However, the existing faucet for oil pipelines used for adjusting the oil inlet speeds of a plurality of flow pipelines still has certain defects when in use, because the valve body inside the faucet needs to be adjusted in position through the rotation of the handle, the handle utilizes the rotating rod connected with the valve body when driving the valve body to rotate, and the rotating rod can cause abrasion to the blocking block in the rotating process, the leakage condition of the joint between the faucet body and the handle can easily occur after the faucet is used for a long time, on the other hand, the outer wall of the rotating rod connected with the handle needs to be provided with an external thread to meet the rotatable requirement, and the external thread enables a gap to exist between the rotating rod and the faucet body, so that the gap between the rotating rod and the faucet body can overflow oil when the oil pipeline is over-high in water pressure when the faucet is used.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a faucet for an oil pipeline, which can solve the problems that when the existing faucet for the oil pipeline used for adjusting the oil inlet speed of a plurality of circulating pipelines is used, because the valve body in the faucet needs to be adjusted in position through the rotation of the handle, the handle utilizes the rotating rod connected with the valve body when driving the valve body to rotate, and the rotating rod can abrade the blocking block in the rotating process, thereby leading the tap to be easy to leak at the joint between the tap body and the handle after long-time use, on the other hand, the outer wall of the rotating rod connected with the handle needs to be provided with an external thread to meet the rotatable requirement, and the arrangement of the external thread ensures that a gap exists between the rotating rod and the tap body, therefore, when the water pressure of the oil pipeline is overlarge, oil can overflow from a gap between the rotating rod and the faucet body when the faucet is used.

the inner cavity is arranged in the body, an upper section sliding rod is connected to the top of the inner cavity in a penetrating mode, a lower section sliding rod is connected to the bottom of the inner cavity in a penetrating mode, threaded cavities are formed in the upper section sliding rod and the lower section sliding rod respectively, an internal connecting lead screw is connected between the upper section sliding rod and the lower section sliding rod in a penetrating mode and is connected to the two threaded cavities in a screwed mode, the top end of the internal connecting lead screw penetrates through the top cover and is connected with the handle, and a valve body is movably mounted between the upper section sliding rod and the lower section sliding rod;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: due to the arrangement of the handle, when the oil inlet speeds of the two oil inlets are required to be adjusted, the tooth-shaped chuck is released by pinching the lower handle, then the whole handle is rotated to adjust the position of the valve body, the handle is released after the oil inlet speed is adjusted, the top cover is clamped by the tooth-shaped chuck, and therefore the handle is locked, and the oil inlet speed adjusting device is more convenient to use.

When the invention is used, a faucet is butted with an oil pipeline, two oil inlets 2 are butted with an oil inlet pipe in the oil pipeline respectively, a mixed oil outlet 3 is butted with an oil outlet pipe, the faucet can be put into use after the butting is finished, oil entering from the two oil inlets 2 enters the mixed oil outlet 3 to be mixed under the guiding action of a valve body and is finally discharged from the mixed oil outlet 3, when the faucet is used and the oil inlet speed of the two oil inlets 2 needs to be adjusted, firstly, a lower handle 15 is pressed to release a tooth-shaped chuck 17, then, the whole handle 6 is rotated, a sleeve cap 14 on the handle 6 is utilized to drive an internal lead screw 8 to rotate, the internal lead screw 8 utilizes a threaded sleeve 20 to drive a sleeve rod 12 on the valve body to movably adjust the position up and down along an upper section slide rod 10 and a lower section slide rod 18 in the rotating process, and the positions of the upper section slide rod 10 and the lower section slide rod 18 are kept fixed, the loop bar 12 drives the distributing valve plate 11 to move up and down in the process of moving up and down, when the distributing valve plate 11 moves up along the upper section slide rod 10, the caliber of the oil inlet 2 close to the bottom end of the distributing valve plate 11 is reduced, the oil inlet speed is reduced, the caliber of the oil inlet 2 close to the top end of the distributing valve plate 11 is increased, the oil inlet speed is increased, the handle 6 is released after the oil inlet speed is adjusted, the lower handle 15 clamps the top cover 5 by using the tooth-shaped chuck 17, so that the handle 6 is locked, in the process of adjusting the position of the valve body, when the valve body moves up, due to the arrangement of the pressure relief holes 21, the side grooves 22 and the air bags 23, the threaded sleeve 20 enables the gas in the middle cavity 19 to be pressed into the air bags 23 in the side grooves 22 from the pressure relief holes 21 by taking the threaded sleeve 20 as a boundary in the process of moving up the valve body, so that the situation that the valve body cannot move up and down smoothly due to overhigh pressure inside the body 1 is effectively avoided, on the other hand, when the valve body moves upwards, because the space of the upper half section of the inner cavity 24 is reduced, the internal pressure intensity is increased, the expanded air bag 23 can fill the gap between the outer wall of the upper section sliding rod 10 and the inner wall of the valve body, the phenomenon that oil body overflows into the middle cavity 19 from the gap between the outer wall of the upper section sliding rod 10 and the inner wall of the valve body due to the increase of the pressure intensity is avoided, and because the space of the side groove 22 and the space of the middle cavity 19 are limited and the materials of the upper section sliding rod 10 and the lower section sliding rod 18 of the material distributing valve plate 11 are limited, the air bag 23 only expands and the condition that the valve body is pressed outwards is avoided, and therefore the condition that the gap between the outer wall of the upper section sliding rod 10 and the inner wall of the valve body is increased is avoided.
