Specifically, the elastic locking assembly 4 includes a locking elastic block 41 and an elastic member 42, the locking elastic block 41 has a contact portion 411 and a locking portion 412, one end of the elastic member 42 is in contact with the first dust cup unit 1, the other end of the elastic member 42 is connected to the contact portion 411 of the locking elastic block 41, and the outer surface of the clamping member 31 is provided with an annular groove matched with the locking portion of the locking elastic block 41. The elastic member 42 is a spring in this embodiment, and may be made of other elastic materials, in this embodiment, the abutting portion 411 is provided with an elastic member accommodating cavity for accommodating a part of the spring, one end of the elastic member abuts against the inner wall of the elastic member accommodating cavity, and when the elastic member is compressed, the elastic member will be partially or completely contracted into the elastic member accommodating cavity. In order to seal the cleaning assembly 3 and the second dust cup unit, the cleaning assembly 3 further comprises a first sealing element 33, a first sealing groove 311 is formed in the upper surface of the clamping ring 31, and the first sealing element 33 is arranged in the first sealing groove 311; the second dirt cup unit 2 includes a sealing end cap 22. the sealing end cap 22 mates with the open interior of the first dirt cup unit, the lower surface of the sealing end cap 22 applies downward pressure to the upper surface of the snap-in member 31 when the filter assembly 2 is installed, and the first seal member 33 is used to seal the sealing end cap 22 and the cover plate 312 relative to each other. In this embodiment, the unlocking limiting part 21 is disposed on a side surface of one end of the second dust cup unit, specifically, on a side surface of the lowest part of the screen 23, the unlocking limiting part 21 is a limiting boss, the screen 23 has a central shaft, and the maximum distance from the inner surface of the clamping member 31 to the central shaft is smaller than the distance from the outer surface of the limiting boss to the central shaft; so that the cleaning ring 32 is not pulled out until the filter screen is completely cleaned. The unlocking limiting part 21 may be two or more projections, and preferably, may also be an annular boss in the present embodiment.

The mounting and dismounting process of the dust cup structure of this embodiment is as follows:

During installation, the second dust cup unit 2 is located at the third position, the cleaning assembly 3 is sleeved on the second dust cup unit 2, and the elastic locking assembly 4 is arranged on the inner side of the first dust cup unit 1 and partially protrudes out of the inner wall of the first dust cup unit 1. When the second dust cup unit 2 is located at the third position, the lower edge of the cleaning assembly 3 is limited by the protruding part of the elastic locking assembly 4 and does not move downwards along with the second dust cup unit 21, so that the second cyclone unit 21 moves downwards relative to the clamping piece 31, the unlocking limiting part 21 firstly pushes the lower edge of the cleaning ring 322 and then continues to move downwards, when the second cyclone unit 2 approaches the first position, the lower surface of the sealing end cover 22 is in contact with the clamping piece 31, the second dust cup unit 2 is pressed downwards, and the lower surface of the sealing end cover 22 exerts downward pressure on the clamping piece 31. 2. the clamping piece is made of hard materials, and the contact part of the cleaning piece and the screen is made of soft materials, so that the clamped part is less prone to deformation and more stable, and the cleaning part is softer and cannot damage the filter element;

3. the positions of the two locking assembly accommodating cavities respectively correspond to the interiors of the dust cup modeling cover plate and the connecting block of the decorating part of the first dust cup unit, so that the space is effectively saved;

4. through end cover and the spacing portion of unblock, can be so that clearance subassembly and second dirt cup unit can install and dismantle in step to accomplish the clearance in step in the dismantlement process.

Example 2:

When the dust cup cleaning device needs to be installed, the unlocking limiting groove in the unlocking limiting part 21 and the limiting elastic locking component 35 on the inner surface of the cleaning component 3 are locked with each other, the second cyclone separation component 2 transmits downward force to the clamping piece 31 through the limiting elastic locking component 35, the abutting part 411 of the locking elastic block 41 is an arc surface, under the extrusion of the clamping piece 31 made of hard materials, the locking elastic block 41 overcomes the force of the elastic piece 42 and then contracts towards the locking component accommodating cavity 11 of the first dust cup unit 1, the clamping piece 31 continues to move downwards until the abutting part 411 of the locking elastic block 41 enters the annular groove of the clamping piece 31, the relative locking of the cleaning component 3 and the first dust cup unit 1 is completed, at the moment, the connecting seat 321 abuts against the limiting step 17, when the second dust cup unit 2 continues to move downwards, the limiting elastic locking component 35 is separated from the unlocking limiting part 21 due to the limiting effect of the limiting step 17, the second dirt cup unit 2 continues down to the first position to complete the installation.

In other embodiments, the unlocking limit groove may be provided inside the snap ring, and the limit elastic locking assembly 35 is provided near the bottom of the second dust cup unit 2. Compared with the embodiment 1, the embodiment completes the limit through the matching of the unlocking limit groove and the limit elastic locking component 35 on the inner surface of the cleaning component 3, and meanwhile, the cleaning ring 322 does not need to be pushed through the unlocking limit part like the embodiment 1, so the installation and disassembly processes are more labor-saving.
