1. A peeling apparatus, comprising:

the device comprises a frame, a conveying device and a control device, wherein the frame is provided with a feeding station, a processing station and a discharging station which are sequentially arranged along a conveying direction;

the conveying assembly is arranged at the processing station and movably arranged on the rack, and is provided with a bearing surface used for bearing the bamboo shoots to be processed and sequentially transmitting the bamboo shoots to be processed from the feeding station to the processing station and the discharging station; and the number of the first and second groups,

The debarking apparatus of claim 4 wherein each reset assembly further comprises a stop bar, the stop bar being disposed on one side of the spring, an end of the stop bar adjacent the first support portion being fixedly connected to the first connecting bar, an end of the stop bar adjacent the second support portion being configured to abut the second support portion when the processing assembly is adjacent the load bearing surface.

6. The debarking apparatus of claim 5 wherein each reset assembly further comprises a guard member disposed on a side of the second support portion facing the load-supporting surface for abutting against the stop bar when the processing assembly is adjacent the load-supporting surface.

7. Peeling apparatus as in claim 5 wherein the blade is secured to the connecting rod by a connecting structure comprising a mounting plate movably mounted to the connecting rod by a first bolt and the blade is adjustably mounted to the mounting plate by a second bolt.

8. Peeling apparatus as in claim 3 wherein the transport assembly comprises:

a first drum;

the second roller and the first roller are respectively rotatably arranged on the first supporting part along the transmission direction in sequence, and a main shaft of the second roller is in transmission connection with a main shaft of the first roller through a first synchronous toothed belt; and the number of the first and second groups,

the conveying belt is sleeved on the periphery of the first roller and the periphery of the second roller to form a bearing surface for bearing the bamboo shoots to be processed, and the first roller and the second roller are driven to move and are conveyed along the conveying direction in the rotating process of the first roller and the second roller to transport the bamboo shoots to be processed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of bamboo shoot processing, in particular to a peeling device.

Background

Bamboo shoots are green food with high edible value and medicinal value, most of the bamboo shoots need to be peeled before being eaten, the conventional peeling mode mostly adopts manual peeling, namely, the bamboo shoots are manually peeled layer by using a bamboo shoot peeling knife, and the manual peeling mode has low efficiency and high labor intensity.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a peeling device, and aims to solve the problems of low manual peeling efficiency and high labor intensity.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a peeling device, comprising:

the device comprises a frame, a conveying device and a control device, wherein the frame is provided with a feeding station, a processing station and a discharging station which are sequentially arranged along a conveying direction;

the conveying assembly is arranged at the processing station and movably arranged on the rack, and is provided with a bearing surface used for bearing the bamboo shoots to be processed and sequentially transmitting the bamboo shoots to be processed from the feeding station to the processing station and the discharging station; and the number of the first and second groups,

the processing assembly is arranged on the processing station and comprises a first compression roller and a blade, wherein the first compression roller and the blade are arranged above the bearing surface, the blade is arranged on the transmission direction and is arranged between the first compression roller and the discharging station, the first compression roller is rotatably arranged in the frame and is provided with a material passing gap between the conveying assemblies, the material passing gap is used for supplying the bamboo shoots to be processed to pass through, and the blade is used for the bamboo shoots to be processed to pass through the material passing gap to be cut in the process of the material passing gap to be processed to the bamboo shoots to be processed.

Optionally, the handling assembly has a movable stroke close to or away from the carrying surface, so that the size of the material passing gap is adjustable.

Optionally, the rack comprises:

Optionally, each of the repositioning assemblies further includes a guard disposed on a side of the second support portion facing the carrying surface, and configured to abut against the limiting rod when the processing assembly is close to the carrying surface.

Optionally, the blade is fixed to the connecting rod through a connecting structure, the connecting structure includes a mounting plate movably mounted to the connecting rod through a first bolt, and the blade is adjustably mounted to the mounting plate through a second bolt.

Optionally, the peeling device further comprises a driving motor, and the driving motor is in driving connection with the spindle of the first roller through a fourth synchronous toothed belt so as to drive the first roller to rotate.

In the technical scheme of the invention, the bamboo shoots to be processed are put into the bearing surface from the feeding station and are transported to the processing station through the conveying assembly, when the bamboo shoots pass through the material passing gap, the bamboo shoots are clamped by the bearing surface and the first pressing roller, so that the bamboo shoot tips of the bamboo shoots to be processed are cut by the blade, then conveyed to the discharging station, and simultaneously during the conveying to the discharging station, under the action of friction force generated between the bamboo shoot cutting device and the conveying assembly, the bamboo shoot skin and the bamboo shoot flesh of the cut bamboo shoots are separated, the bamboo shoots to be processed are peeled after being conveyed to the discharging station, and the peeling process of the bamboo shoots to be processed is automatically operated due to the design of the peeling device, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the peeling efficiency is greatly improved; in addition, according to the size design of the bearing surface, the bearing surface with the large size for placing the bamboo shoots to be processed and the first pressing roller with the large size designed corresponding to the bearing surface can be designed, so that the simultaneous peeling of the bamboo shoots to be processed can be realized, and the peeling efficiency is further improved.

Referring to fig. 1, the peeling device 100 includes a frame 1, a conveying assembly 2 and a processing assembly 3, the frame 1 has a feeding station a, a processing station b and a discharging station d sequentially arranged along a transmission direction, the conveying assembly 2 is disposed at the processing station b and movably disposed at the frame 1, the conveying assembly 2 has a carrying surface for carrying bamboo shoots to be processed and transmitting the bamboo shoots to be processed from the feeding station a to the processing station b and the discharging station d, the processing assembly 3 is disposed at the processing station b and includes a first press roller 31 and a blade 32 disposed above the carrying surface, the blade 32 is disposed between the first press roller 31 and the discharging station d in the transmission direction, the first press roller 31 is rotatably mounted at the frame 1 and forms a material passing gap with the conveying assembly 2, the material passing gap is used for the bamboo shoots to be processed to pass through, and the blade 32 is used for cutting the bamboo shoots to be processed in the process that the bamboo shoots to be processed pass through the material passing gap.
