All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The embodiment of the application provides a driver's cabin electrical apparatus function detecting system, and it can solve among the relevant art artifical discernment vehicle kind and when the configuration carries out the electrical inspection, the electrical apparatus of driver's cabin neglected loading or misloading appears easily, can't carry out the condition of effective detection.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cab electrical appliance function detection system includes a PDM system, a code scanner, and a detection cabinet, where the PDM system is configured with a first database, and the first database stores electrical inspection configuration items of different configuration vehicles, that is, vehicle models, combination meters, electrical appliances connected to the combination meters, engine model selection, speed ratios, fault codes, and other items;

the code scanner is in communication connection with the PDM system, is used for scanning the two-dimensional code of the vehicle, acquires the electrical inspection configuration item of the vehicle from the first database, and sends the electrical inspection configuration item of the vehicle to the detection cabinet, for example, the electrical inspection configuration item is transmitted in a WIFI transmission mode.

The detection cabinet is in communication connection with the code scanner, and is used for receiving the electrical inspection configuration items sent by the code scanner and carrying out electrical inspection on corresponding vehicles based on the electrical inspection configuration items, namely, a detection list is formed according to the electrical inspection configuration items, and the detection cabinet carries out item-by-item detection according to the list.

Through the setting, the PDM system is utilized to collect all the electric test configuration items of the vehicles with different configurations to form a first database; each vehicle corresponds to a two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code is scanned to obtain an electric detection configuration item of the two-dimensional code from a first database of a PDM system, the electric detection configuration item is sent to a detection cabinet, the detection cabinet carries out electric detection according to the obtained electric detection configuration item, the vehicle type and the electric detection configuration item do not need to be identified manually, the condition that electric devices are not installed in a cab or are installed in a wrong manner due to various vehicles and complex configuration is avoided, and the accuracy of electric detection of the cab is effectively improved; meanwhile, the manual operation difficulty is reduced, and only the two-dimensional code needs to be scanned, so that the electric detection efficiency is improved.

For example: the working state of each gear of the air conditioner, whether the entertainment audio and video equipment works normally, whether the inverter, the retarder and the like work normally and the like.

Furthermore, the code scanner is also used for receiving the detection result of the detection cabinet and displaying the detection result for the manual confirmation of an operator, so as to ensure the passing of some important detection items and the confirmation of the subsequently upgraded detection items.

In some preferred embodiments, the system further comprises a printing system for receiving and printing the detection result of the detection cabinet and giving an alarm for non-compliance. The printing system includes a CAN flash device, a communication cable, a printer, and the like.

In some preferred embodiments, the detection cabinet comprises a detection unit, an information processing unit and a display unit, the detection unit performs electric detection on the corresponding vehicle based on the electric detection configuration item to obtain detected state information, the information processing unit is in communication connection with the detection unit, and the information processing unit is used for receiving the state information and making a judgment to obtain a detection result; the display unit is in communication connection with the information processing unit and is used for synchronously displaying the detection result.

Furthermore, the detection cabinet also comprises an information management unit which can be a computer, and the information management unit is in communication connection with the information processing unit and is used for storing and making background accounts, checking files and remotely monitoring.

Furthermore, the detection cabinet also comprises a connecting wire harness and a detection wire harness, wherein the connecting wire harness is used for being connected with a vehicle to be detected, and the detection wire harness is used for detecting the state of electric devices of a cab in the vehicle.

Further, how the information processing unit judges, the following settings are made:

the information processing unit is provided with a third database, and the third database stores standard parameters of all vehicle types;

the information processing unit is based on a third database and used for comparing the state information with standard parameters of corresponding vehicle types, wherein the information processing unit is configured with a processing function, assigns the received electric inspection configuration items to the processing function and judges the standard parameters of the corresponding vehicle types in the third database;

and if the state information is the same as the standard parameters of the corresponding vehicle type, the cab electric device is normal, otherwise, the cab electric device is abnormal.

The method for detecting the functions of the electric appliances in the cab comprises the following steps:

providing the cab electric appliance function detection system;

scanning the two-dimensional code of the vehicle by using a code scanner, acquiring the electrical inspection configuration items of the vehicle from the PDM system, and sending the electrical inspection configuration items to the detection cabinet;

and connecting the detection cabinet with a vehicle to be detected, and performing electric detection according to the electric detection configuration items.
