule, the server may receive a request for editing the target body measurement rule and edit the target body measurement. The edit requests include a modify (modify configuration information of the target rule) request, a delete request, a view details request (view report data generated based on the configuration information), view surveys (view data of the target person in the target unit).

According to the embodiment, automation of the body measurement process is realized, online management of body measurement data is realized, implementation efficiency of the body measurement process is greatly improved, and management efficiency of the body measurement data is improved.

It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.

As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes: and the association unit is configured to associate the target person measurement data sent by the handheld terminal device to a target measurement rule after receiving the target person measurement data.

According to the embodiment, automation of the body measurement process is realized, online management of body measurement data is realized, implementation efficiency of the body measurement process is greatly improved, and management efficiency of the body measurement data is improved. The embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device includes one or more processors 31 and a memory 32, where one processor 31 is taken as an example in fig. 3.

The controller may further include: an input device 33 and an output device 34.

The processor 31, the memory 32, the input device 33 and the output device 34 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 3 illustrates the connection by a bus as an example.

The processor 31 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The processor 31 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or combinations thereof. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.

The memory 32, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the control methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The processor 31 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by running the non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 32, that is, implements the physical measurement data management method of the above-described method embodiment.

The memory 32 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of a processing device operated by the server, and the like. Further, the memory 32 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 32 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 31, which may be connected to a network connection device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.

The input device 33 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the processing device of the server. The output device 34 may include a display device such as a display screen.

One or more modules are stored in the memory 32, which when executed by the one or more processors 31 perform the method as shown in fig. 1.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program to instruct related hardware, and the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes according to the embodiments of the method for managing body test data. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a flash memory (FlashMemory), a hard disk (hard disk drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope defined by the appended claims.
