when the device works, mud cakes generated after filter pressing through sewage treatment fall from the upper part of the pre-storage box 203, the mud cakes are collected in the pre-storage box 203 in advance, at the moment, the servo motor 312 is electrified and started, one group of screw sleeves 307 is driven to rotate through the transmission connection of the belt pulley transmission mechanism 313, the four groups of screw sleeves 307 are synchronously rotated through the transmission connection between the four groups of chain wheels 309 and the chain 310, the screw rods 308 move leftwards under the driving of the thread meshing between the screw sleeves 307 and the screw rods 308, the sliding plate 301 is driven to move leftwards, and the first electromagnetic clamping jaws 304 in the synchronous pressing plate 303 clamp the corresponding barrel ropes 402 and drive the barrel ropes to move leftwards to the inner left end position of the pressing box 100;

when the pressing box 100 works, when the bobbin rope 402 moves to the leftmost position in the pressing box 100, the outer end of the bobbin rope 402 is respectively inserted into the corresponding second electromagnetic clamping jaws 504, at the moment, the second electromagnetic clamping jaws 504 clamp the bobbin rope 402, the first electromagnetic clamping jaws 304 loosen the clamping of the bobbin rope 402, the servo motor 312 is electrified and rotates reversely, the pressing plate 303 is driven to move to the initial position, and the bobbin rope 402 transversely penetrates through the pressing box 100;

when the hydraulic press-fit box 100 works, the first hydraulic telescopic rod 204 is electrified and started to drive the first valve plate 202 to move backwards, so that an opening in the top of the press-fit box 100 is opened, mud cake crushed materials pre-stored in the pre-storage box 203 fall downwards into the press-fit box 100 under the action of gravity, after the interior of the press-fit box 100 is filled with the mud cake crushed materials, the first hydraulic telescopic rod 204 is electrified and started to drive the first valve plate 202 to reset and close, the servo motor 312 is electrified and started again, the sliding plate 301 is driven to drive the pressing plate 303 to move leftwards, and the mud cake crushed materials in the press-fit box 100 are pressed and pressed into blocks;

during operation, after the pressing block is finished, the right auxiliary hydraulic rod 302 and the left auxiliary hydraulic rod 502 are synchronously electrified and started to perform contraction operation, so that the pressing plate 303 and the side plate 503 are separated from the mud cake pressed into the block, then the servo motor 312 is started to drive the sliding plate 301 to move rightwards and reset, at the moment, the second electromagnetic clamping jaw 504 releases clamping on the bobbin rope 402, and the first electromagnetic clamping jaw 304 clamps the bobbin rope 402 again;

when the device works, the second hydraulic telescopic rod 603 is electrified and started to drive the second valve plate 602 to lift upwards, the second rack 704 synchronously moves upwards, the first rack 703 drives the cutter plate 701 to move downwards by means of meshing and reversing of the reversing gear 705, the barrel rope 402 is cut off, then the demolding cylinder 606 is electrified and started to drive the demolding push plate 604 to move forwards, mud cakes which are pressed into blocks in the pressing box 100 are pushed forwards, then the right auxiliary hydraulic rod 302 and the left auxiliary hydraulic rod 502 are electrified to respectively drive the pressing plate 303 and the side plate 503 to reset, the second hydraulic telescopic rod 603 is electrified and started to drive the second valve plate 602 to move downwards and close, and the operations are repeated to realize continuous circulation mud cake crushed material pressing and briquetting operation.
