Background

In the production process of products, workpieces are generally required to be painted and coated, surface spraying is an important processing procedure for improving the performance and the appearance attractiveness of the workpieces, the existing painting mode generally adopts electrostatic spraying, and the electrostatic spraying is a spraying method which utilizes a high-voltage electrostatic electric field to enable paint particles with negative electricity to directionally move along the opposite direction of the electric field and adsorb the paint particles on the surfaces of the workpieces.

However, in the electrostatic workpiece spraying process in the prior art, the workpiece is generally sprayed in a single-side spraying manner, the productivity of the spraying process is seriously lagged behind that of the welding process, and the powder consumption is large.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a double-sided electrostatic coating apparatus and method for solving the above problems.

The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:

a double-sided electrostatic spraying device and a method thereof comprise a spraying chamber, a workpiece conveying assembly, a double-sided spraying hanger, a bottom spraying assembly and a reciprocating driving assembly;

the double-sided spraying hanging tools are arranged into a plurality of groups and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the workpiece conveying assembly, and each group of double-sided spraying hanging tools hoist two workpieces which are distributed side by side along the width direction of the workpiece conveying assembly;

the workpiece conveying assembly conveys the two workpieces which are distributed side by side to the spraying chamber through the double-sided spraying hanging tool, the reciprocating driving assembly drives the bottom spraying assembly to spray vertically and reciprocally between the two workpieces, and under the action of a high-voltage electrostatic electric field, coating particles with negative electricity sprayed out along the circumferential direction by the bottom spraying assembly are adsorbed on the surfaces of the workpieces with positive electricity on two sides.

According to the invention, the double-sided spraying hanging tool is used for hanging two workpieces at a time, and the bottom spraying component which reciprocates up and down is used for spraying in a moving way when the workpieces pass through the spraying chamber, so that the side surfaces of the two workpieces are sprayed simultaneously, namely double-sided spraying, the spraying quality requirement can be met, and the powder consumption is reduced while the spraying efficiency of the workpieces is improved.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the invention changes the former motion side spraying into motion side spraying and motion bottom spraying to work simultaneously, thereby improving the efficiency and reducing the powder consumption; the dispersed flow forming distance of improving the front side spraying distance into the bottom spraying distance and the change of the shape of the electrostatic spray head are optimized to change the form of electric field lines, so that the distance between the electric field lines is more stable, and the electrostatic ignition phenomenon worried by the powder coating industry is also controlled;

2) the invention can strive for the maximum utilization rate of the drying tunnel, save energy and reduce consumption in limited space and limited temperature.

s1, hanging the steel box side plates two by two side on a plurality of groups of double-sided spraying hangers 3 arranged on the workpiece transmission assembly, starting the workpiece conveying assembly 2, and circularly conveying the steel box side plates;

s2, when the steel box side plate passes through the spraying chamber 1, the reciprocating driving assembly 5 drives the bottom spraying assembly 4 to spray vertically and reciprocally between the two workpieces, and paint particles with negative electricity sprayed out along the circumferential direction through the bottom spraying assembly 4 are adsorbed on the surfaces of the steel box side plates with positive electricity on the two sides under the action of a high-voltage electrostatic field, so that double-sided spraying of the opposite surfaces of the two steel box side plates is realized.

In order to solve the problems that the productivity of a spraying process is seriously lagged behind a welding process and the powder consumption is large in the steel box production process of a steel box workshop, a design scheme is innovated under the condition that the powder coating industry has no precedent, the principle of moving side spraying is changed into moving bottom spraying, and the design improves the effect and reduces the powder consumption; the distance between the front side spray and the bottom spray is changed into the distance between the bottom spray and the dispersed flow forming, and the electric field line form is changed by changing the nozzle 422 of the electrostatic spray head 42, so that the distance between the bottom spray and the dispersed flow forming is more stable, and the electrostatic ignition phenomenon worried by the powder coating industry is also controlled. In a limited space and at a limited temperature, the maximum utilization rate of the drying tunnel is obtained, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are realized.

The daily output of the electrostatic powder coating of the steel box after the transformation can be improved by 35 percent, the utilization rate of the drying tunnel is improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the powder consumption is reduced.
