Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. At present, in the assembly wall surface repair construction, in order to meet the requirements of quick construction and installation and reduce the requirements of construction on the technology of workers, the wallboard is mostly installed by adopting a dry hanging method. The dry hanging method is a novel construction method in the decoration of the current decorative surface, and the method uses metal hanging pieces to directly hang the decorative panel on the wall surface or on a steel frame without grouting and pasting. Chinese patent CN201922114142.1 discloses a portable wallboard dry hanging installation structure, which includes: the first transverse keel is connected to the wall body and provided with a W-shaped bending surface, two opposite sides of the first transverse keel are respectively connected with the edge of the second connecting surface through a step, the edge of the W-shaped bending surface forms an outwards extending chamfer surface at the step, and a clamping groove is formed between the end part of the W-shaped bending surface and the step; the second transverse keel is bent into a W shape, the central part of the second transverse keel is screwed on the central part of the first transverse keel through a screw, and two right-angle bending hooks are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the second transverse keel and clamped in the clamping grooves; the adjustable dry hanging piece comprises a dry hanging piece main body and an elastic plate, wherein the side surface of the dry hanging piece main body is L-shaped, and the elastic plate is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the dry hanging piece main body; the wallboard, its fixed connection is in dry pendant main part. Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sliding piece for wall board sliding with a dry hanging function and a dry hanging structure.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a sliding part for sliding a wall board with a dry hanging function is provided, which is provided with a first plane, a second plane and a third plane opposite to the first plane; an L-shaped step-shaped notch is formed between the second plane and the third plane, the second plane and the third plane are connected through a fourth plane, and the third plane and the first plane are connected through a fifth plane;

one end of the second vertical plate is vertically connected with the other end of the transverse plate in an L shape; the second vertical plate and the first vertical plate are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the transverse plate; a second limiting part matched with the first limiting part for limiting is arranged on one side face of the second vertical plate; the lower end of the second vertical plate is inserted into the L-shaped step-shaped notch.

Preferably, a plurality of screw mounting holes are formed in the first vertical plate.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that:

the sliding part for the wall board with the dry hanging function is matched with the dry hanging part for fixing the wall board when in use, the sliding part arranged on the sliding part enables the sliding part to freely slide along the wall board fixing keel, and the wall board fixed on the dry hanging part assembled with the sliding part can freely slide along the wall board fixing keel under the driving of the sliding part, so that the installation position of the wall board can be flexibly adjusted after the wall board is fixed on the dry hanging part.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. Preferably, the sliding portion 2021 is a sliding groove provided on the second plane 202. Embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a dry-hang structure, as shown in fig. 3, 4, and 5. The dry hanging structure comprises a sliding part 2 for sliding the wallboard with the dry hanging function and a dry hanging part 1, wherein the dry hanging part 1 comprises a transverse plate 101, a first vertical plate 102 and a second vertical plate 103, and one end of the first vertical plate 102 is vertically connected with one end of the transverse plate 101 in an L shape; one end of the second vertical plate 103 is vertically connected with the other end of the transverse plate 101 in an L shape; the second vertical plate 103 and the first vertical plate 102 are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the transverse plate 101; a second limiting part 1031 matched with the first limiting part 2031 of the sliding part 2 for limiting is arranged on one side surface of the second vertical plate 103. The lower end of the second riser 103 is inserted into the L-shaped stepped notch 206.

Specifically, the sliding member 2 is clamped and assembled with and limited by a first limiting portion 2031 arranged on the third plane 203 thereof and a second limiting portion 1031 arranged on the second riser 103 of the pendant 1, the first limiting portion 2031 is a limiting groove arranged on the third plane 203, and the second limiting portion 1031 is a limiting protrusion arranged on the second riser 103. Because the sliding part 2 can be clamped on the wallboard fixing keel 3 through the concave arc groove-shaped sliding part 2021 arranged on the second plane 202 and can freely slide along the wallboard fixing keel 3, the dry hanging part 1 of the wallboard fixed in advance and the sliding part 2 are assembled into a whole, and the wallboard fixed on the dry hanging part 1 can be driven to freely slide along the wallboard fixing keel 3 while the sliding part 2 freely slides (as shown in fig. 3, the sliding part 2 can slide left and right along the whole length direction of the wallboard fixing keel 3), so that the sliding adjustment of the wallboard mounting position is realized.

The dry hanging structure is formed by assembling the sliding part 2 and the dry hanging part 1, after the wallboard is fixedly installed by adopting the dry hanging structure, the wallboard can freely slide along the wallboard fixing keel 3 under the driving of the sliding part 2, so that the fine adjustment of the installation position of the wallboard is realized, and the flexible and adjustable requirement of the installation of the wallboard is met. In addition, the sliding part 2 and the dry hanging part 1 of the dry hanging structure are in a clamping assembly form, so that the dry hanging structure is fast and convenient to install and is convenient to disassemble and maintain after installation.
