Background

When the cylinder cover is deformed or has cracks, human eyes cannot easily perceive the cracks, but the cracks can greatly affect an engine, so that a combination plane cannot be smoothly combined, the cylinder cannot be tightly sealed, air leakage and oil leakage cannot occur, and the normal operation cannot be realized. Therefore, the cylinder head needs to be tested for air tightness and flatness. The traditional detection mode is that when the air tightness is detected, the cylinder cover is inflated and put into water, and bubbles emerge, which indicates that the pore passage of the cylinder cover leaks air, and the detection mode is very troublesome; when the flatness is detected, the flatness is detected through a knife edge ruler and a feeler gauge, a plurality of surfaces of the cylinder cover need to be detected, but the flatness is detected through manual measurement, and the detection efficiency is extremely low.

Accordingly, there is a need to design a detector for automatically detecting a cylinder head that solves one or more of the problems set forth above.

Disclosure of Invention

During detection, people need to rotate the knife edge ruler 8 and measure in multiple angles, and the feeler gauge 9 also needs to test in multiple positions, so that the measuring work is very complicated. After the cylinder head is fixed on the tray assembly 12, the side wall of the cylinder head is detected through the longitudinal detection assembly, the bottom surface or the top surface of the cylinder head is detected through the transverse detection assembly, the vertical detection assembly and the transverse detection assembly can rotate automatically by an angle, automatic multi-position measurement can be achieved, the design is adopted, manual operation of the feeler gauge 9 and the knife edge gauge 8 is not needed during detection, and only the recording can be observed beside, so that the operation is convenient and fast. In some embodiments, the lateral feeler assembly 5 comprises:

a cross rail 51, the cross rail 51 being disposed at one side of the tray assembly 12;

By adopting the design, the flatness and the air tightness of the cylinder cover can be automatically detected, the detection efficiency is greatly improved, and the invention is formed by common parts, has low manufacturing cost and is convenient to popularize and use.
