Technical Field

The high-frequency resonance-free method adopts a vibration hammer for construction, and the working frequency of the vibration hammer is 25-60 Hz. Generally, the low frequency is not more than 15Hz, the medium frequency is 15-20 Hz, the high frequency is 25-60 Hz, the ultrahigh frequency is higher than 60Hz, and the natural vibration frequency of the soil body is generally 15-20 Hz. In order to realize the resonance-free function, the high-frequency resonance-free method adjusts the system eccentric moment of the vibration hammer to zero in the starting and stopping stages without vibration output, and simultaneously enables the vibration hammer to work at high frequency in the pile sinking process so as to avoid resonance.

The resonance-free micro-disturbance steel pipe pile based on the resonance-free hydraulic vibratory hammer process has the requirement of improving the bearing capacity of a single pile under the condition that engineering conditions are limited or the bearing capacity is required to be locally increased. However, the engineering pile in the soft soil area uses the friction pile as the main pile foundation, and the friction pile mainly bears the vertical load acting on the pile top by the friction force generated by the contact of the side surface of the pile and different soil qualities, so that the friction pile is influenced by the length and the diameter of the pile, the design value of the bearing capacity of a single pile is generally 300 tons/root, and sometimes the design requirement cannot be met.

The fixing portion 232 can fix the grouting hose 22 well, so that both ends of the grouting hose 22 can be fixed to both ends of the grouting rigid pipe 21, and the stability of the grouting hose 22 is guaranteed well.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the retainer 232 includes a hook that is capable of engaging with a loop structure on the grout hose 22 and providing a secure connection of the grout hose 22 to the retainer 232. In other embodiments of the present invention, the fixing portion 232 may be disposed on the grouting hose 22, and the fixing portion 232 is further fixedly connected to the cover plate 231, and the specific structure of the fixing portion 232 may be determined according to actual requirements, as long as the end of the grouting hose 22 can be firmly connected, and no specific limitation is required.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the circumferential surface of the cover plate 231 and the end of the grouting rigid pipe 21 are welded, and the connection is firm and reliable, is not easily deformed, and has excellent sealing performance.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the cover plate 231 disposed at the top end of the grouting rigid pipe 21 is opened with a through hole, so that the grouting equipment can communicate with the grouting hose 22 through the through hole and realize grouting.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the cover plate 231 at the bottom end of the grouting rigid pipe 21 comprises a tapered plate to close the bottom end of the grouting rigid pipe 21, and the cross section of the tapered plate decreases in a direction away from the grouting rigid pipe 21.

It can be understood that, because the section of the conical plate is reduced in the direction departing from the grouting rigid pipe 21, the conical plate can play a role in guiding the grouting device in the pile sinking process in the soil body, and the resistance of the grouting device inserted into the soil body is effectively reduced, so that the pile sinking process is more labor-saving.

Alternatively, in other embodiments of the present invention, a similar guiding structure may be provided at the end of the steel pipe pile 1, which may further improve pile sinking convenience.

In some embodiments, two sides of the connector 3 are welded to the steel pipe pile 1 and the grouting pipe 2, respectively.

It can be understood that the welding connection is firm and reliable, and the grouting pipe fitting 2 can be prevented from being separated from the steel pipe pile 1 in the pile sinking process, so that the use quality of the grouting device is better ensured. In addition, because the global of steel-pipe pile 1 and slip casting pipe fitting 2 is the cambered surface, be difficult for being connected with connecting piece 3 through connection structure, welded connection also can effectively reduce grouting device's the processing degree of difficulty.

As shown in fig. 4, the invention also discloses a construction method of the tubular pile side back grouting device, which adopts the tubular pile side back grouting device, and comprises the following steps:

step S1, prefabricating the steel pipe pile 1, the connecting piece 3 and the grouting pipe fitting 2, and transporting to a construction site;

step S2, welding a plurality of connectors 3 in the circumferential direction of the steel pipe pile 1 along the length direction of the steel pipe pile 1, and welding a grouting pipe fitting 2 on the connectors 3 along the length direction of the steel pipe pile 1;

referring to fig. 1-3, during connection, welding of the grouting rigid pipe 21 along the length direction of the steel pipe pile 1 is ensured, a grouting opening is arranged away from the steel pipe pile 1, and meanwhile, both ends of the grouting hose 22 and both ends of the grouting rigid pipe 21 are firmly connected through fixing pieces 23;

step S3, hoisting the pile side rear grouting device of the tubular pile, and sinking the pile;

before pile sinking, a construction site is filled and leveled, drainage work is well done, and before pile sinking, a length mark can be drawn on one side of each tubular pile structure by using red lead oil so as to display the soil penetration depth of the tubular pile structure during pile sinking;

after the pile hammer presses the pile top, whether the center line of the pile hammer and the center line of the pipe pile structure are in the same vertical axis and whether the verticality and the inclination of the pipe pile structure meet the requirements or not must be checked;

in the pile driving process, whether a pile hammer and a pile body and a pile cap of the tubular pile structure are positioned on the same axis or not is monitored constantly, meanwhile, the verticality of the tubular pile structure is strictly controlled, and the deviation rectification cannot be realized by adopting methods such as jacking and pulling the pile body;

step S4, after pile sinking is in place, injecting water from the top end of the grouting pipe fitting 2 and performing a water pressing experiment;

specifically, high-pressure water is injected through a nozzle at the top end of the grouting hose 22 to check the smoothness among the plurality of grouting hoses 22 inside;

step S5, grouting the grouting end of the grouting equipment and the top end of the grouting pipe fitting 2 together, so that slurry enters the bottom end of the grouting pipe fitting 2 and flows out of the grouting pipe fitting 2 from bottom to top from a grouting port of the grouting pipe fitting 2;

that is to say, in this embodiment, the grouting equipment injects the slurry into the bottom end of the grouting rigid pipe 21 through the top end of the grouting hose 22, the slurry injected into the bottom end of the grouting rigid pipe 21 can flow out to between the side wall of the steel pipe pile 1 and the soil body along the grouting opening, and as the slurry is continuously injected, the slurry flowing out from the grouting opening will gradually increase from bottom to top, thereby ensuring that the slurry is provided on the outer sides of the lower part, the middle part and the upper part of the steel pipe pile 1.

And step S6, the discharged slurry is bonded with the soil body after being solidified.

According to the construction method of the tubular pile side post-grouting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, due to the tubular pile side post-grouting device, the gap between the steel pipe pile 1 and the soil body can be effectively filled in the length direction of the steel pipe pile 1, and meanwhile, the connecting piece 3 can further improve the contact area of slurry and the soil body, so that the frictional resistance and the bearing capacity are effectively improved, the construction effect is better improved, the pile length is further convenient to reduce, and the construction cost is reduced.

In some embodiments, the grouting is symmetrical grouting, the grouting pressure is 3.8-4.2 MPa, preferably 4MPa, and the grouting filling coefficient is 1.1-1.3, preferably 1.2. The symmetric grouting can better guarantee the grouting effect, and the grouting and grouting filling coefficients can meet the requirement of grouting after full length, so that the grouting effect is further guaranteed, and the grouting can be fully grouted between the lower part, the middle part and the upper part of the steel pipe pile 1 and a soil body.
