1. An oil press, comprising:

an oil press main body;

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an oil press according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an oil press main body; a case 100 installed below the oil press main body; the main body of the oil press is a screw oil press, and the box body 100 is arranged below an oil outlet groove of an oil pressing cylinder of the screw oil press and is used for receiving grease extruded from the oil outlet groove.

The top of the box 100 is provided with a filter tank 110, the bottom is connected with a sealing base 300 to seal the bottom of the box 100, and one side of the box 100 is provided with an overflow hole 120. The filtering tank 110 at the top of the box 100 is a semicircular groove, and the filtering tank 110 is arranged below the oil outlet groove of the oil press main body and is used for receiving the squeezed oil and performing primary filtering on the squeezed oil. The bottom of the filter tank 110 is provided with a plurality of filter holes. The overflow holes 120 are disposed on one side of the box 100 and two overflow holes 120 are disposed at an interval, and the two overflow holes 120 are disposed on the same side of the box 100 and are higher than the sealing base 300. The bottom of the box body 100 is sealed by detachably connecting the sealing base 300, so that the sediment in the box body 100 can be more conveniently cleaned; the overflow hole 120 is formed at one side of the tank 100 and higher than the bottom of the tank 100, so that the oil flowing out is more clear.

It is understood that the two overflow holes 120 may be disposed on different sides, and in addition, the two overflow holes 120 may be disposed at different heights to control the quality of the oil.

The oil filter tank 200 comprises a fine filter plate 210 and a storage box 220, wherein the fine filter plate 210 is arranged at the top of the storage box 220 and below the overflow hole 120, and the fine filter plate 210 is used for secondarily filtering oil flowing out of the overflow hole 120; the storage box 220 is connected to the case 100, and receives the oil after the secondary filtration. The oil filter tanks 200 are likewise provided with two corresponding overflow apertures 120, but for the sake of clarity of the structure and location of the two overflow apertures 120, only one oil filter tank 200 is shown in the figures. The fine filter plate 210 is also provided with filter holes, and the aperture of the filter holes of the fine filter plate 210 is smaller than that of the filter holes of the filter tank 110, so as to further remove impurities in the oil.

It should be appreciated that the overflow aperture 120 may be plugged by plugging the overflow aperture 120 when oil drainage is not desired. In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer peripheral wall of the bottom of the case 100 is provided with a plurality of bolt joints 130 at intervals, the sealing base 300 is provided with screw holes 310 corresponding to the bolt joints 130, and bolts pass through the bolt joints 130 and are screwed into the screw holes 310 to connect the case 100 and the sealing base 300. In some embodiments of the present invention, the sealing base 300 is provided with an embedded plate 320 on the upper surface, and the embedded plate 320 is embedded in the box 100 to seal the connection between the box 100 and the sealing base 300. The insertion plate 320 protrudes from the upper surface of the sealing base 300, and the outer circumference of the insertion plate 320 is the same as the inner diameter of the case 100.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the embedded plate 320 includes a middle plate 321 and two arc plates 322, the two arc plates 322 are respectively connected to two ends of the middle plate 321; the end of the arcuate plate 322 distal from the intermediate plate 321 is higher than the end connected to the intermediate plate 321. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, two arc-shaped plates 322 are respectively connected to two ends of the middle plate 321, two surfaces of the two arc-shaped plates 322 that are away from each other are respectively attached to inner walls of two ends of the box 100 that are away from each other, and the heights of the arc-shaped plates 322 gradually decrease from the edges to the middle plate 321; the curved plate 322 is designed such that the oil deposits in the tank 100 will mainly deposit on the upper surface of the middle plate 321, facilitating subsequent cleaning.

In some embodiments of the present invention, two heating devices 140 are installed in the box 100, and the two heating devices 140 are respectively installed on the inner walls of two opposite ends of the box 100; the heating device 140 is mounted above the arc plate 322. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the heating device 140 is disposed above the arc plate 322, and a part of space is left between the lower portion of the heating device 140 and the arc plate 322; in addition, the upper portion of the heating unit 140 is designed to have a triangular shape, so as to prevent deposits in the oil from being deposited on the top of the heating unit 140.

