Background

A cable connector, also called a cable head, is a cable accessory that connects two cables to form a continuous circuit. A foolproof cable joint male and female end connecting structure comprises a socket shell and a plug shell, wherein the socket shell is connected with the plug shell in an inserting manner, a pair of matched insulators are arranged in the socket shell and the plug shell, the insulators are formed by connecting a section of cylinder with a section of semi-cylinder, the center of the cylinder is coincided with the center of the semi-cylinder, the diameter of the cylinder is equal to that of the semi-cylinder, the bottom of each insulator is provided with a circle of step surface, each insulator is fixed at the bottom of the socket shell through an insulating fixing ring matched with the shape of the step surface, each insulator is connected with the plug shell in a butting manner with the bottom of the plug shell, the top of each insulator is provided with a female conductor, each female conductor is a section of metal inserting groove arranged in the semi-cylinder, a male conductor is arranged on the step surface of each insulator, each male conductor is a metal connecting column matched with the corresponding metal inserting groove, and the insulators in the socket shell are rotated for 180 degrees relative to the insulators in the plug shell, the insulator in the socket shell and the insulator in the plug shell are connected in a matched and inserted manner through the metal connecting column and the metal inserting groove.
