Background

In the prior cigarette making machine, the tobacco shreds adsorbed on the tobacco shred adsorption belt have the phenomenon of arching in the operation process of the tobacco shreds, so that the tobacco shreds in the tobacco strips are not uniformly filled, and the quality defects of cigarette loose ends and cigarette single-weight fluctuation are caused. The defect not only affects the smoking taste of the cigarettes, but also can seriously affect the index of single-box waste cigarette consumption. The existing device adopts an electronic vibration exciter to carry out high-frequency vibration on a tobacco shred guide rail, so that the arch camber phenomenon is further eliminated, but the electronic vibration exciter has a great defect, the service life of the electronic vibration exciter is much shorter than that of a common motor due to the particularity of the structure of the electronic vibration exciter, and the following defects are all causes of burning, such as: faults such as phase loss, overload, overcurrent, high temperature, dust, short circuit, electric leakage and the like can cause burning of the electric vibrator, cause loss, influence production and cause safety accidents.

Therefore, how to provide a mechanical structure with a simple structure, and how to provide a tobacco shred filling and homogenizing device which can effectively vibrate a tobacco shred guide rail and achieve the purpose of eliminating the tobacco shred arching phenomenon becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