Further, the height of the overflow hole 120 should be set above the heating device 140 or flush with the top of the heating device 140 so that the heating device 140 can be completely immersed in the oil in the tank 100 for heating the oil. The portion of the heating device 140 protruding from the outer surface of the cabinet 100 is a control portion of the heating device 140 to display the oil temperature and to set the temperature of the heating device 140. It should be understood that the heating device 140 does not heat the oil to boiling or higher temperature, but heats the oil properly, so that the oil can flow more smoothly, and is not easy to stick to the device, thereby facilitating the filtering operation.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the tank 100 is provided with a sight glass 150 for observing a liquid level on one side thereof, and a door hole 160 for cleaning the inside of the tank 100 on the other side thereof, and the door hole 160 is covered with a sealing cover 161. The observation hole is for facilitating observation of the thickness of the deposit and the quality of the oil in the case 100, and when the deposit is found to be more on the insertion plate 320, the sealing cover 161 can be opened to clean the upper side of the insertion plate 320 from the door hole 160, thereby eliminating the trouble of removing the sealing base 300.

Further, a first residue discharge hole 180 communicating with the inside of the tank 100 is further provided at the bottom of the side of the tank 100 where the door hole 160 is provided, and oil in the tank 100 should be discharged through the first residue discharge hole 180 before the sealing cover 161 is opened. The sealing cover 161 is also bolted to the case 100.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the lower edge of the overflow hole 120 is provided with an inclined bar 170 protruding out of the outer surface of the box 100, the inclined bar 170 is provided with a flow guiding inclined plane 171, and the fine filter plate 210 is connected below the flow guiding inclined plane 171. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the diversion slope 171 is designed such that the oil flowing out from the overflow hole 120 does not flow down along the surface of the tank 100, but flows out obliquely downward at an angle with respect to the surface of the tank 100. The fine filter plate 210 is disposed obliquely, and the fine filter plate 210 just receives the oil flowing down along the diversion inclined plane 171 and performs secondary filtration on the oil.

In some embodiments of the present invention, two ribs 230 are provided at the top of the storage box 220, and the two ribs 230 are respectively provided at two ends of the overflow hole 120 in the length direction. The rib 230 is designed to prevent oil from flowing out from both sides of the overflow hole 120 to the outer surface of the tank 100. Both ribs 230 are sealingly connected to the outer surface of the tank 100 to ensure that oil does not flow out from both sides of the overflow hole 120.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the top of the storage box 220 is further provided with a flat flow plate 240 and a baffle 250, the flat flow plate 240 is connected to one end of the fine filter plate 210 far away from the box 100, two ends of the baffle 250 are respectively hinged to the two ribs 230, and the baffle 250 is used for blocking oil from flowing out of the flat flow plate 240. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the flat flow plate 240 serves to deposit impurities in the oil flowing out of the overflow holes 120, and the flat flow plate 240 is horizontally disposed without any filter holes, so that when the oil flows down the fine filter plate 210, a part of the deposits are deposited on the fine filter plate 210, and then the deposits are flushed onto the flat flow plate 240 by the continuously flowing oil. The oil passing through the fine filter plate 210 flows into the storage case 220, and the deposits deposited on the flat plate 240 are uniformly removed after the oil filtering is finished.

Further, a deposition groove may be disposed on the advection plate 240, so as to store more deposits.

The baffle 250 functions to prevent oil from flowing out along the advection plate 240, and when the baffle 250 is rotated to the vertical position, the lower portion of the baffle 250 can be connected with the upper surface of the advection plate 240 in a sealing manner. In addition, the baffle 250 also functions to facilitate cleaning of deposits on the stratosphere 240; the baffle 250 is driven to rotate around the hinged position, so that one end, far away from the hinged position, of the baffle 250 tilts upwards in an inclined mode, the upper surface of the flat flow plate 240 is exposed, and the flat flow plate 240 can be cleaned conveniently.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the storage box 220 has a second residue receiving hole 221 at the bottom and an oil outlet hole 222 at one side. Specifically, the oil outlet hole 222 of the storage box 220 is also higher than the bottom of the storage box 220, so that the deposit in the oil is further precipitated. The bottom of the second residue discharge hole 221 is connected with a residue discharge pipe, and the residue discharge pipe is provided with a valve for controlling the on-off of the residue discharge pipe. The valve on the stub pipe should be in a closed state during use of the storage box 220.
