Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the supporting base includes a bottom plate 6 and a fixing plate 7 disposed perpendicular to the bottom plate 6, and the inner cylinder 9, the outer cylinder 8 and the push rod 5 are all located on the fixing plate 7.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the bottom plate 6 and the fixing plate 7 are detachably connected by bolts, but other forms of connection may be adopted in other modified embodiments, and the invention is not limited thereto.

Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4 in combination, the present embodiment specifically proposes a fixing manner of the inner cylinder 9 and the outer cylinder 8: first mounting hole 10, second mounting hole 11 and third mounting hole 12 have been seted up on fixed plate 7, second mounting hole 11 and third mounting hole 12 all are located the first mounting hole 10 outside, the afterbody of inner tube 9 install on first mounting hole 10 and with fixed plate 7 fixed connection, the afterbody of urceolus 8 install on second mounting hole 11 and with fixed plate 7 fixed connection, push rod 5 wear to locate on third mounting hole 12 and with fixed plate 7 sliding connection. In the present embodiment, it is described as an example that two second mounting holes 11 and two third mounting holes 12 are provided.

With reference to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the push rod 5 includes a sleeve having a circular ring structure and a support arm located at the tail of the sleeve, the cross-sectional shape of the support arm is adapted to the third mounting hole 12, the sleeve is located in the gap between the outer cylinder 8 and the inner cylinder 9, the support arm is disposed on the fixing plate 7 in a penetrating manner, and the head of the sleeve is used for abutting against the needle roller 4 to push the needle roller into the space between the special-shaped bolt 1 and the sleeve 2 of the needle bearing. The sleeve and the supporting arm are integrally arranged so as to be convenient to produce and manufacture.

Specifically, the number of the supporting arms is at least two, so that the push rod 5 can be pushed and pulled conveniently, and the push rod 5 can slide better. In the figure of the present embodiment, two are provided as an example for specific explanation. The length of the support arm is set according to the push-pull distance.

Further, referring to fig. 3, a circular hole for mounting the needle bearing shaped bolt 1 is opened at the head of the inner cylinder 9. The special-shaped bolt 1 is positioned through the round hole, so that the installation precision of the special-shaped bolt 1 is ensured, and the roller pin 4 can accurately enter between the special-shaped bolt 1 and the pipe sleeve 2.

In this embodiment, the axis of the circular hole is flush with the axis of the inner cylinder 9. The inner cylinder 9, the outer cylinder 8 and the sleeve are coaxially arranged, namely, the axes of the inner cylinder 9, the outer cylinder 8 and the sleeve are arranged in parallel.

The working principle of the needle roller assembling device for the fine blanking assembly needle roller bearing is as follows.
