In order to ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the existing reboiler, the heat exchange pipes 17 are numerous and have high density, the heat exchange pipes 17 are easy to corrode and cause pipe damage in the long-term working process, the specific positions of the damaged heat exchange pipes 17 in the pipe bundles cannot be quickly detected by workers, so that the time required by maintenance work is increased, when the device works, hot water is firstly added into the water inlet pipe 13, the hot water enters the main shell 1 from the water inlet pipe 13 and is discharged from the water outlet pipe 14, the purpose of heat circulation is achieved, meanwhile, alcohol is added into the water inlet pipe 15, the alcohol enters the heat exchange pipes 17 from the front sealing barrel 11 and is discharged to the rear sealing barrel 12 from the rear end of the heat exchange pipes 17 and is discharged from the water outlet pipe 16, the hot water in the main shell 1 transfers heat to the heat exchange pipes 17 and then transfers the heat to the alcohol from the heat exchange pipes 17, so that the purpose of heat exchange is achieved, the alcohol is heated, evaporated and separated from water, therefore, the alcohol is boiled and purified again, the invention arranges the connecting mechanism 2, when the heat exchange tube 17 is damaged, firstly, the liquid in the front sealing tube 11, the rear sealing tube 12 and the heat exchange tube 17 is discharged and dried, then the water outlet tube 14 and the feed tube 15 are closed, water is added into the water inlet tube 13, and the water pump connected with the water outlet tube 16 is started, so that the water in the main shell 1 enters the heat exchange tube 17 from the damaged part of the heat exchange tube 17 and flows out to the rear sealing tube 12, then the screw is screwed to separate the first flange 21 from the second flange 22, thereby the rear sealing tube 12 and the main shell 1 are separated from each other, as the inner wall of the damaged heat exchange tube 17 can be wetted by water, the invention can detect which heat exchange tube 17 is damaged by observing the wet state of the inner wall of the heat exchange tube 17, the invention can be convenient to open the rear tube cover by arranging the connecting mechanism 2, and can detect the damaged heat exchange tube 17 in time, thereby carrying out maintenance operation on the device and saving the maintenance time of workers.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 8, a plurality of heat exchange tubes 17 are arranged in the main housing 1 in groups, wherein two first connection plates 33 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two ends of a group of heat exchange tubes 17 located at the center position in the main housing 1, a plurality of second connection plates 34 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two ends of a plurality of groups of heat exchange tubes 17 located at the edge position in the main housing 1, a sealing mechanism is also arranged between the first connection plates 33, the second connection plates 34 and the first fixing plate 31, and the second fixing plate 32 is fixedly connected to the first connection plates 33 and the second connection plates 34 through screws.

When in work, because most of the heat exchange tubes 17 in the prior reboiler are designed into an integrated structure, the descaling and the maintenance work of the outer surfaces of the heat exchange tubes 17 are difficult to be carried out, therefore, the maintenance difficulty is increased, and by arranging the fixing mechanism 3, when the heat exchange pipe 17 needs to be maintained, firstly, water is pumped into the main shell from the water inlet pipe 13, then enters the damaged heat exchange pipe 17 from the interior of the main shell and wets the heat exchange pipe 17, so that the damaged heat exchange pipe 17 is detected, then the rear sealing cylinder 12 is detached, and then the first connection plate 33 or the second connection plate 34 connected to the damaged heat exchange tube 17 is taken out, by arranging the fixing mechanism 3 and mutually matching the fixing mechanism 3 and the connecting mechanism 2, therefore, the damaged heat exchange tubes 17 can be taken out conveniently, the heat exchange tubes 17 are arranged in groups, the taking-out difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile, the maintenance, descaling and other operations of the outer surfaces of the heat exchange tubes 17 are facilitated for workers.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 8, a supporting mechanism 4 is fixedly connected to a side of the annular outer surface of the first connecting plate 33, which is close to the second connecting plate 34;

the supporting mechanism 4 includes a plurality of connecting blocks 41, a first sliding groove 42, a first sliding block 43, a second sliding block 44 and a second sliding groove 45, the two ends of the connecting blocks 41 are fixedly connected to the annular outer surface of the first connecting plate 33, the connecting blocks 41 are provided with the first sliding groove 42 at the end close to the second connecting plate 34, the annular outer surface of the second connecting plate 34 is fixedly connected with the first sliding block 43 at the side close to the first sliding groove 42, the first sliding block 43 and the first sliding groove 42 are mutually attached, the annular outer surface of the second connecting plate 34 is fixedly connected with the second sliding block 44 at the side opposite to the connecting blocks 41, the inner wall of the main casing 1 is provided with the second sliding groove 45 at the position close to the second sliding block 44, and the second sliding block 44 and the second sliding groove 45 are mutually attached.

