(4) lifting the lifting printing table to be tightly attached to the printing small sample screen, and setting the pressure and speed of a scraper so that the pressure and speed of the scraper are consistent with the production indexes of a large line to be subjected to proofing;

(5) respectively adding small dye to be printed between the two scrapers at the positions corresponding to the color sample printed patterns; then starting a scraper to reciprocate once to finish the printing operation of the hand sample;

(5) respectively adding small dye to be printed between the two scrapers at the positions corresponding to the color sample printed patterns; then starting a scraper to reciprocate once to finish the printing operation of the hand sample;

(6) and taking out the printed towel sample, and drying in an oven.

Example 1

(1) Manufacturing a printing small sample screen printing plate, and vertically carving 7 strip-shaped color sample printing patterns on the screen printing plate in parallel according to the number of the colors of the small samples to be printed; the width of each color sample printed pattern is 4cm, and the length is 13 cm; the interval between the adjacent color sample printed patterns is 4 cm.

(2) Preparing various paint dye color pastes needing to be sampled by using a Datacolor automatic liquid dropping system; 100ml of each color is mixed evenly for standby.

(3) The towel for proofing selects the same grey cloth as the towel for large-line production: pure cotton 100% terry cloth, 65cmX20 cm; gram weight: 310g/m2. Pulling a floor trolley on a lifting printing table of a scraper type printing hand sample machine to pull out a lifting operation table, flattening a sample with a towel, pushing the floor trolley in, and installing the printing hand sample screen plate above the towel; and (4) compressing a pressing plate screw, clamping the scraper frame on the scraper seat, and fastening by using a scraper lock catch.

(4) Starting a positioning cylinder, lifting the lifting printing table to be tightly attached to the printing small sample screen plate, and setting the pressure and speed of a scraper so that the pressure and speed of the scraper are consistent with the large line production index required to be subjected to proofing;

(5) respectively adding small dye to be printed between the two scrapers at the positions corresponding to the color sample printed patterns; then the servo motor is started, the transmission shaft drives the synchronous wheel to rotate, and the synchronous wheel sequentially drives the synchronous belt and the scraper seat to move back and forth, so that the scraping and printing operation is completed.

(6) And then starting the positioning cylinder, enabling the lifting type operating platform to fall down, pulling the floor trolley to pull out the lifting type operating platform, taking out the printed towel sample, and drying the towel sample in the drying oven.

Example 2

(1) Manufacturing a printing small sample screen printing plate, and vertically carving 8 strip-shaped color sample printing patterns on the screen printing plate in parallel according to the number of the colors of the small samples to be printed; the width of each color sample printed pattern is 4cm, and the length is 16 cm; the interval between the adjacent color sample printed patterns is 3.5 cm.

(2) Preparing various reactive dye color pastes needing to be printed by using a Datacolor automatic liquid dropping system; 100ml of each color is mixed evenly for standby.

(3) The towel for proofing selects the same grey cloth as the towel for large-line production: pure cotton 100% terry cloth, 65cmX20 cm; gram weight: 310g/m2. Pulling a floor trolley on a lifting printing table of a scraper type printing hand sample machine to pull out a lifting operation table, flattening a sample with a towel, pushing the floor trolley in, and installing the printing hand sample screen plate above the towel; and (4) compressing a pressing plate screw, clamping the scraper frame on the scraper seat, and fastening by using a scraper lock catch.

(5) respectively adding small reactive dyes to be printed between the two scrapers at positions corresponding to the color sample printed patterns; then the servo motor is started, the rotating shaft drives the synchronous wheel to rotate, and the synchronous wheel sequentially drives the synchronous belt and the scraper seat to move back and forth, so that the scraping and printing operation is completed.

(6) Then starting a positioning cylinder, enabling the lifting type operation platform to fall down, pulling the floor trolley to pull out the lifting type operation platform, taking out the printed towel sample, and drying in a drying oven at the drying temperature of 110 ℃ for 10 min; then sending the mixture to a large-line steamer for steaming, wherein the steaming temperature is 102 ℃, the steaming time is 12min, and the relative humidity is 100%; and (3) steaming and washing: cold water washing (5 minutes for each time, 2 times for each time), hot water washing (10 minutes for 1 time at 90 ℃), soap boiling (10 minutes for 1-2 times for 95 ℃), cold water washing, and oven drying again at 110 ℃ for 15 minutes.
