The tap water can not only refrigerate the water tank heat exchanger 105, but also supply water to the soaking water tank 103 absorbing chromic acid mist and the primary spray purification tower 104 after passing through the water tank heat exchanger 105; the chromic acid mist is separated and recovered for five times by sequentially passing through a water tank heat exchanger 105, a filtering grid, a water immersion tank 103, a primary spray purification tower 104 and a gas-liquid separator 109, and the recovery rate of the chromic acid mist is high; the chromic acid solution recovered by the five times of separation can be intensively conveyed to the electroplating solution distribution area through a single recovery pipe 6.

The control mode of the invention is automatically controlled by the controller, the control circuit of the controller can be realized by simple programming of a person skilled in the art, the invention belongs to the common knowledge in the field, and the invention is mainly used for protecting mechanical devices, so the control mode and the circuit connection are not explained in detail in the invention.