When the heat exchange tube connecting device works, the supporting mechanism 4 is not arranged between the first connecting plate 33 and the second connecting plate 34 for supporting the first connecting plate 33 or the second connecting plate 34, so that extrusion friction is easily generated on the exposed heat exchange tube 17 when the first connecting plate 33 or the second connecting plate 34 is taken out, and the service life of the heat exchange tube 17 is shortened.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, a plurality of support blocks 46 are fixedly connected between each group of the plurality of heat exchange tubes 17 in a staggered manner, a plurality of third sliders 47 are fixedly connected to the annular outer surfaces of the heat exchange tubes 17 close to the first sliding grooves 42 and the second sliding grooves 45, and the third sliders 47 and the second sliding grooves 45 are attached to each other.

During operation, the heat exchange tubes 17 are easy to bend and deform due to gravity due to lack of support among the heat exchange tubes 17, so that normal use of the heat exchange tubes 17 is influenced.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the gasket 24 and the annular groove 23 are engaged with each other in a T-shaped structure, and the first slider 43 and the first runner 42, the second slider 44 and the second runner 45, and the third slider 47 and the second runner 45 are also engaged with each other in a T-shaped structure.

When the heat exchange pipe 17 works, the sealing gasket 24 is easy to wear after being used for a long time, so that the sealing effect of the sealing gasket is influenced, the sealing gasket 24 is convenient to disassemble and assemble by mutually clamping the sealing gasket 24 and the annular groove 23 in a T-shaped structure, the sealing gasket 24 is prevented from being worn after being used for a long time, so that the sealing effect of the sealing gasket 24 is influenced, the first sliding block 43 and the first sliding groove 42, the second sliding block 44 and the second sliding groove 45 and the third sliding block 47 and the second sliding groove 45 are also mutually clamped in a T-shaped structure, so that stress is generated between the first sliding block 43 and the sliding groove, between the second sliding block 44 and the second sliding groove 45 and between the third sliding block 47 and the second sliding groove 45, and the heat exchange pipe 17 is better supported and fixed.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a limiting groove 26 is formed on an inner surface of the annular groove 23 near the opening, and a limiting plate 27 is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the limiting groove 26 by a screw.

In the working process, the sealing gasket 24 needs to be replaced, so that the sealing gasket 24 is not tightly connected with the annular groove 23, the sealing gasket 24 is easily separated from the annular groove 23, and the sealing effect of the sealing gasket 24 is influenced.

The working principle is as follows: the invention arranges the connecting mechanism 2, when the heat exchange tube 17 is damaged, firstly, the front sealing cylinder 11, the rear sealing cylinder 12 and the liquid in the heat exchange tube 17 are emptied and dried, then the water outlet tube 14 and the feed tube 15 are closed, water is added into the water inlet tube 13, a water pump connected with the water outlet tube 16 is started, so that the water in the main shell 1 enters the heat exchange tube 17 from the damaged part of the heat exchange tube 17 and flows out to the rear sealing cylinder 12, then the screw is screwed to separate the first flange 21 from the second flange 22, thereby separating the rear sealing cylinder 12 from the main shell 1, because the inner wall of the damaged heat exchange tube 17 is wetted by water, the wetted state of the inner wall of the heat exchange tube 17 can be detected, which heat exchange tube 17 is damaged, by arranging the fixing mechanism 3, when the heat exchange tube 17 needs to be maintained, the damaged heat exchange tube 17 is detected firstly, then the rear sealing cylinder 12 is disassembled, and then the first connecting plate 33 or the second connecting plate 34 connected with the damaged heat exchange tube 17 is taken out, when taking out the second connecting plate 34, the first slider 43 slides along the first sliding groove 42, and the second slider 44 slides along the second sliding groove 45, so as to support the second connecting plate 34, and when taking out the first connecting plate 33, the first connecting plate 33 is supported by mutually attaching the first sliders 43 and the first sliding grooves 42.
