Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of compression garbage trucks, in particular to a loader of a compression garbage truck and the compression garbage truck.

Background

The compression type garbage truck comprises a carriage and a filler arranged at the rear part of the carriage, wherein the filler is mainly used for filling garbage poured into the filler into the carriage. Referring to fig. 1, a conventional stuffing device includes a frame 100, a sliding plate 200 and two guide rails 300 are mounted on the frame 100, the two guide rails 300 are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the outer side of the sliding plate 200, and as shown in fig. 3, the guide rails 300 have guide grooves with inward openings, i.e., openings facing the sliding plate 200, and the cross section of the guide rails 300 is U-shaped. As shown in fig. 2 and 1, the slide plate 200 is provided with side plates 201 at left and right sides thereof, respectively, the side plates 201 are fixedly connected with sliders 400 by bolts, and operation grooves 202 are provided at left and right sides of the slide plate 200, respectively, for facilitating connection operation. The slider 400 is located in the guide groove of the guide rail 300 so as to be slidably engaged with the guide rail 300 in the up-down direction.

In assembling the above-described filler, first, the slider 400 is fitted into the guide groove of the guide rail 300 from the inner opening of the guide rail 300, and the outer side wall of the guide rail 300 is provided with a relatively small operation hole 301 (as shown in fig. 3), and the slider 400 can be temporarily held by inserting a tool into the operation hole 301. The sliding plate 200 is heavy and must be lifted by a crane to move, and the bolt through holes on the side plates 201 need to correspond to the sliding blocks 400, so that the sliding blocks 400 and the sliding plate 200 can be fixed by bolts penetrating through the sliding blocks 400 and the side plates 201.

However, in actual operation, the bolt through hole on the side plate 201 is difficult to correspond to the slider 400, which is difficult to operate and time-consuming, and also requires a tool to fix the slider 400, which is very troublesome to operate and affects the assembly efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a filling device of a compression type garbage truck, which aims to solve the problems that when the filling device in the prior art is assembled, a sliding block needs to be filled from the inner side of a guide rail, the sliding block is inconvenient to fix and is difficult to correspond to a sliding plate, so that the operation difficulty is high, the operation is troublesome, and the assembly efficiency is influenced; the invention also aims to provide a compression type garbage truck using the filling device, and the filling device of the garbage truck has the advantages of simple assembly operation, convenient assembly and high assembly efficiency.

One embodiment of a filling device (hereinafter, referred to as a filling device) of a compression garbage truck according to the present invention is shown in fig. 4 and 5, and includes a frame 1000, a sliding plate 1 and a guide rail 3 mounted on the frame 1000, the sliding plate 1 includes side plates 11 respectively disposed on a left side portion and a right side portion of the sliding plate, and operation grooves 12 are respectively disposed on the left and right side portions of the sliding plate 1, as in the prior art.

The two guide rails 3 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the outer side of the sliding plate 1 and correspond to the side plates 11. As shown in fig. 6, the cross section of the guide rail 3 is C-shaped, the whole guide rail is formed by bending a plate, and includes an inner side wall 31 (i.e., a right side wall of the guide rail in fig. 6) disposed near the side plate 11, and a front side wall 32 and a rear side wall 33 connected to the inner side wall 31, and end portions (i.e., left ends in fig. 6) of the front side wall 32 and the rear side wall 33, which are far from the inner side wall 31, are respectively provided with flanges 34 extending in opposite directions. The wear-resistant plate 4 is fixed in a U-shaped groove formed by the flanging of the front side wall 32, the front side wall 32 and the inner side wall 31 in a surrounding mode, and a U-shaped groove formed by the flanging of the rear side wall 33, the rear side wall 33 and the inner side wall 31 in a surrounding mode, the thickness of the wear-resistant plate 4 is equal to the length of the flanging 34, and an inner space formed by the wear-resistant plate 4 and the inner side wall 31 is a guide groove.

As shown in fig. 6, the stuffing device further includes a mounting shaft 5 and a roller 2 mounted on the mounting shaft 5, wherein the roller 2 is used as a guide member and is located in the guide groove, and is in rolling friction contact with the wear plate 4 to realize guiding movement matching with the guide rail 3 in the up-down direction.

The mounting shaft 5 is detachably connected to the side plate 11, so that the roller 2 is actually connected to the side plate 11 via the mounting shaft 5. Installation axle 5 is including being located the installation section 51 of guide way, and gyro wheel 2 installs on installation section 51, and installation axle 5 runs through guide rail 3's inside wall 31, is provided with on the inside wall 31 to be used for dodging installation axle 5 so that installation axle 5 can reciprocate the structure of dodging relative to guide rail 3, dodges the structure in this embodiment for seting up the dodging slot hole 35 on inside wall 31.

The mounting shaft 5 is a stepped shaft, a shoulder 54 and a threaded section 52 are arranged on the mounting shaft 5, the shoulder 54 is in stop fit with an outer end face (i.e., a left end face in fig. 6) of the side plate 11 to limit the mounting shaft 5, the threaded section 52 penetrates through the side plate 11, and the threaded section 52 is connected with a spring washer 9 and a nut 10, so that the mounting shaft 5 can be detachably and fixedly connected to the side plate 11.

The mounting section 51 is provided with a collar 53, and an outer end surface (i.e., a left end surface in fig. 6) of the collar 53 is in stop fit with the roller 2 to limit the roller 2 when the roller 2 is mounted on the mounting section 51 from the outside to the inside. The roller 2 is also provided with a first groove 21 for accommodating the flat washer 6, the elastic retainer ring 7 and the end part of the mounting shaft, so that the length of the whole mounting shaft 5 can be as small as possible, the weight can be reduced, and the transverse dimension can be shortened.

In the present invention, the space between the two flanges 34 on the guide rail 3 forms a mounting opening extending up and down, that is, a long-strip-shaped mounting opening facing outward is formed on the guide rail 3, when the whole stuffing device is assembled, the mounting shaft 5 is firstly connected to the side plate 11 from outside to inside (that is, from left to right in fig. 6) through the mounting opening and the avoiding long hole 35, in the process, the shaft shoulder 54 is in stop fit with the side plate 11, and the spring washer 9 and the nut 10 are mounted in the operating slot 12.
